If you want to find a place to stay overnight, this is a good choice, there is Countdown supermarket close by. You really can't expect too much for the price, but the cleanliness of the room is acceptable, though the furniture may be a little bit old.

Lovely staff and host who were very welcoming. Clean rooms with all you need. Rooms serviced daily if you want. Supermarket and petrol station across the road. Quiet, very little road noise. All the usual takeaways within walking distance. Free wifi was great. NO Sky TV.

Our GPS had a hard time getting us here, and the sign needs better visibility or drivers. This was a great stay for our 2 nights in Dunedin. Justin was warm, welcoming, and informative about his neighborhood and his city . The room was roomy with a comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchenette. The location was close to the center and highway access. We highly recommend BW Dunedin.

Loved my stay with my 6 Year old . My room was cleaned daily and stacked with essentials . Staff was friendly and guided me throughout. Bathroom was huge and just perfect with everything in the.and tons of towels . But only a queen size bed not too comfortable with a 6 year old.

The highlight of this stay was the bed. It was large and extremely comfortable. Probably amongst the best beds I've had in motel accommodation. Unit was extremely clean and the manager was very friendly and accommodating. I'd have no hesitation in returning.

The accomodation was comfortable and cleaned/tidied daily. It was also quiet so we had restful sleep on both of our 2 night's stay. There was provision for all necessary utensils to eat our takeaway food or to do simple cooking with the microwave. The gentleman at the office, Justin, was very nice and offered useful suggestions on places to visit in Dunedin and also advise for the next leg of our trip.

The staff in Best Western Dunedin Motel is very very warmly and friendly! The room is clean, the wifi speed is fast, the bed, the heater, the hot water, the kitchen...everything is wonderful, and provides everything you need!! It's the best motel I have ever lived in New Zealand.

The concierge was excellent - very friendly and helpful at all times. Excellent breakfasts were also provided each morning and were tastefully presented. The accommodation was quiet, but also close to a supermarket and a number of famous food outlets. Lovely view of the hills from our room.

We were in and out over one night but the manager was so lovely friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was clean, calm and relaxing. Definitely above all expectations and I would love to stay again. Water pressure and bath was the highlight although the fixture was slightly broken
