Vi bodde på annexet stora fina ljusa rum rent och snyggt. Cykel uthyrning precis utanför ingången. Bra frukost trevlig personal.
Spa avdelningen var inte mycket ha.

Bemötandet generellt var en besvikelse.”

Bemötandet i receptionen var mycket bra, riktigt service inriktad personal. väldigt fin frukost.
Personalen som vi blev serverade av i hotellets restaurang var snorkigt och otrevligt (kväll och middag, frukost värdarna var vänliga) Jag tycker det är mycket anmärkningsvärt att man enbart talade tyska och inte bemödade sig att ens försöka förstå annat språk, ska då tilläggas att vi försökte med skol tyskan vilket gjorde personalen ännu mer förnärmad, inte heller fungerade engelsk eller spanska som ett språk alternativ. (Inte norska, danska eller svenska heller)

Great location on the Baltic Sea.”

We booked a room with a terrace overlooking the front of the hotel. It was a great place to relax, enjoy the weather and the view -- though we could only see a sliver of the ocean. The hotel is across the street from the beach and a couple of blocks from the main tourist area, offering a nice balance between being part of the scene and having a quite place to relax. If what you are looking for is a quiet place to get away from it all, this is a great option. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also excellent.
Parking was a bit far away. They have a shuttle bus, so if you are just planning to go there, relax, and then leave, it&#39;s not an issue. But if you wanted to use the hotel as a base for day trips, a hotel with onsite parking might be preferable.

At the Check-in the receptionist was friendly, he smiles and answered whatever questions we had, the rooms were fabulous, exactly like how it looks in the website&#47;Booking.com with a balcony, so we didn’t suffer without an AC, it was sunny&#47;hot during the day which we mostly stay by the beach and there was a cool breeze at night so we just leave the balcony open while sleeping and it feels like a natural AC Perfect, the area is safe and quiet, the breakfast was excellent, and enjoyed the sauna. As mentioned the hotel is right by the beach and 7-10 mins walk to the center by the woods, it’s lovely how the hotel is in between 😍, we spent 3 nights and wished to stay more but it was fully booked! Loved the whole experience Kühlungsborn turned to be a wonderful place and Definitely considering to come back ;)

Very enjoyable stay, wish I had more time”

The hotel is surrounded by a beach to the north, lush forest south-west and the eastern side of the city to the east. All in all, plenty of things to do during any time of the day. The staff is quite friendly and well-mannered. I liked the fact that breakfast was available up till 11 (12 on weekends). One could take something light, go for a walk and come back for more. Also, there&#39;s a coffee&#47;bar as part of the hotel and a steakhouse in front of the entrance.
Transportation is a bit non-conventional. Firstly, the hotel itself is about 12 minutes away from the nearest train station (Ost Bahnhof). Secondly, one cannot get train or bus tickets from DBahn since the train (molli bahn) and bus (rebus) are not affiliated with DB. One could get to the train station with Flixbus, however I was unlucky and it was fully booked. Anyway, not a big deal, just a slight annoyance.

Wonderful”

Great facility... management was very helpful to insure we were taken care of. We will return to this Hotel the cafe had excellent cake and coffee and the steak house was great as well.

The style and the clean large room. The bed was fantastic and the great balcony was a hit.
There was a lot og smokers. It was permitted to smoke on the balconies. This was very unpleasent.
