Four Season BKK”
Jag bor normalt på många fina hotel, och i regel alltid 5 stjärnor, har tidigar också bott på Four Season men här var det ej bra. Vid incheckningen hade de ej fått meddelande från er och jag fick vänta jättelänge innan incheckningen var klar - dåligt och trist! Rummet, relativt litet, lång iväg - sådär... och som sagt, jag är stort behov av internet när jag jobbar och reser. Fungerade MYCKET DÅLIGT............ Nej, hela vistelsen på Four Season var EJ bra. Tydligt att de lever mycket på sitt kändisskap.

The hotel location is very good and the staff is very helpful and extremely polite. The rooms were very big and clean. The breakfast was very elaborate with lots of choices. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolute all inclusive luxury!”
Spent five nights in three different rooms. Everything was perfect. Service at check in and out was fast efficient and friendly. Rooms were available early at no extra cost. Breakfast buffet was an amazing choice from every type of cuisine. Facilities were excellent. Used gym and pool regularly and both were some of the best in any hotel anywhere. Staff were incredibly charming and helpful.

Good spread of breakfast, staffs are friendly and short distance walk from hotel to BTS (about 5 mins) And best of all it’s also walking distance to Central World (about 15 mins) and Platinum Mall (about 20 mins).

We checked into the hotel quite late after Midnight on the 20th of December and we were greeted by a nice man at the reception. Who was kind enough to tel us that we had accidentally double booked for the hotel. He then informed us that if we got Agoda to acknowledge the mistake and they were fine with cancelling one room, the Hotel would be happy to refund us. Unfortunately, Agoda tried to help us but Anantara was not willing to help at all and also did not give us our second room that we had also booked for two nights. We lost our money and the hotel to be honest was one of the most out dated hotels in Bangkok. The rooms were old and were not welcoming. The worst part is we wasted over $400 on the accidental double booking and never got a chance to use the second room either. We will never recommend this Hotel as they are not willing to help or be accommodating.

Big rooms in a nice hotel in a good Location”
The hotel is very Thai style. View in the room was very good as it was facing the golf course across the road. Rooms were comfortable and large compared to other hotels. Toilet was big. Breakfast was ok but nothing out of the standard affair. BTS is a 1 minute walk. Good location and close to restaurants and shopping. Did not go to the pool so cannot comment. Would stay there again.

Room cleanliness can be improved ”
At first, we were given a room that had lizard and insert staying with us. The lizard was living in the telephone on the table and it was lucky that I used the phone on the bed-side table. Otherwise the lizard may migrated into my ear and that would not be fun. We complained to the front desk and was assigned to another room. However, cleanliness was an issue as there was always a layer of dust here and there. I am particular to this as I have a very sensitive noise. Other than that, location is excellent and staffs there are hopeful and I am happy with the stay overall.

I think this hotel is authentic thai hotel. bc im korean everytime I take taxi the taxi drivers tried to add extra money .. but this hotel always asked the taxi drivers to turn on the meter it was sweet and kind for them Also the hotel design is so beautiful

Not impressed enough to stay again. Fabulous artwork, love the lobby. Too crowded and food not that delicious. Excellent variety of food and drinks, good service but it's expensive. Staff is excellent but too busy.

Disappointed by the food”
I stayed here many times over past few years and really liked everything in this hotel. But this time, I was very disappointed by the food - all of room services, breakfast, dinner were far inferior than my past experience. Esp room service, food was tasteless, unacceptable for such premium hotel

Good for business ”
We had a junior suite on 2F where there is a beautiful rainforest courtyard to sit and unwind. Well equipped Fitness Centre with hot tub and spa for R&R, and the breakfast and food selection was good. Though, the other guests were not so well mannered or friendly and everything has a business travel feel.

Pros: Good location Clean room Bell men are nice and helpful Cons: Small room. Asked for a room with a view of the golf course but got a corner room that is so small and no view. Couldn't even move the chair. Unfriendly staff Overall, not value for money. Never try never know..

I visited on May 6th to 8th. It was really nice decorations at front and room designs. There was a big and comfortable bathtub. I tried Lush bath bombs several times (I got them at Siam Center beside Paragon). Very convenient location and very close to BTS Silom line Ratchadamri station, too. And breakfast was really good too.
A fine hotel”
First it was The Regent, then the Four Seasons, and now the Anantara Siam: whatever the name, its location, the rooms, the service and the swimming pool are wonderful. The hotel is just a short walk to the Skytrain or to exceptional shopping and the marvellous Erawan Shrine
Clean and nice hotel in good location”
The hotel is easy to access. We can walk to BTS. The service is nice but a little tough for in and out time. We upgrade the room to suite, use full spa course, and use facilities in room which we have to pay a lot for those but still they not allow for early check in and late check out.

A great hotel, some improvements in the rooms are needed. Great service, really beautiful. This property used to be the Four Season Hotel. They sold it, probably a good business decision, since the facility is a bit old... Rooms are good size, a bit smaller then the present average size of luxury hotels in Bangkok, but still a good size. Seems like some of the rooms have a problem of bad smell, coming out of the sewer, my first 24 hours were not so pleasant, because of that. The next day, they have fixed the problem, so the rest of my stay was nice. It is anything but cheap to stay here. Food and drink are very expensive, but service in impalpable, a 5 star service. Bottle of Avian water is a mare $10 in your minibar. If money is not an object, then it is a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and excellent service. Will be back.
