Basic stay”

Very basic and clean but have smell coming from the toilet. Those looking forward for a hot warm shower, there is none. The location is right beside the train station and night market. althought it can be quite noisy due to the announcement made at the train station. Overall is alright for a basic stay. Don't expect much.

Nice staff”

The staff is very helpful although I checked in very late. Nothing much to be expected from a budget room.

Just ok”

It was just ok. Phatthalung is far off the beaten tourist path, and thus it is hard to get around if you don't speak a lot of Thai. It was a pretty dull stay for me, but there is a Steak House around the corner, with a menu in English and the staff is lovely there! As for the hotel staff, only the young female owner speaks English, and I'm pretty sure she only shows up to check you in. The rest of the time it was her father, who, though was really friendly, pretty much speaks no English at all, so he couldn't be of any help unfortunately. For the price, though, it's about right.

Greeted by a very helpful staff, entertaining my questions and giving suggestions. Access to hotel is by electronic cards issued. Room was spacious. But area surrounding the hotel was a little dark.
