Concorde är hotellet för dem som vill ha nära till bästa shopping upplevelse; mitt på Orchard Road. Bra service, vänlig personal, bra gym och pool område. Frukosten håller hög standard, vi provade tyvärr inte övriga måltider. Se till att få ett renorverat rum, inredningen i icke renorverade rum är sliten och gammal.
We stayed in a Premier Suite room for 5 nights for the Singapore Grand Prix and was a bit concerned prior to arriving due to some mixed reviews. The room was very spacious compared to many other hotel rooms in Singapore which made it very relaxing when returning from a long day at the F1. The room mini bar and snacks were replenished every day and were free.You also had excess to the Premier Lounge during the day for hot drinks and cakes and in the evening between 6&8 you could have cocktails- beers and other refreshments and I nice selection of hot food all for free. You also had two restaurants for the included breakfast to be taken with a good selection and were never crowded even on this busy weekend. You also got two items of laundry cleaned everyday for free plus the room was cleaned everyday which is unusual for Singapore nowadays. The only negatives about our room was the unnecessary large furniture taking up space with no purpose and the worst problem was the constant thumping of music from a nightclub from around 22.00 to 5.00 every night which many other reviews had mentioned. We were on the six floor so I dread to think of the noise on the lower floors and this is a problem for management to sort out to give guests a good night's sleep. All in All the hotel was excellent stay for the Grand Prix and was within walking distance of the track being situated at the right end of Orchard Road.

We were a group of six doctors on a business trip and had booked twin beds with interconnecting rooms as noted in our reservation. Upon arrival, we learned that the hotel does not have interconnecting rooms at all, so that part of our request was simply not possible. Two pairs were given twin beds as requested, though the beds were placed quite close together—almost like a “twin bed but make it cozy” setup. One pair ended up sharing a king-sized bed. Also, if you’re on a business trip and sharing with a colleague, be aware: the bathroom has a glass window. Let’s just say… it might feel more like a honeymoon suite than a corporate room. Luckily the glass window had blinds/curtain, so we closed it for the whole stay for privacy in the toilet. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean and equipped with bidets (a must-have for us), and the hotel is right in front of a bus stop, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the staff were polite and accommodating, even letting us leave our luggage before check-in while we attended meetings. Overall, a pleasant stay—just don’t expect interconnecting rooms, and maybe be ready to know your roommate a little better than planned. :)

Check-in was smooth, and throughout my stay, the team was attentive and eager to help, whether it was arranging transport or giving local recommendations. My room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens fresh, and the housekeeping team kept everything in great condition. Breakfast offered a nice variety of local and international dishes, with fresh options to suit different tastes. The coffee was a nice bonus to start the day. If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be updating some room furnishings to make them feel more modern. However, this didn’t affect my overall enjoyment. Overall, Concorde Hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and great service — I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Myself, my adult son & his wife stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was superb, fabulous swimming pool and a really good breakfast with lots of variety and plenty to eat. The location was also excellent, with a bus stop right outside and between 2 MRT stations only a few minutes walk. My only gripe and disappointment, was that when I booked a deluxe room for three people, I was never informed that apart from the kingsize bed, there was a roll-out bed,, which for a women in her 70’s was very uncomfortable and quite frankly inappropriate. Upon checking in I was informed that the room would either have 2 single beds or a king sized bed, and the roll-out bed. The only alternative they gave me, would be to pay for a room upgrade, if I actually wanted a proper 3rd bed! This surprised me, as previously in Singapore, we had stayed at a hotel that had 2 double beds in the room.

It's an old hotel but very clean and well-maintained. I liked that the room was sufficient and not small and stuffy. The towels and sheets were of good quality. The the bed sleep was delightful. The hotel is just diagonally opposite Orchard Central Mall and Tge Centerpoint so it was so convenient to go shopping. There is also a 7-11 nearby at the ground floor level. The seemingly ethnic Indian guy who checked me in on May 23 and the middle-aged Chinese lady at Spices were just a bit direct and curt. Not friendly at all! I've stayed in a lot of places where the service is amazing! ... So, you can really tell the difference. Maybe that's one area Concorde Hotel Singapore can work on! Breakfast had options but it felt bland. I did have room service dinner. The waiter who delivered my food was so kind and the food was delicious!

From check in to check out, staff were polite and accommodating. The room was clean and the hotel facilities were kept tidy as well. The location I would say is the most important factor to consider when booking this hotel. Right outside the hotel, 02 bus stops are available —- Concorde Hotel S’pore and Orchard Rd. This provides convenience for accessing tourist spots as well. Even the closest MRT station was like 3mins walk. The hotel is adjacent to a lot of restaurants and mall. I’ll choose to stay here again for my next Singapore visit!

We stayed one night at this hotel in July 2025. I chose it because we were taking a coach the next morning at 6:45 am, and the departure point was right behind the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel! The check in staff was friendly and efficient, and managed to find me two rooms on the same floor close together, though the hotel was fully booked. Yes, the property is slightly older, but it immaculately maintained. And the location can't be beat! So central, with shopping and restaurants steps away. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in Singapore — there’s really nothing more to comment on, because I always feel comfortable and at ease here. The only inconvenience during my last stay was that the escalator leading up to the hotel lobby from Concorde Shopping Mall was out of service for about three days, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. If you try to use the lift from inside the mall instead, it still requires a bit of a detour — you have to go around to the back area facing the Grand Central Hotel. Phew! Other than that, everything else was just as pleasant as usual.

I had an enjoyable stay at Concorde Hotel in Singapore, where the exceptional service and friendly staff made my visit incredibly welcoming. The concierge team, including Tuan Mazley and Tuan Yusof, went above and beyond by assisting with my luggage and arranging taxi services, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, the assistant manager, Mr. Tay, took great care to enhance my comfort in the lobby-lounge area, where I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing time. My room on the eighth floor, conveniently located near the lift, offered a peaceful and comfortable retreat. Despite its proximity to the lift, the noise level was minimal. The room's temperature was manageable, with an adjustable system that allowed me to control it as needed. If it became too cold, I could easily switch it off for added comfort. The room was well-appointed, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and always ready to accommodate my requests promptly. The management might consider addressing the presence of green mould on the toilet ceiling. This issue, likely caused by the dampness from hot and cold water and insufficient ventilation, could be resolved by airing the room during the cleaning process before a new guest occupies it. The hotel is strategically located along Orchard Road, providing convenient access to the MRT and an array of shopping destinations, which was a significant factor in my choice. However, please be aware of additional charges, such as GST and service charges. For example, I used the room's phone to call a local number and was pleasantly surprised to find the charge was minimal when I received my overall bill upon checkout. It is important to note that stays in Singapore incur GST and service charges. As of January 1, 2024, the GST rate increased from 8% to 9%. There has been speculation about a further increase to 10% in 2025, though. Guests are advised to stay updated on potential changes, which could impact overall costs. Service charges are also commonly applied in hotels and restaurants across Singapore. This was my fourth stay at Concorde Hotel, Singapore as a returning guest, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning soon to enjoy another exceptional experience.
