Swimming pool under renovation, but still usable. Nice breakfasts. Convenient for waterpark and Alpaca Hill.

I booked a 2-bedroom villa for 2 nights. It's very good for an extended family. Room sizes are just right, not so big, not too small. Jacuzzi on the balcony is not working do it becomes only bath tub. Good envi design Location far away but is 10 mins from Alpaca hill where my 2-year neice and our family enjoy playing with farm animals. The pool is very nice with sliders. Horses cames in the feild. Breakfast on Friday has no choice, but they has Salad and noodle bars on Sat. Sheep feeding activity after breakfast is good for kids. 20bht for a cup of carrot.

Interesting room design- two floors with living area downstairs and bed upstairs. Small and cozy and White- everything was white- which I like. Seems as if construction and landscaping is ongoing though not disruptive. There are a few sheep and horses to pet/see. Bikes for rent are available though expect to break a sweat as the gradient is steep going up. Can hire buggies for 150thb an hour. Swings and green grounds for play but not much else. It got chilly at night and was extremely hot in the day. The restaurant serves nice Thai food with generous portions. However, breakfast was not good. There was no variety, one slice of toast per person, rice and cold stir fried veggies and an egg. For the price of accommodation we expected a bit more. It’s a shame as the establishment seems rather nice. Located close to the Alpaca farm and the water park.

Good location and facilities but so torn down”
The property is very torn down, highly in need of renovation or touch-up. The bath tun is a malfunction. The door is not fully closed dragging in so many insects at night. Breakfast is low quality and only have limited options.

Good swimming pool for kids and good land scape but needed to improve room facilities since many electric lamps broken in the room, new painting was still there, bored breakfast with less take care of service and no cleaning the room at all 3 nights stayed and no free clean drink water if not requested them, too expensive if not improve to have the original construction project

We booked for a room with jacuzzi, but it turns out the jacuzzi is too dirty to use, all dirts and dusts comes out with the circulation system. And the room we stayed in, the water tap is broken too. Seems like there's no maintenance or room cleaning check up before customers check-in. Not worth with the money we paid for the stay.

I checked in together with other two rooms. But seem like i checked only one room. No service from hotel to help me carry my stuffs or No telephone number to contact with reception. I must walk to counter by myself when i need help. Water heater in bathroom and jacuzzi were damaged. Nothing fixed or maintained.

best for couple, nice view and room, not clean so much, too much insect, awful breakfast, and need more cares and attention from the owner”
I stayed in hut-type room for one night and here's what I found out. Bathroom was nice and good design. Jacuzzi was not too difficult to use. Hot water was not working well. Room was not that clean. My bed and pillow had some kind of dirty mark and there were some insect poos on the floor. Insects can get in the room and that's very awful, too much of them. Breakfast here was THE most disappointing thing in this resort. It's not delicious for me and not worth the price at this rate, need improvement asap. Staffs were polite, kind, and very helpful. I'm impressed. Improvements on cooking, cleanliness, and management are required in order to run the resort worth of customers' money BUT the room, landscape, and view are exceptional and very suitable for charging your body's battery. Overall is OK for me, I would say the price's a bit too high for the quality but if the resort can improve their service quality, as I recommended, this place would be MAGNIFICENT and worth both time and money.

Not so clean, many ants and insects, old, breakfast is a little poor. Services, View, Jacuzzi are not enough to cover the cost.

I stayed here with a large, extended family of Thais and Americans. The rooms were large and clean and the view and atmosphere were very pleasant. The staff were *very* helpful, especially with our young children. The hot tub in one of the units wasn't working, but the tubs in the other units were fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Wrong type of room given to us...”
I went to Aristo Chic Resort yesterday with my girlfriend. Firstly, staffs inform me that the hotel has been booked and the confirmation email has arrived into my inbox. Yet, the next day, Aristo Chic called me and said the room is no longer available for me and they asked me to choices some other nearby hotels. But an hour later, they called me back and said I have finally got a room. The one I booked was "Villa type" which has 2 floors and open air Jacuzzi. Depond my arrival, the hotel gave me "Hut" type which has smaller size and it does have only one floor!! Plus the "Dtac" network will never work here. So we suddenly decided to change our hotel in that day. WITHOUT receiving any refund.
