Det är andra gången vi stannade på hotellet. Vi var här för 25 år sedan och vi kom tillbaka. Hotellet har fortfarande sin charm. Det doftar fortfarande kolonial stil. Det enda som jag skulle ändra det är frukost och internet. De borde ingå i priset.

The most striking feature is the stunning colonial architecture. The grand facade and historical charm make the stay feel nostalgic and unique. It is tucked away in a quiet corner of the Orchard area, making it an ideal spot to chill and escape SG's frantic pace. The hotel is situated right next to Far East Plaza. You get the convenience of the shopping district within walking distance, but with enough distance to enjoy a peaceful environment. There are two swimming pools available, offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The fitness center is well-maintained and stocked with all the common equipment needed for a solid workout. Nothing really for younger kids. The Deli: A must-visit. Their durian cakes are legendary and absolutely delicious. The friendly staff are a highlight, providing attentive and warm service that complements the hotel’s classic hospitality. A beautiful blend of history and comfort. Not so happening for young families with kids. On the flipside, this quaint hotel is for you if you want to have peace and be away from kids. 😉

Everything is perfect - perfect studio, perfect wooden floor; tasteful interior. The second you step in, you know that place is very thoughtfully designed and constructed. I also really love the loft layout that gave the home vibe, esp if you travel with a partner. Another thing I really liked about this place is the light. The place is filled with natural light. I’ll be very comfortable just staying in all day. The loft studio is in a separate building to the main hotel. Guests were given keys to access the lift. That’s the safety protection. But there was no security in the standalone building. It will be perfect if there was one, as on the ground floor, there were commercial shop spaces. So I’d appreciate extra security for this standalone studio space. Otherwise, the main hotel lobby has everything you want from a 5 star hotel. All in all, this will still be my top choice for travelling to Singapore esp with a partner or family

I recently stayed at Goodwood Park and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The first thing I noticed was how massive the room was, which was great for space, but I was pretty disappointed to find there wasn't a bathtub. The aircon also struggled quite a bit. Even when I cranked it down to 19 degrees, it never really felt cold. It’s probably because the room is so huge, so I was actually really glad they had a fan in there to help circulate the air. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and they had a surprisingly good range of TV channels to flip through. One highlight was that they included a slice of cake for my mum’s birthday, which was a sweet gesture. However, the general staff hospitality could have been a bit warmer overall. It didn't feel particularly welcoming, just functional. The breakfast was also just okay. Honestly, I’d only say it’s worth having if it's already included in your room price. Otherwise, you aren't missing much.

We had a wonderful stay at the Parklane Suite in Goodwood Park Hotel. The suite was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It felt private and peaceful, yet still conveniently connected to the main hotel facilities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast at the main building — it was absolutely excellent. There was a great variety of options, everything was fresh, and the quality was impressive. It was definitely something we looked forward to each morning. Although the Parklane Suite is located slightly away from the main building, there is a convenient shortcut walkway that makes it very easy and quick to access the main hotel. The walk was pleasant and hassle-free. Overall, it was a lovely experience — comfortable accommodation, fantastic breakfast, and a convenient layout. We would gladly stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Goodwood Park during our wedding anniversary. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. A baby cot was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay with our little one very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary anniversary cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. The hotel is within walking distance to Far East Plaza, making it very convenient for shopping and food options. The swimming pool appeared to have no lifeguard on duty, so extra caution may be needed. The bathroom felt a little rundown, and the glass door made it slightly inconvenient when showering our baby.

What a wonderful hotel…The rooms are enormous; the staff are wonderful; the location could not be better and the grounds are so relaxing. Food is yum and the pools are clean and relaxing. Never leaving!
My parents, husband and I stayed in the serviced apartments of the Goodwood hotel called the Parklane suites. The 1 bedroom suites afforded the 4 of us extra room with the living room space and kitchen. While the suite itself is well appointed, the pull out sofa was worn and lumpy and not at all comfortable. Might be suitable for a small child but did not provide a restful sleep for 2 adults. The staff of the hotel are friendly and efficient. Special shout out to the cleaning woman who was in charge of our suite 426 and Liss at the front desk. Would stay again in the suites if travelling as a couple.
The hotel is a beautiful heritage property with stunning architecture and great character. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The food was excellent ,the restaurants were great, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. The olive fried rice was especially delicious. We also loved the hotel’s signature pastries and desserts, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. The Chinese New Year atmosphere was festive and lively, and the staff were warm, friendly, and polite. A truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

The historical architecture was beautiful hidden among the busy modern streets of Singapore. Our arrival was served by Andy and our check out by Parthi. Both display excellent service. Friendly and helpful staffs. The apartment is clean and well furnished as it’s recently renovated in 2023. The only down part is pillow too soft and bed not to comfy. Toilet is clean n bright but water drainage not so good as it does not have gradient and water tend to puddle near door. Would be good if they have bidet too. Overall i will still recommend this hotel for the space, cleanliness and hospitality.

All staff’s are so polite n helpful. Email them respond is fast which I like. Mayfair room is hard to find for first visitor come and stay which no signboard indicate. Lift is small. Our room 567 (3rd flr), I went in, felt great but when I passby an old small photo showing 4 ladies face,they all are pretty but immediately felt a bit weird looking at them and is facing opposite our bed. Night time 11pm plus we off the light n TV prepared to hv a gd rest,a sound irritated us it happened “Tik” every 5-10mins. The sound is at the back near the TV n fridge area. I went n checked ,the sound stop. We went to bed, the sound start again. 🤔 funny feeling, is an old colonial building so…..but anyway we fall asleep very fast and don’t think so much haha… breakfast so so, not really much choice to choose.

My husband and I stayed at Goodwood Park on the first few nights of our wedding. The room was spacious, clean and looks newly refurbished. Love the water heating system, temperature control during showers is great. Location is within walking distance to Orchard. We were well taken care of and the staff helped to ensure that my wedding gowns and suits delivery and collection were smooth. One small thing I wish could be improved is for staff to provide clear instructions for the complimentary guest parking. We didn’t know that our cars should have been parked at the guest carpark instead of the visitor carpark which incurred parking charges.

I stayed at the Goodwood Park Hotel for three nights. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was able to stay in a poolside suite, which was comfortable and truly wonderful. It was a shame that I couldn't see the hotel's beautiful exterior as it was undergoing renovations. It was also a little far from the MRT, which made walking in the hot sun a bit of a challenge. Other than that, it was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

Had a short staycay and let the little one enjoy the pool. Grateful to have a room upgrade and have direct access to the pool. Checked in with Kim was pleasant and straightforward. Room is nice and comfortable. Only issue is they do not have a bidet in the room. We wanted to go out to have a walk and it started raining. Met a very sweet and nice uncle driving the buggy and he was very accommodating and dropped us at the hotel’s entrance, a few steps to far east plaza. Didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he really made our day! Met Kim at the breakfast lounge again the next morning and she was attentive and helped cleared a table inside so that we can have a more comfortable space. Breakfast selection is very very limited. They do have nice coffee and I think thats the reason why the coffee machine needs frequent top up of water and milk!

All staff that we met were very friendly. The room was big and had an amazing comfy bed with soft pillows you sank into. Lots of in room amenities. Main swimming pool was nice with a handful of sun beds around the pool but there is a second pool hidden away on the other side of the hotel that also has a few sun beds and is a bit shadier. Good location. Minutes walk from Orchard Road and the food courts and shopping centres and 10mins the other way to Newton Circus Hawker Centre which was a nice one. We usually stay somewhere else but this was a lovely change and we would definitely come back again.

Spent the weekend here and I must comment on the excellent customer service from all the staff we have came across during our stay. Cleanliness of the room was also a standout. Modern touch in a historical building. Tried their high tea at L'expresso which was good and their service staff were all very attentive even though it was a full house crowd. Location at the quieter end of Orchard road but still convenient for shopping and food option outside the hotel.
We have chosen this hotel because my husband and his family used to stay there when he was very young. It’s his childhood memory. It’s a very nice hotel with excellent location and very smart and friendly staff. They presented a surprised birthday cake to me even though my birthday was 2 days away. Wonderful people. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. Stayed for 6 nights. On the first night we requested for a room with a bathtub. Staff went all out to accomodate us which was fantastic. Room is very new and clean. The hotel is very beautiful and location is excellent. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The staff were helpful and courteous. We will definitely return. My wife and I were here for our 15th year anniversary. The hotel staff were exceptional. They prepared a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary at night which was thoughtful. We also requested for a room change when we booked the wrong type. They helped to change our rooms which was seamless and smooth. Tricia the front desk staff was attentive to my needs. At the breakfast, area, the staff were also warm and friendly creating an atmosphere of warmth and care. Finally, the room was clean and the designs in the hotel were classic. Excellent service provided by all staff who greet you when they walk past you. Got an upgraded room and was able to check-in earlier to rest and explore Orchard Road. Great location, really friendly helpful staff. It still has an old world charm about the hotel, and staff genuinely greeted us warmly, from gardeners, cleaning staff etc would happily go back. When the fan was on in the bathroom with the door closed to the suite it drew an odour from the drain. Hotel cleaned it but it persisted so we left the door ajar so air would be drawn elsewhere rather than up through the drain.

You will never get this amount of spaciousness for the location and price point offered at the Goodwood Park Parklane Split Level suite. FOR THAT ALONE ITS A WIN. Kitchen was small but we didn't need to cook, just to make coffee and refrigerator to store salads and drinks. Super clean rooms. Super large balcony with seating. Older pool. Good bfast.

We chose to stay here for our first wedding anniversary :) The team sent us one of their signature Royal Chocolate Crunchy Hazelnut Cake for our celebration and we were able to extend our check out time as well. Service is great here and staff are friendly and helpful! We requested for some small things and they were efficient and kind about them. Even our deliveries to the hotel were handled well and delivered to our room! The heritage vibes of the hotel gives a warm and welcoming feel ❤️ * there’s a 15% discount for the afternoon high tea for hotel guests! Shoutout to Jeremy, Jimmy, Timothy, Bryan, Rifki, and Betty (from the breakfast area!)! They are down to earth, friendly, and great with their service. They ask for our names, have small talk w us even at 12midnight haha and we appreciate it so much and are so grateful they made our stay wonderful 🥰 The hotel is also a short walk away from all the malls, yet tucked away enough for privacy and peace! I've stayed at Goodwood Park Hotel several times, and have always enjoyed my stay. This time my wife and I booked a heritage room, but on arrival found it had only a few tiny windows and these were largely masked due to renovation works taking place on the tower area of the hotel. We asked to swap to a room with more natural light and were offered a much more modern room that was nonetheless very elegantly furnished and had large windows overlooking the main pool and garden area. We were told this room was a grade below the heritage room and in compensation were offered a very late check-out, which suited us perfectly. Although I'm not a great fan of the Orchard Road area, I would definitely stay here again for the tranquility of the place, the comfort of the room and its fabulous old-school-trained staff.
We stayed in a Parkland Split Level Studio which is part of the Goodwood Park Complex. It was exactly what we needed for 3 adults. Although the accommodations were excellent, what stood out the most for us ,was the wonderfully helpful service we encountered from the reception staff. Melvin particularly, but also Thomas Wong were extremely helpful and kind when we lost a member of our party who was without any money or a phone! It's a long story but Melvin rang around everywhere and helped me get to the police station. He was also the first to contact me to tell me that the party member had be found!!! Both gentlemen showed boundless care and patience when dealing with us. It is these kind of things that make for a great story when you get home, made even more interesting with added caring and kind characters.

We are grateful to the staff, the facilities and the cleanliness of the room but we were really disappointed with the noise level that we experienced while in the room. There was no sound proofing at all. We can hear all the screams and shouts from another room because they were partying. There were also people walking and talking outside the corridor therefore we were really disappointed.
Booked a room for a 1 day staycation and was happy with the room. It was just next to Far East Plaza which means it's quite near to most of the malls in Orchard easy to walk around. The room was nice and clean. So was the facilities as well. Even though it is not as new as other hotels but the amenities are still in great condition. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well! To summarize, we had a great time there.

Got a last minute good deal on agoda for one night stay breakfast inclusive. Room was spacious and comfortable, one working desk and one vanity counter for me and my husband to do work; moderate sized but well equipped gym, quaint swimming pool as deep as 2.5m for a nice dip. Breakfast was noteworthy with good variety and of better standard than even other 5 star hotels, Goodwood is no doubt known for food :) We were also kindly granted late checkout, will definitely be back when we need a respite from the daily grind.

It was a pleasant experience overall. Breakfast was great with many varieties. Hot water from the shower is reliable. Room size is impressive, much bigger than newer hotels, providing plenty of space to relax. I like the firm bed and the TV facing it directly. Location is convenient as it is in Orchard Road. Staff were overall friendly. There are two swimming pools!

Nestled just outside the orchard road with public transportation within walking distance. The staff were friendly and I’d return as a customer. A couple of things to feedback. The iron while useable, is leaking and the wall usb points are worn out so you will have to charge with your power adapter.

First time there is 15 years and the staff were just as excellent and helpful. We stayed in the Park Lane Suites, an apartment in an adjacent building. My only gripes are that there was a rug that was dirty and needs to be removed, and the bathroom had a leak. That aside, it was most comfortable and we are considering a longer term stay there next year.
The Goodwood Park Hotel is more personal than many of the big chains. The staff are very courteous, and extremely helpful. They strive for solutions, to help wherever they can. This time, Bryan Sim really went of his way to help.

Nice cosy & comfortable but a little secluded from the hotel... if order or request for anything, it takes time and sometimes forgotten. Otherwise everything was good & great. The meals were good. The staff were courteous and helpful. Thank you for making it a memorable stay.

Seamless check-in process. Every staff was polite, always smiling, and ever so helpful! We were unfortunate to be involved in a hit and run in the middle of the night at the hotel’s premises. But staff called us first thing in the morning to inform what happened, and how they have reviewed the hours of footage to provide us with relevant information of the other party that we needed. Accessible location and right next to Far East Plaza where there were many halal options (as there was no halal breakfast in hotel). Pools were awesome and empty! It was clean and definitely enjoyable. The last time we stayed here was in 2015, and the service in 2024 was still just as good! Will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Goodwood Park Hotel in Singapore. The hotel’s colonial charm, combined with modern comforts, made for a truly memorable experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Orchard Road, yet peaceful and relaxing. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a seamless stay. A perfect choice for those looking for a luxurious and charming stay.
Lovely well kept hotel, for a very reasonable rate. Close to shopping malls and restaurants, also walking distance to waterfront stores and bars. Staff were very polite and helpful, and rooms were clean and comfortable
I recently stayed at the Goodwood Park Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience at Park Lane studio. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was a delightful surprise - spacious, immaculately clean, and adorned with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The hotel's amenities were top-notch with nice service kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool which was beautifully maintained and provided a perfect respite from the day's heat. The onsite restaurant served a variety of delicious meals, each dish more delightful than the last, and the breakfast buffet was a feast for us 4! I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, charm (it exudes roaring 1920s vibe), comfort, and warm hospitality.
The room was new and clean. We loved that the room had a study chair, sofa chair and a settee - most 5-star hotels do not provide so many sitting options for their guests. That said, what really makes Goodwood Park Hotel stand out from the rest of the 5-star hotels was the impeccable service that we received from the staff. The staff had been spontaneously providing assistance to us, even without being prompted by us. That's awesome!
I stayed one night here and wished I could stay longer. The facilitites were great, the cleaniness implecable and my partner can't stop raving of the ambience and view. Other hotels boast better location but Goodwood Park Hotel has some old world charm. Shout out to the wonderful staff. A young Malay gentleman helped guide my partner when she was dropped at a closed door. I regret not getting his name. Will be back soon
We arrived on the 7th June to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a special visit back because we got married at Goodwood 11 years ago. Everyone we met was caring and professional. Special appreciation to the hotel manager (Mr Thomas Wong). Upon knowing it was a special occasion, he gave us a free room upgrade, late check out and had a cake delivered to our room. Most importantly he made us felt warm and special. Thank you Sir! Goodwood will always be memorable to us. Its truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return for our 12th anniversary!

We booked two rooms for the weekend. At the front desk, Mr Rifiq (I hope I spelled the name correctly) assisted us with a friendly smile. We requested a room change because our initial room had no bathtub and an obstructed view. Rifiq kindly showed us another room type before we decided to switch, and we are really thankful for that. The Indian Restaurant Manager at the coffeehouse was a kind gentleman who fulfilled our small request out of the ordinary, and we truly appreciate his gesture. The one-stop service line, Ms Maya, worked promptly whenever we called, and she assisted us with no fuss. Overall, Goodwood Park Hotel staff are primarily known for their friendly smiles and welcoming gestures, which make us return whenever we think of having a staycation in Singapore. On a side note, they should improve the toilet amenities, such as the quantity, scent, and brand. Plus, adding a bidet would be truly helpful. Keep it up & we'll return again :)
I've booked a night stay for my son's 6th birthday and it was fantastic! Though this hotel is old and nostalgic, the customer service we received was great from the time we arrived and depart! Every staff were friendly and check in was very fast and convenient! We were served by MR THOMAS WONG and he made us felt so welcomed! We were able to check in early and he made the process fast and hassle-free. What went beyond was when my son told him we were there because of his birthday, he told me he will get my son a welcome birthday cake which my son was very happy when he got it in the later day. The cake was very nice and it also came with a heartwarming wishing card from him! We managed to bump into him a few times getting in and out of the hotel and he was so friendly and also chatted which made us felt so close. Though the hotel is old, we will still come back again for its good customer service especially Mr Thomas Wong. The hotel is blessed to have such a great staff and we hope to get to see him again when we visit again! Thank you from me and my family!
I have stayed here a few times. This time is celebrating my 65th birthday. I got a pool suites which is just a few walk away from my room. The pool is clean and quiet. It's a ideal place for relaxing or reading. This place is very convenient and walking distances to Orchard Road . I would strongly recommend friends or you to come and have the feel of this heritage hotel especially the staffs here. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service.
My family and I enjoyed our staycation. The rooms were large with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast too. It was very convenient to walk out for food and shopping.
