Pros....... Great fishing but didn't see anything other than mekongs come from the main lake in 3 days. Very noisy place to sleep. Highway is close .also some sort of disco nearby which is very loud. The bed is hard and you may as well sleep on the floor. Staff the most unfriendliest you will find. Nobody speaks more than the odd word of English. The fishing guides are ok but only because they want a tip.

for fishing this is the best value for money there is 3 lakes the one near the restaurant is the cheapest only 5 pounds a day with fish over 100lb and lots of action the main lake has fish over 200lb but cost around 100 pounds but you get a guild with that rooms come in 2 types basic and very nice the only down part is the beds are very hard

Lakeside bungalows basic but clean , beds are big but mattress rock hard ! Fishing can be frantic at times plenty of big fish to catch enjoyed my time there .

there is only one thing that stops this Resort becoming a 3 star resort that's the mattresses on the beds they are as hard as nails i always have to bring my own mattress when i stay here

Great fishing right on your doorstep”
The fishing here was brilliant, very reasonable for the main lake and more expensive for the predator lake. Beds were hardest have ever slept on and have been in Asia a while so we have slept on hard beds before. This was like sleeping on concrete. Quite noisy aswell. Some staff very nice and smiley and helpful, others were quite miserable and not helpful at all. Go here for the fishing than anything else.

I was about to rate this 4 but I changed my mind. The place itself is really nice and big, a good place to relax but I would not recommend for you to bring your children for there a lot of mosquito everywhere. So if you are planning to bring your children with you better yet bring some mosquito repellent. The place is very easy to be reached, their location can be found in our GPS. The resort is just along the hi-way. The staff does not know how to speak english, good thing we know how to speak a little thai so we can somehow communicate. Also, if you booked with breakfast included better yet ask them before hand because when we asked them the moment we check-in about the time for breakfast they said that breakfast is not included. But we let them checked the voucher that we have and they agreed. As for the room, they only provide one towel for each room which i found very ridiculous. And yes I agree with the mattress it's VERY hard. The reason why I gave this a 5 is because of their dogs here. We met these 2 lovely dogs named Loki a French Bulldog and Khao Pan a St. Bernard. These dogs are residents of this resort and they are very nice specially Khao Pan. So if you are a dog lover like us you would like this resort. But I would book in another hotel next time I go to Cha-am.

Nice and quite”
We stayed on a bungalow for 5h baht per night.Its nice clean and big room with aircon,hot shower,ref,big balcony plus big bed though the bed is as hard as the floor lol.Cleaning service everyday, new towels,tissue and water as well.We are actually very happy to stay there.We booked for 4nights but stayed longer.The pool is very friendly for children.Yes, we would recommend this hotel and would probably come back.

Avoid there are much better places in the area”
Had a pre-booked standard room, if I had seen it first I would have never stayed there. Unfriendly unhelpful staff. The bed was marginally softer than the floor!!! One towel that had seen its best days to share between two people. Free internet that you couldn't connect to. Both rooms we had were full of mosquitoes as the as the mesh did not cover the full bathroom windows. Water in the swimming pool very cloudy It was incredibly poor quality and basic for a supposed 2* place

Preis Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung man kann viele große Fische fangen und es gibt eine ausgezeichnete Küche hier das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es ist sicher hier ist immer eine Reise wert

bruyant hotel au bord d une route 4 voies”
pas de matelas dans les bungalows 1er prix avec ventilateur a bath moustiques a gogo lit tatamis dur dur pas de wifi sur 2 jours en panne et jamais repare . le resto est sympath et pas cher pour le bruit taper dans les chalets en dur avec matelas doux et baie vitree donnant sur les lacs et plus de bruit de la route a baths avec clim par contre et pas de wifi en panne aussi . isole a 25 kms de la ville et 35 de la plage . preferez un bungalow sur la plage de cham am meme prix et pas besoin de louer quoi que ce soit. les taxis sont recalcitrant a venir vous chercher et pas de bus direct pour hat yai ou phuket pomme quoi .oblige d aller a hua hin
