Best way to get luxury with low budget”
Staying at this hotel in suite room was so comfortable, the decoration for room is elegant yet luxury. The bed also nice. Little issu with shower tap but thats oke.

Value for money”
Couldn't ask more for the price that I got. The staff super friendly. I left my skincare and just realized it 1 day after I checkout and the hotel staff help me to send it by Gojek. The only negative point is the Buddha painting in the bathroom make me akward as a Budhist. It just like a Jesus painting in your bathroom, have you ever imagine that?

Big room ”
The receptionist girl was so helpful and gave us cake for our Anniversary. So thoughtful. But the water tap at the wash basin was leaking.. Need maintenance at the bath room. Too bad that we couldn't use the Pool, it was under maintenance. Others were fine.

Pros: • Service was great; Each guest was served a welcome drink upon arrival. • The room was incredibly huge and was pleasantly surprised to find that our room had two washrooms. • Sofas were soft and comfortable that I think I would not have had an issue sleeping on it instead of paying additional for an extra bed. • Breakfast was different everyday. Cons: •The aircon in the living room area was not strong, there was a crack in the window, sink and toilet bowl was a bit shaky. Mum and sis met the owner during breakfast and was told that the hotel is currently in the process of upgrading. It's not a perfect hotel, but given the price and the huge room I think it's a good hotel if you want to avoid the more touristy/populated areas of Bali.

All is good except the air conditioner”
Huge room and bed, nice bathroom, but the air con is too small for this huge room thus the room still feel warm eventhough I set the mininum temperature of AC and slept without a blanket. All staffs are good.

Location ok..but no eateries within walking distance..room was not clean enough..stain on mirror, water tap etc..water is salty.. Staff was great..

Property is good but not upto mark”
Hi i have been stayed here for 4 night, this property is good but staff is not so much courtesy, as a indian I like to have food from my Indian restaurant which is out side of hotel so they don't like, even service staff is making different different faces if I ask for spoon and plate, but any way good place to stay but not upto mark

It was a great hotel, but not now. Rusty bath tub, smelly elevator, the hotel has a pool but you can’t even swim because the water so dirty. The only thing we like it has a spacious room.

Could Do Better”
I was told I got a better room than I originally booked (exec suite) which I thought was cool, but when we checked in we noticed how the room wasn't very clean? The floor was very dusty, the railing on the balcony was covered in bird poop and seemed to have never been cleaned plus the sliding door didn't even close all the way and there was a hole in the curtains, there were stains on the sofa, and the bathroom had grime all over the tub & shower floor & walls (plus the bottom part of the drawers under the sink was broken, like there was an actual hole in the bottom). It honestly looked like the room hadn't really been cleaned or fixed in a while. The staff was quite friendly and our room was technically very nice and big, the bed was very comfy but was a pretty big gap between the frame and the actual mattress why?? Overall it was just an okay experience here, but honestly, you could do a lot better if you upgraded and took care of the rooms a little better.

Lovely interior but not maintained”
Agoda should be inspecting the hotels they recommend. The facade and interior of this hotel is pretty but not maintained at all. It's a shame. When we arrived, the hotel was in total darkness. Unsure why. The room smelled of vinegar, sheets and pillows had stains, the taps were corroded, there was dust everywhere. I have photos to prove this. We were moved to a room which was a bit cleaner but can be better. The aircon ducts were moldy. Staff were really friendly and were very apologetic. Breakfast was average. More to cater to locals. Our dinner was excellent. Staff was accommodating, sadly the amenities do not do them justice. This review should be used to improve the hotel cause it is a pretty hotel. If I'm not mistaken this was classified as a 4 star hotel.
