Big room. Private parking. Quiet. Friendly Staff. A few meters away to restaurants and shops.. No electric kettle in the room - need to go out and get the hot water from the dispenser but was given a flask. No fan but night time is cold. Old Furniture. Poor Wifi connection.

Value for money easy to find”

Value for money this hotel is cheap on week days. Parking area is big car park in front of your room. The staff hotel is heldful. The room is quite small just enough for two of us the bed is confortable. Toilet is clean shower is hot with strong water pressure. Easy to find food as restaurant and kfc just walking distance from the hotel. Will come back to this hotel if we go on vacation to cameron highland brinchang.

+) Good place, value for money, nice scenery, friendly receptionist, will stay again if visiting cameron highland -) asking for high place but only getting the middle because upper place under maintenance, a little disappointed because i cant see the sunset

Strategic location, Private Parking and friendly staff”

Hotel is well placed at the heart of Brinchang town with cozy, safe environment and Private Parking around it. Despite the lack of facilities such as toiletries, limited TV channels, water bottles or kettle in the room, it is still a comfortable stay with a very friendly and attentive staffs. A big shout out to Mr Tana for giving us with his pleasant and kind service for our stay.

Pros: Family suite is big and comfortable. Staff friendly and have private parking. Easy to find food Cons: No lift, no kettle but each level they put a water dispenser for cool, warm and hot water. Not really comfortable as need to go out from room. Wi-Fi too slow and tv channel too limited.

Unable to sleep well”

Pros : Location & parking Cons : Broken bed frame, collapse mattress, dirty mattress cover, dirty blanket, spoil body shampoo dispenser. Unable to sleep well because felt bite by insect (can't see by human eye). In the morning being disturbed by neighbor who wake up early in the morning because super lousy sound block door. Horrible experience.

A spacious 3 bedroom Apartments , all individual room with attached bathroom. Staff is very friendly!

weekend getaway”

my 2nd time here. first times as biker, 2nd time with family. ample of car park spaces. got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. nice view n spacious. would have given it 5 stars for location if the night market didnt shift away from brinchang.

Highly recommended ”

Stayed in the family studio for 2 nights. Clean rooms and spacious too. Located at the heart of Brinchang town. Walkable to food places, night market, supermarket, atm, pharmacy, etc. Parking spaces are abundant too. 2 complains is that they don't provide the conventional soap and shampoo. They provided only one type of body shower (I think) in a dispensing machine (like the ones in mall's bathrooms). Also the Wi-Fi is not stable and keep disconnecting. But these are minor complaints considering we had a very comfortable stay with good hospitality from the hotel staff. Value for money considering we stayed on weekends during school holidays and still spent below Rm500 (for 5 adults). Would defintely stay here again and recommend it to others too.

After read all the review from all the hotel at agoda, this hotel are the best. Value for money. All good and clean. But only for the comforter. I think they need to change the new one. Smell like the old one. Overall okay 👍🏻

the room ok but not clean.towel not provide more.we check in for 6 people but we get 3 towel only.. tv channel not clear..the bed sheet very dirty.. i suggest do a more cleaning progress. the hotel very nice and look good. i very love this place and want to come again and check in here..hope have a good facility in the future

Good location .. Since pasar malam has shift to new location.. less jammed..... in the mid of either to go to Tanah Rata area or Kea Farm area... Quiet place but very near to various shop.. friendly staff and very fast check in & out process ... enough & private parking space ... Upgrading the hotel facilities will made the place almost perfect.. Surely will be my top choice .. when I coming back to Cameron..

Went better than expected! I definitely regretted not stayed for the 3D2N that I planned for. Room felt very roomy and comfortable, great for new and young couples to recharge that empty battery and escape the face pace of city life.

Nice and pleasant stay. Will come back to stay. If possible try to upgrade the bath look brighter so it won't look scary at first look. Other are moderate with the value we paid. Tq for the recommendation.

Enjoyable Holiday”

I stayed at this hotel with my gf for 4 days 3 night. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful to recommend things around. Recommended to get the tour package to peak of gunung brinchang, mossy forest, tea plantation visit with 4wd vehicle, as you do not want your own vehicle to damage while visiting these places due to narrow and steep roads. Anyway, holiday suppose to enjoy and avoid unnecessary hassle, especially for first timers. Be warn about the potential jam during weekends, not sure during off peak season, but best to call up to survey the traffic condition from time to time. The air is fresh here during morning and night. Room and washroom condition was fine to me with hot water available. I brought two bottles of favourite wine n chilled with the cold water from the washroom. Food recommended nearby was kwan kee charcoal steamboat, jew may yen stir fry and bak kut teh. At tanah rata can look for uncle chow kopitiam for breakfast n singh chapatti. Finally, theres a large supermarket and guardian pharmacy available near this resort. Will definitely visit to this resort again. Price is reasonable to me. Thumbs up from me.

Affordable hotel centrally located”

Hotel is centrally located where it is 3-5mins walk to the Night market and many other shops. Staff, especially Tana is friendly and helpful. Wifi is available at the lobby and each floor is provided with hot & drinking water. Overall, a good stay.

Really like the cottage feel, amazingly clean & comfortable. Water heater is easily accessible. Parking lots is not a problem. Friendly, helpful and informative receptionist. The only setback is the wifi is only available in lobby.

Quality Stay”

Near to night market and town area, staff super nice, room a bit old but comfortable.. We book our tour through brochure offered by the hotel and its really nice. Room not that soundproof though if privacy is your top priority, no lift though so you need to climb stairs, bed a little soft.. nice room hygiene though

Overall, it's a great experience and nice stay in Country Lodge Resort. A few minor things to highlight could be : - wifi access only available in lobby/reception area - no lift access (the highest floor is 3rd floor)
