A Room with a view”
Our stay with APA Hotel Ayase Ekimae was one of the highlight of our recent trip to Tokyo, Japan. It has a nice view of Adachi plus it's very very near the Ayase Station. In fact you can clearly see the station from where are room were. Comfy large bed, very clean room. The size is just right for us, we're a couple. I like the part where they have the shampoo, conditioner and body soap in large containers rather than using single use plastic, very earth friendly. If ever we go to Japan again I would still prefer an APA hotel :)

Close to the subway ( Ayase station). There are so many restaurants around there. If you arrived there before check in time you can leave your luggage at the counter. Good service and so comfortable.

I love everything about this hotel. The convenience of having amenities nearby. There’s also a small self-serve area at the lobby u may buy things from. The hotel is clean and feels very good to live in for my 16-day travel.

About my first time at APA hotel, new and very clean room. You can left your luggage before check-in. Many of restaurant and store around Ayase station not far from hotel.Easy to catch a train to central tokyo.

Pro : 1. Staff are very helpful. 2. There is a cashless convenient store in lobby that come together with a microwave which is very helpful. 3. Location is right in front of the station (although the station itself is quite a distance to Tokyo center) but given the price, it's definitely worth all the money. 4. As usual convenient store such as 7-11 and Lawson are right around the corner.

Easily accessible and in a good, quiet neighborhood”
Location may be far from city centre but with Japan's efficient and awesome train systems, it seems so near! It is located very near the East Exit of Ayase-Ekimae station of Chiyoda Subway Line. The neighborhood has a lot of affordable eats (Matsunoya, Yoshinoya, KFC, Burger King), a grocery store, a coffee place, and at least 5 convenience stores. The room is okay and is very clean. The room gets too humid in the evening though and sometimes it seems the heater in the room is overly active. But it's tolerable. The comfort room is very clean with tub, water heater, shower, and automatic bowl system. There are slippers provided too. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The checkout is also seamless, you just need to drop off the key card in the slot at the ground floor and you are good to go. I will definitely come back to this place in my next travel to Japan.

For the price the hotel is pretty good. Seems like a new hotel and also close to the station. For a solo travel this is perfect if they are ok with a small zoom.

Great value for your money...challenged with English language though”
this hotel is very near the train station and is cheap. However, you might have some challenges with the staff if you don't know how to speak Japanese as most don't know or understand English. Also, if you are accustomed to having air conditioning in your rooms, prepare to NOT have cold air conditioning if you go during the winter season as the air conditioning system is centralized and they turn on the heater during the winter season. it will get too hot in the room.

Amazing Budget Hotel”
Small room but filled with everything you need. 7/11 next to door, small restaurants and quiet. Only the construction side sometimes make some noise. But otherwise amazing, would stay again!

5min walk to Ayase Station but abt 45mins from well-known tourist destinations with at least 1 transfer... cleàn hotel, small room, staff very nice but some cannot speak English...
