This hotel is situated near 2 subway lines which is easy to get around major attractions. Staff are friendly and speak reasonably well English. Their services were prompt when called for room service. There are 2 coin washers and dryers, a detergent and softener vending machine, a gym with yoga mats and water dispenser, a small heated pool and jacuzzi at basement floor. You can purchase toothbrush and WOW transport card on the 1st level if you did not bring one. The hotel supports green effort and does not provide one time use shavers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, cotton pads and buds, shower caps. Food is limited at this hotel but there are several restaurants (pork stew, burgers, bbq meat, baked chicken, noodles, bread etc) just outside the hotel. A CU convenience shop is also available around the corner. A 10 mins walking distance to Namdaemun Market and nearby restaurants around City Hall subway where you can grab your breakfast (also along the way there are many restaurants/cafes along main road like porridge, noodles, sandwiches) and 15 -20 mins walk to Shinshigae Shopping Mall and Lotte Duty Free Mall. K Lomousine bus 6701 stop from/to airport is just a 5 mins walk from hotel. But the hotel can improve on the cleanliness of the linens (not a major issue just a dot of stain found) and provide firmer pillows as alternatives. Mattress is comfortable but the 2 pillows provided are a little too soft for my liking. Water pressure from shower is good. It will be better if there is a shared microwave provided as well.
Great location, about 5min walk from namdaemun market and 20mins to Myeongdong. Beds are comfortable. The only issue we had was that the table and bathroom vanity counters in the room were low, so our toddler could reach to get things off these areas. It was hard to keep items out of reach from our toddler. But this was only a minor inconvenience.
The staff were really friendly acknowledging you with a friendly smile when you entered and left the building. There were a couple of coffee shops , restaurants and convenience store just out the door. And we walked to quite a lot of the attractions. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
The room is clean as I have ocd person. Can use UK plug. Have towel, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a lavender peppermint lotion, hair dryer and bottle water in fridge. If room service next day they will refill the bottle water. Hotel downstairs have alot of shop like cafe and restaurant. Walk a short distance is City Hall train station.
My 17 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights before moving to an apartment when our larger family group arrived in Seoul. The staff is very friendly and helpful, our Deluxe King room was modern, very clean and larger than I expected. We arrived with 2 large suitcases and 1 carry on. Our bed was large and very comfortable. AC was working perfectly and quickly cooled our room whenever we returned after spending time out shopping and exploring. There is a convenience store 50 m from the hotel and the place is surrounded by tons of restaurants and cafes. Walking to Myeongdong took about 20 minutes and the subway station was very close. After visiting Myeongdong several times, I'm very happy I chose lodging in quieter Namdaemun instead. Close enough and easy access to get to anywhere in Seoul. Would highly recommend this place and it would be my 1st choice for my next return.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was doing my laundry at B1. If only the instruction has in English or Chinese version, I will save up my time and a few trial and error transactions (which i lose out 1,500 won by clicking for the detergent. Other than this little hiccup, all are good. Room is clean and spacious.
Nice hotel located right in the central, walking distance to public transport and lots of eatery surrounding the hotel. The room is spacious. The only downside is that if your visit during winter, you may ask for the aircon remote to tune to higher temperature. If not the room will be around 21 degree.
We booked the hotel quite early on and got it for a very good deal. The hotel was very accommodating and took note of my request for a room with a bidet and arranged for that when we checked in. They also preempted us on some safety precautions due to the BTS concert which coincided with our trip. Location was great as it's a short walk away from the City Hall station and with the Climate card, it made it easy for us to travel all around the city. Good food was also easily found around the hotel vicinity without having to wander too far. Namdaemun Market is also within walking distance. Would definitely consider staying here again the next time we're back in Seoul.
Good location with many food options, coffee outlets, convenience shops beside the hotel. Hotel is near office buildings and there is super long queues at the food places during lunch time. Must try the Bas burger which is just opposite. The deluxe room is big and very clean. I love that they have a little shelf at the shower area for guest to put their own toiletries. However there is no lock for the toilet doors. Self service laundry at B1. Ice dispenser at level 4. Hotel is about 8-10mins walk to myeongdong. Else Uber is about krw6000-7000 Subway station is not far.. 5-8mins walk It’s a quiet and peaceful surrounding. I’ll be surely back here to stay if I visit Seoul. Highly recommended

We stayed at ENA Hotel Suites thinking it would be very close to Myeongdong, but it’s actually about a 20–25 minute walk. It’s still bearable, but during winter, like when we visited, the cold can really get into your bones, so the distance feels longer than it is. As for the facilities, everything was great. We used the pool, gym, and fitness center, and all of them were clean and well maintained. The hotel itself looks brand new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly and spoke English very well, which made communication easy. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we had a pleasant experience at the hotel.
Arrived in Seoul early and was pleasantly surprised to be allowed early check-in. The suite was spacious and comfortable for us 3 ladies, it had a living room with a TV, a bedroom with another TV : one king bed & one super single bed, plenty of space to move around and store our luggage, clothes & shopping haul for 3 people. The bathroom was large, with a separate bathtub, shower, toilet, and double sinks. There was also a small dining area where we could enjoy our meals and get some work done. Walking distance to nearby street market. Eateries and restaurants and shop mart just next to hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely return. Thank you!
I've visited Seoul many times, and my stay at ENA Suite Hotel was by far the most satisfying experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything needed. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent—close to the subway station, and within walking distance to the airport bus. Having a conv store right downstairs was also very handy. The front desk staff provided friendly and helpful multilingual service, which made communication smooth. One small note: the hotel does not provide free toothbrushes or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own.
Location was ideal and just enough space for us and our luggage. Front desk staff was friendly and professional and were able to store our luggage before check-in. Room lighting switch was a bit confusing and located across the room from the bed. Not sure if switch controlled outlets but digital clock and fridge did not work on last day of our stay. Shower had good water pressure. Bed and bedding were comfortable as was the room temperature. I appreciated the level of security in the elevators where your room card only allowed access to your floor. I would definitely recommend ENA for its location and value.
I traveled with my teenage son and overall had a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom didn’t have a lock, which was a bit inconvenient. The location is excellent — just a short walk from City Hall Station Exit 9, and you can easily take Limousine Bus 6701 to Incheon Airport from the opposite stop near Exit 10 (about a 4-minute walk). Breakfast was very limited, with no toppings is no worth unless you’re traveling with kids and for the convenience to have breakfast in the hotel. On the plus side, there’s a coin-operated laundry on Basement 1, which is clean and convenient to use. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, except for the breakfast.
We had a great time staying here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. There are just two suggestions I’d like to share: 1. The room door does not have a soft-close or buffer hinge, so we could hear doors closing nearby. Installing one would be a simple and inexpensive improvement. 2. The exhaust fan did not work well, which caused bathroom odors to take a long time to dissipate. The hotel would be perfect if these two points could be improved. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The entire place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is strategic—close to everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. What really stood out was the staff. My husband and I stayed recently for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. The front desk staff were kind and professional. For anyone staying for a long period like us, there are only two washers and dryers on site, so it can be a bit of a waiting game until you can do your laundry but they are available as an option. The cleaning staff are amazing and efficient. Its a great location just outside of exit 9 from City Hall station and a decent walk to Myeongdong, the hill is a little steep which is the only downfall with luggage. Would highly reccomend.
Staff at the front desk are all very kind and helpful specially when we need a taxi or Uber for 5 people. The rooms are big and clean. New towels every day and free bottled water. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and breakfast place called Paris Baguette. Myeongdong shopping street and Lotte High end mall is 15 to 20 mins walk from the hotel. Namdaemun market and Chenggyecheon stream is also walking distance from ENA hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
Had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the MRT, which made getting around very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so finding food or daily necessities was never a problem. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to assist when needed. The rooms were comfortable and suitable for a family stay. Overall, a great choice for families looking for convenience and comfort.
One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The room is large, which was a lifesaver since I was confined to the room for two days because of plantar fasciitis. The hotel is also very close to the bus stop, which we used for the majority of our travels. The receptionist was also very helpful; she not only explained how to get to Nami Island, but she also printed out a map from Google for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to South Korea.
Friendly attentive, conscientious staff, excellent location if you like to eat for there are over 7 + restaurants along the same street, a good bakery/coffee shop around the corner. I’d rate it a 5 star except if you are a senior needing help using the bath tub/shower there are no grab bars, and tub height is high for getting into. Otherwise a very enjoyable place to stay
Perfect location right in the heart of the city—steps away from City Hall, Namdaemun Market, and Myeongdong, so everything is literally within reach. We stayed for 3 nights & we got the triple room, which was so spacious and clean. The staff was friendly, we managed to communicate even if we dont know the language. They were a great help in booking a taxi for 6. The location is within walking distance to the myeongdong shopping street & namdaemun market. Restos & convenience stores abound nearby

A pretty good location for Myeongdong and for public transport from the airport (the Airport Limo bus stops by the nearby Park Hotel) and for City Hall Metro Station and lots of buses. Not too far from the main railway station either. There are better located hotels right in Myeongdong, but they no doubt cost a lot more. The staff were helpful and spoke good English and we twice left our cases in the lobby area when we went to Gyeongju for a night and on our last day before our evening flight. That seemed pretty safe. The first three nights we had a deluxe king room and then for one night a regular king room. Not much difference, but the deluxe was on the 16th floor and had a shower in the bath - not good if you have mobility issues - rather than just a shower. The regular room also didn't have a Japanese style hi-tech toilet! The negatives were that the heating was on for the whole building (seems to be a thing in Korea) and so the A/C controls didn't work. It was quite cold outside but we ended up sleeping with the windows open to cool the room! This meant it was noisy with early morning clattering outside. Madness in late November and really wasteful for a hotel touting its green credentials. Also, a bedside wall light was loose in both rooms and couldn't be operated from the bed, but only from a switch across the room. Rather silly!
This is my third time staying at this hotel as the space is very spacious that you can open both luggage out and the room is very clean, nice beds and toilet comes with bidet. The hotel location is located at the City Hall station which is very convenient, 1 stop away from Seoul Station and also to Myeongdong. The hotel is outside exit 9 which has an elevator so you don’t have to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs. The coin laundry located at the basement comes with a washer and dryer which costs KRW5000 for each wash and drying. You’ll need to purchase the detergent separately also which costs KRW500. Would stay here again on my next visit!

So far the room was big enough for a large family as ours. They clean it everyday and indeed maintain cleanliness. Our booking didnt include breakfast hence my rating that it is quite pricey. The location is NOT along myeongdong street but still its pretty good. Many restaurants below. And near the city hall. We weren't able to fully maximize the facilities as we were mostly out of the hotel. Their staff are quite accommodating and can speak english. I would like to visit this hotel again.
we just got back today and we were happy that we chose ENA suite as our Seoul accommodation! The room is spacious enough, clean, and most important, the bed was so good!! It will be perfect if they have harder pillows hahaha. Location is great, just walking distance from City Hall Subway (line 9), and walk to Myeondong street ard 8-10mins. Overall we are happy with the hotel. In fact, i will be back with another group of friends and booked ENA again!

Overall, we really liked this hotel. The rooms are large for Seoul, beds are super comfortable and the location can't be beat for connections around the city. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. My only critique would be that the breakfast served is limited and gets repetitive after a couple of days. If they changed to a buffet, this place would be perfect.

Stayed here with my family of 5 for a week. Room was well furnished and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to City Hall metro station (Lines 1 and 2) and attractions such as Namdaemun night market and Myeongdong street. Definitely recommend staying here.
Our group stayed at the ENA hotel and it was a convenient location to subways and walkable to Namdemon, Myeongdong, and the Seoul Station. The staff was very attentive and the accommodations were spacious and clean. My only recommendation is that the hotel have a few more washer and dryer machines. We would definitely stay here again
We had a lovely stay at this property. The rooms are good sized with everything you need. Comfortable beds. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The flip side is though it shows very close to Myneondong, it’s quite inconvenient to go there except by taxi. Otherwise great location, very close to city hall station which is very well connected.
I would like to give my appreciation to counter staff Lily for assisting me beyond the miles to call the shops and police station as I had lost my passport the previous night. Due to her tremendous help, I saved time having to go down to Myeondong and manage to obtain my temporary passport in time for my flight home. Excellent and professional service by the counter staff and they were patient to guests requests in general. There are some nice restaurants and cafe just next to the hotel and within 5mins walk to more amenities and train station. Hotel is extremely clean and if a good size for travellers. The only issue is the drainage sound from the pipe is quite prominent at level 8. Not sure how this can be addressed but I’m not too concerned about it. Service level is far and beyond. We will be back again. Than you!

We stayed here with our teenage daughter and could not fault this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms are spacious and clean and modern. We would definitely recommend this hotel and the location is perfect- walking distance to all the action but not noisy to sleep.
The hotel was very clean and nice, and the staff were very helpful and nice too :) The location was also very good as there were many convenience stores around, there were many restaurants nearby, and the train stations and bus stops were also very convenient. This is my 2nd time at ENA Namdaemun, and love it there, location just walk 2 mins to subway, walking distance to Myeondong, and so many good eateries around hotel! Most important for me is i love the bed and room is clean! Yeah will book again when i visit Seoul and will recommend to my friends as well!
Rooms were decently sized and fit 3 checked bags comfortably. House keeping was available daily and the facilities were well maintained. Laundry in building is such a bonus. Surrounded by some good restaurants and 1 block from train station. Would def book again. Great value for location and size
Stayed at ENA suite for 8 nights. Pros: - Location (within 2mins walk to the nearest train station which is city hall) - Size (approximately 26-30m2 which is very good sized for a hotel in town) - Fuss-free check-in and check-out process. - Good amenities. - Housekeeper did a great job in cleaning the room. - Bidet Cons: 1. The curtains for our room could be closed completely, seems like the track is spoilt? 2. Walls are a bit dirty but its not much of a concern 3. A lot of space wasted on the walkway. Could be better utilised. 4. Can hear the banging sounds of the doors of neighbouring hotel rooms but it didnt really affect us. 5. Not sure why the air conditioning system does not allow us to adjust the wind level etc. Could only toggle between Auto mode or set temperature.

Room was spacious enough for two big luggages. Comfy bed, pillow is the standard soft hotel type. Stayed on 8th floor, window was about head height to the ceiling so you cant really look out (the views was blocked anyways). Soundproofing was fine when at the bedroom area - but near the door (at the wardrobe/bathroom area) you can hear everything from the neighbours/corridor. Good thing there was a partition door too! Overall no complaints as we had a good sleep every night and location was 2mins walk to Cityhall station exit and busstop to other central areas. Airport limo bus is at the road right outside too (Bus 6701)! Theres a a CU bellw, but note the CU is not 24hrs and we are in a CBD area so the hours are different (they close quite early on weekends). Please eat at jojokalguksu right opposite the clam soup and pajeon is so good.

We enjoyed our stay at ENA Suites. Location was quite good and there's a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and a CU nearby. Walking distance to Seoul station and Namdaemun market. We got a corner room since ours was a three-bedder, and it was quite spacious. Overall very clean and comfortable. We would recommend, although it is a bit on the pricier side.

This place is a gem, offering unbeatable value with a prime location that makes exploring the area a breeze. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Amenities were impressive, and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, making it easy to stay connected. The location was quiet yet very accessible to all the sights with the airport bus stop super close. There were also many eateries close by as well. The staff was really helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and all the amenities available. Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel.
ENA hotel is located within walking distance from Seoul city hall subway which is very convenient to travel around the vicinity. There are some good restaurant and eateries nearby, make it very easy to find food. We like a BBQ restaurant name Tai San泰山 and it's so good that we went for dinner 2 times. ENA hotel is very clean, looks like it's a new built hotel. The staffs are friendly as well and they will try to assist whenever we asked for information. We are not sure about the hotel facilities because we don't have time to use it . Overall we are very happy with the 1 week stay in the hotel and will surely consider to stay on our next visit to Seoul. Very highly recommended. The room comes with 3 single beds which are comfortable and there’s even an extra sofa at the side which can be used as extra space to sit. There’s enough room for all 3 luggage to be opened comfortably without feeling like there’s not enough space to walk around, very spacious for a 3-person room. The toilet comes with a bidet and the shower area has a rain shower. Clean and spacious room, and would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Namdaemun. The location is superb and the staff is friendly. The rooms were clean and regularly serviced. There are lots of great restaurants in the area, especially Korean barbecue, and two of the palaces are in walking distance. Our only complaint was that the pool water was not very clean. You could see stuff (maybe algae or maybe bacteria) in it. We also didn’t really like it that when one of our suitcases broke we had to pay 5000 won for the staff to throw it away. Overall it was a really nice time, though.

Ena Suite has always been my favourite hotel whenever Im in Seoul. Walking distance to City Hall Subway Station, Namdaemum market and walkable to Myeongdong too. Very clean, well-maintained rooms. Staff are always friendly and nice.

Stayed for 10 nights. Not exactly near shopping area. One stop away from namdaemun. During rush hours is really quite pack esp ENA is located in office area. Quite a number of food around the area as well. The room was really great! Toilet is big and clean too. Thumbs up
Everything about the hotel is just about perfect - great location near mrt, convenience store and lots of good food! The gym is great too eventho small but have bar bells and dumb bells, and a few cardio machines. The part that I did not like was the shower which goes hot and cold repeatedly regardless of your setting and mind you, I changed room midway from a shower ceiling leak and both rooms had the same issue. The other issue is for light sleepers - which soundproof of roads are great, you can hear anyone talking in the corridor and doors slamming, interrupting sleep.

“Comfort, Space, and Service — Highly Recommended in Seoul”
This was our first visit to Seoul, and ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun was the first hotel of our trip — a fantastic introduction to the city. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was generously sized at 33 m² (355 ft²). The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The king-size bed was excellent, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which made a real difference after long days exploring the city. We booked a couple of months in advance and paid *** per night, which we felt was outstanding value for money given the room size, quality, and overall standard of the hotel compared with other options in the area. The staff were exceptional — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Most staff spoke and understood English well, and the 24-hour front desk was reassuring and convenient. Whenever we asked for directions or advice, staff were knowledgeable and more than happy to help. The hotel facilities were another highlight. There is a large indoor swimming pool with spacious changing facilities, as well as a coin-operated laundry, with coins readily available from the front desk at any time — a very practical touch for travellers. The location suited our itinerary perfectly. There are numerous bus services around 400 metres from the hotel, providing quick access to Seoul Station in about 5–8 minutes (3–4 stops). While the immediate surrounding area doesn’t offer much in the way of shopping, this wasn’t an issue for us. If shopping on your doorstep is important, be prepared for a longer walk or a short bus ride — otherwise, the connectivity more than makes up for it. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would absolutely return. ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun is highly recommended for its comfort, value, outstanding staff, and well-maintained facilities.
