Som återvändande gäster trivs vi väldigt bra på hotellet - det är fräscht med trevlig personal och fantastisk service, fantastisk frukost och rymliga rum. Det lugna läget direkt vid floden lämpar sig väldigt väl för en stunds lugn och avkoppling. Hotellet är vårt förstahandsval vid besök i Singapore och förhoppningsvis kommer vi snart dit igen.
Ett väldigt fräscht hotell med relativt bra läge. Ingen MRT-station i den närmsta omgivningen men flera busshållsplatser i närheten. Vårt deluxerum var stort och rymligt. I badrummet fanns både separat dusch och ett stort badkar. På Agoda stod det att det skulle ingå gratis WiFi. När vi anlände till hotellet fick vi dock beskedet att det kostar extra, ganska så mycket extra dessutom. Sammanfattningsvis kan sägas att det här är ett exklusivt hotell som vet hur man tar betalt. För att kunna utnyttja hotellets service till fullo gäller det dock att man redan i förväg är medveten om att de flesta tjänster så som WiFi, film on-demand, spa och tvättservice med mera kostar en hel del.
Jag har bott på detta hotell flera gånger i standardrum. I detta fall stannade jag endast en natt med väninna. Hotellet är rent och snyggt, bra service. Bra och väl tilltagen frukostbuffe. Kanske något små badrum utan badkar, dock funktionella. Hotellet ligger centralt dock lite avskiljt från shopping (Orchard) och nöjen (Clarke Quay/Marina Bay). Rekommendaras varmt.

Läget är helt ok (15 minuters gångväg till Clark Quay), sängarna är suveräna, men hotellet känns trots allt bara sådär för att försöka framstå som fem stjärnigt. Priserna ligger normalt sett en bra bit över vad som känns rimligt för den här klassens hotell, men å andra sidan gäller det över lag i Singapore. Jag har återvänt flera gånger till detta hotell, men av någon anledning har det varit med viss tvekan varje gång. Personalens bemötande och service nivå har oxå varit väldigt skiftande med vissa riktiga skräckexempel, något man inte väntar sig från ett hotell i premium-klassen. Lite irriterande är oxå att Internet inte ingår utan tillkommer till relativt hög kostnad.
Hotellet var sammantaget bra med trevlig personal och bra rum. Pool och gym var även de av bra klass. Hotellet har en trevlig restaurang som ligger på hotellets baksida vid en mindre flod. Bra läge och alltid taxibilar vid hotellets reception.
Had an amazing stay at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel for my birthday celebration! Managed to snag a brilliant deal which made the experience even sweeter. Our room was absolutely lovely - clearly recently renovated with modern furnishings and a fresh, contemporary feel. Everything looked and felt brand new, from the sleek bathroom fixtures to the stylish décor. The attention to detail in the renovation was impressive and created such a comfortable, upscale atmosphere. The waterfront location adds to the overall appeal, and the hotel facilities complemented the excellent room perfectly. It felt like a real treat without breaking the bank thanks to the great rate we secured. The combination of the fantastic deal, beautiful renovated room, and prime location made this birthday stay absolutely perfect. Sometimes you find those gems where everything just comes together - great timing, great price, and great quality. Would definitely book again, especially if another good deal comes up. Highly recommend keeping an eye out for their promotions - you might just score an incredible stay like we did!

I believe this may be the only 5-star hotel in Singapore under the Millennium group. However, for some reason, properties under this brand don’t quite exude the sense of prestige or luxury typically expected of five-star establishments. If the group aims to remain competitive alongside hotel brands such as IHG, FEH, or Marriott, upper management should consider a thorough review of each property's operations and service standards. Check-in Experience: Upon arrival, there was a rather long queue as only one check-in counter was operating. It took about 20 minutes before two additional staff members emerged to assist. Fortunately, we were attended to by Joe, who was polite and friendly, taking the time to walk us through the club benefits patiently. Club Lounge - Afternoon Tea: We proceeded to the club lounge on Level 29 for afternoon tea (2–4pm). The offerings included spinach tarts, chocolate scones, madeleines, and egg mayo and tuna sandwiches. The lounge provides a pleasant atmosphere with panoramic views of the harbour and Marina Bay Sands. Room: Our room had been refurbished in recent years and featured a clean, minimalistic design with subtle elegance, including marble finishes in the bathroom. While the room was tidy, it felt a little compact. We also encountered three minor inconveniences: difficulty connecting to the Chromecast feature, sudden power trip while switching the tv and the absence of a separate standing shower (it was integrated with the bathtub). Evening Cocktail: Served between 6–8pm, the evening canapés were impressive – including pumpkin croquettes, butterfly prawns, creamy pumpkin soup, garlic prawns, chicken yakitori, roasted vegetables, smoked duck, and prawn salad. The drink selection included a cocktail menu, and the lounge team were warm and attentive. Special mention to Nursha and Rian for their exceptional hospitality – a real highlight that helped offset some earlier disappointments. It’s worth noting that there appeared to be an NDP package allowing non-club guests access to the lounge during this period, with prime tables reserved with the best viewing for the fireworks. Which was quite disappointing as we also paid for choosing club lounge for the fireworks. Breakfast: Breakfast is offered either at the club lounge (quieter and more exclusive, though with limited variety) or at Level 1 for a wider selection. The club lounge offers a serene setting with great views, ideal for a relaxed morning. Service & Final Thoughts: Overall, our stay was modest and generally pleasant. That said, service—particularly at the front desk—needs improvement. When requesting a late checkout of just one hour, the reception staff were unnecessarily rigid and unprofessional, repeatedly insisting on a S$100 charge. Second incident was during the night where we called the reception requesting for an ice bucket. We were quoted a fee of $6 for the ice bucket. This is by far the first time being charge for an ice bucket. A more customer-centric approach would certainly enhance the guest experience. Given that the stay wasn’t exactly cheap, and considering the inconsistencies in service, we might not consider returning to this hotel in the future unless there are notable improvements.

The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the MRT station. There are shops very close by, including a 7-Eleven about 5 minutes away, and plenty of restaurants stretching along the river, which creates a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always happy to assist with anything we needed. On the ground floor, there is a small convenience shop where you can buy basic items such as drinks, snacks, and other essentials, which is very convenient. As for the pool, it is on the smaller side, but that didn’t bother us at all — most of the time it was nearly empty, so it felt very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was outstanding — an incredible variety of food, all fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. A perfect start to the day. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. It truly deserves its 5-star rating.

Location: The hotel is just beside the riverwalk, beatiful view with city as a background. You can stroll arround from here all the way to Merlion passing many cafe, restaurant, garden along the river. Breakfast: The restaurant from food to staff are excelent. Staff: Are also excelent, from handling the check in, service during the stay and until check out. They are very responsive. Room: Spacious, clean, modern yet warm, you have all u need in the room. Special Thanks! Especially to Mr Seelan (the night manager) we can feel the warmth as we check in, in the middle of the night brought our young kid. He did noticed my birthday although i didnt mentioned it in the notes. Not only He makes sure we got our room fast, but he did an extramile service by upgrading the room and etc. Me & family agree this was one of best experience staying experience in Singapore, 6 star for you Mr Seelan. I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a solo business traveler, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. First and foremost, I would like to say my utmost thank you to Azalea Rohaizad (Reservation Executive) and Alzeenelly Asmarshal (Assistant Reservation Manager) for making my stay at Grand Copthorne Waterfront a memorable one. Honestly, until today I am still reviewing back all my photos and videos during my stay there. I had requested for a balcony for my room and I was so elated that I got it. Initially I wouldn't want to have high expectations since it's the peak season. Upon check in, when I asked if I do get the balcony and the reservation staff told me it's a yes, damn I was so glad. Check in procedure was smooth, the staffs there were friendly, always smiling and approachable. So now here comes the moment of truth. The lobby at Level 5 of La Residenza, it was soothing, calming maybe due to the colour of furnitures. That moment when I checked into the room, I was so shocked to see how spacious the room was and how spick and span the room was! I totally felt in love with everything. And when I checked out the balcony, I noticed that I could see a little bit of the MBS. That adrenaline rush sets in because that day was the New Year's eve day and high chance we might be able to catch the fireworks!!!!!! And my wish did come true. At about 2300hrs, we saw the fireworks right before our eyes in the comfort of our own balcony. The weather was superb cos it was cloudy and light rain the whole day so by lazing around at the balcony, no words could describe it. Everything was so perfect. What a way to welcome year 2024 with everything falling in place nicely. All this will not happen of course without god's will and definitely won't happen if both Ms Azalea Rohaizad & Ms Alzeenelly Asmarshal did not put up a request for the balcony which I wanted. I felt so blessed. Thank you once again Grand Copthorne Waterfront (La Residenza) and thank you everyone involved for making my stay an unforgettable one. Both me and my hubby are already making plans to book the one bedroom serviced apartment on yearly basis to celebrate the New Year :)

had a mostly pleasant stay here. One downside was that vacuuming was being done between 10:00p.m and 11:30 p.m., which was quite inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. However, when I requested a room change, the staff was very understanding and even upgraded me — much appreciated! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff throughout my stay was consistently helpful and courteous. The breakfast was a real highlight — plenty of variety and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, despite the initial disturbance, the great service and quality amenities made up for it. Would consider staying again.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the MRT and eateries making it a breeze to get about. The cleanliness and the comfort of the room is exceptional but it could do better with more lights to make the room brighter at night. The staffs were amazing. We selected this hotel based on the location next to suitable MTR station from where we could easily reach all the other locations which we needed for our business and leisure. Riverfront restaurants are also in the walking distance. Excellent and versatile breakfast according to our taste. The only small problem was confusion to use of Thai credit card for deposit but luckily it turned out that the deposit was taken only once and returned accordingly. The

Our family had an enjoyable staying experience at the newly renovated Grand Copthrone Waterfront. The room is spacious, well designed, comfy beds, good shower. Location has easy access to Havelock MRT and it only takes 2 stops to Orchard Rd. However, we experienced a hiccup during Check-In. We booked and paid for a Premier Room, but was given a Deluxe Room upon Check in. I made a complaint about the room but the gentleman at receptionist first denied about the mistake. He said the pictures in Agoda were misleading and only for marketing purposes. We asked the bellboy about the room and he confirmed that it was Deluxe Room (Not the Premier that we paid for). After insisting at the Receptionist, the gentleman agreed to move us to Premier Room but needed to wait for 2 hours as they would need to clean. We had two young kids and 6 luggages. The need to move to another room was disappointing. We enjoyed the stay but could've been perfect if the Receptionist had been honest with us. I hope they can learn from this experience.

Room was newly renovated, relatively clean and spacious. Gorgeous view of the waterfront and MBS. But soundproofing seems not very good. I could hear guest from upstairs dragging chairs. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The orange juice served was syrup type. I was expecting the type of orange juice with pulp at a 5-star hotel breakfast. Variety of food was limited. The food tags were not very clear, a bit messy and cluttered. Overall, it was still a comfortable stay.

Grand Twin water front room is awesome. Spacious. 3 adults and 2 children. Have an extra day bed prepared. With bathtub and walk in shower, big bathroom. Window view of firework yesterday at Marina Bay skyline was spectacular ! Despite being in the 9th floor, I'm satisfied! ( Hotel has up to level 30) Room was nice and hotel have a comfortable soothing ambience. Water dispenser in our room really helps a lot, front desk was pretty rigid coz it's high peak season but it's understandable. Breakfast spread was awesome! International cuisine. I would like to praise Restaurant Manager, Mr Bob for being so attentive and showed genuine care by assisting us throughout our breakfast buffet experience. He is the star of our day in the hotel! ✨Facilities like gym and medium size swimming pool/ jacuzzi could be better since it's reflects as a luxury hotel, perhaps it will be soon upgraded. Otherwise, grateful that late check was given and family time was extended. Thank you!

One thing about the hotel all of the facilities, staff and cleanliness they are up to standards. But however there is one thing that is shocking to.me is when I requested for a bucket of ice cubes and is chargeable at $6. Nowadays there is some hotels in singapore which provide ice making machine along the hallway outside the room which you can refill on your own without charges. During on a hot and humid day guests would like to enjoy a glass of ice cool water, would be good that hotel would not have to charge for ice cubes. Hopefully as a 5 star hotel the management can do something on this.

I wouldnt say the hotel was outstanding but pretty good provided you get a good price which thankfully i did with agoda flash sale. The rooms are small but have a good view of the waterfront (if you get the one with the view) and the bed comfortable. WIfi was excellent. I didnt eat or have breakfast in the hotel as early morning flight. The pool changing rooms were out of service and the pool is ok, nothing special. The location though is wonderful. Straight out the hotel on the the walkway where you can roam around many resturants and bars and walk down to the Lion and back which is really pleasant in the evening.

It’s been years since we last stayed in this hotel. It has been a great experience at the front desk on Xmas Eve. Was expecting a long queue but there was none! Had the privilege o to be served by a very attentive & enthusiastic staff named Joe! He kindly acceded to our request for an interconnecting room plus a late check out at 1pm. We were given gingerbread men as well! Hotel has a really lovely red & gold Xmas tree as well as a skinny Santa Claus! There was caroling in the lobby & it was definitely v Christmasy! Rooms were newly renovated with a good sized bath tub which kept water hot! shower had good water pressure. Only thing is the bathroom floor gets water from the bath tub and shower area hence floor is always very wet. Might need a drain outside the bath tub or thick floor rug to keep floor dry. Beds n pillows were comfortable but it has a very musty & foul smell. Almost felt like there’s water soaked in the pillow and needs washing & airing. Xmas day breakfast - was expecting a queue too but no line there when we were there at 9am. However, it was chaotic as we have to find our own table. It was definitely not pleasant as we have to look everywhere. Restaurant is very busy and when we found the table, there’s no cutleries. The waiting staff when approached was very swift in getting our cutleries. Variety of food is good from local, to western. Although no desserts on Xmas day & bread options were limited. No fresh juice counter. Coffee machine also takes time as there’s only 2 in the entire restaurant. Overall, still a good staycation!

I stayed here as the conference was set here. Right from the start, the staff couldn't find my booking and they took very long time to manage the situation. Though they offered me to stay in the service apartment instead as the upgrading, I didn't feel the room is that good and the room size wasn't my concern but my time was. The next day when I was to go out, the autolock was malfunction even I tried more than 10 times. I asked the front desk to find someone to check the door lock. I waited for about 15 mins and needed to call them again. A staff came to check after that and they said it could happen sometimes as the system might need some reset. They think that I could still stay in that room. Everytime I left the room I always needed to check whether it was locked and sometimes it wasn't. When I checked out, I accidentally forgot the keycard inside the room so I had to tell the front desk. I waited for the queue for about 20 mins even I was just at the second queue and they didn't care as another guy broke the queue and gave the service to him before I. All in all, the staff especially the front desk work super slowwww and inefficient. The breakfast was standard for this kind of hotel. Otherwise, nothing special than other hotel in the similar grade.

The hotel impresses with its prime location near CBD, Chinatown and Orchard. It is located at Havelock MRT station along the Thomson-East Coast Line. There is a nearby shopping mall (Great World City) within 5-7mins walk. The check-in was really fast and smooth, and was very accommodating with our request for high floor for a nice city view. The room is equipped with smart functions, of which was a little bit confusing and maybe more so for senior citizen who may not be tech savvy. The bed and pillows were so comfy and the room was chilly cold and nice to sleep. Only downside were the curtains that are not fully black-out curtains. Light was able to shine into the room through the gap where the curtains can’t be completely drawn closed. The gym is fully equipped and pool was amazing. Would come back here again for a short staycation.

Booked with discounted price. Got Newly renovated Room and it was nice and cosy. Very clean and huge room with decorations also toilet was nicely done and important thing was the toilet with bidet. Awesome and Loved the staycation and definitely will come back.

We had a pleasant staycation at Grand Copthorne. The room was huge, newly renovated and sparkling clean. We got a high floor overlooking the Singapore skyline. Buffet breakfast had a huge spread and excellent. Staff were friendly. Will return again.

Check in was fine, the room is good for a couple however the bathroom is very small which had a thick layer of dust in the bathroom shelves. I asked for it to be cleaned which they still failed to clean! Worst part was the ants on the desk which I cleaned and reported. Staff and management were apologetic and offered us free laundry facilities for the issues we encountered. Location is ok. Gym and the pool are great. Breakfast is ok and can be a little chaotic regardless of the time. Overall staff were great but I would not be recommending this stay.

The hotel room is clean and conveniently located near the bus station, with the MRT within walking distance, making travel to the city very easy. The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. The only drawback is that the bathroom for the deluxe room is a bit small and cramp.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel - the check-in was smooth plus we had a complementary upgrade to our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and well equipped with sufficient USB ports for charging (and it even comes with a wireless Qi charger on the side table!). The selection of coffee and tea was eye-opening, and the Samsung TV has a nice looking display with easy wireless mirroring options for some hotel room binge-watching. Breakfast was wonderful with great selection too. Lastly the hotel parking was also complementary with a coupon system.

Had a pleasant 2Ds stay. Great room, clean & well spaced. Location is good, walking distance to MRT & Great World City shopping mall. Near to Orchard Road shopping belt. Good wifi. Hotel buffet is great! Recommended!

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean the staff are nice. What I really like about this hotel is the food they serve me is really good particularly the grilled shrimp. Ididnt like the view from outside tho and the pool is meh.

We checked in twice during our stay. The first time was earlier than the official check-in time, so we approached the front desk to ask if early check-in was possible. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter was quite rude and dismissive, responding in a condescending manner as if to say, “Can’t you see the hotel is full?” We completely understand if early check-in wasn’t available, but her tone and attitude were unnecessarily unpleasant. The second time, we were assisted by Roderick around the actual check-in time, and the experience was completely different. Roderick, along with another gentleman (possibly named Sam), provided excellent service, both were friendly, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. A big thank you to Roderick and his colleague for turning our experience around !

Have stayed a few times but recently had a bad stay. Comforter was full of fur, sticking to ourclothes n toilet was has a bunch of hair on the shower tap. Shower cap box was there but cap was no where to be found. Room is smaller then theprevious booked even though is the same room.

Great breakfast, conciege was super helpful, good location with easy MRT access and can walk out onto riverside. However, while the room appeared smart and new, it was badly designed - plug sockets only in weird places, crazy amounts of storage but narrow living space, small windows, mirrors only in unhelpful places, and little annoying things like the bath soap/shampoo etc was bolted to the wall of the shower but none at other end of bathroom by the bath itself, and the only room info/room service system was an "AI room service" unit that didn't actually work, and although everything looked brand new several of the fittings were coming loose or broken. Hotel did not respond to our messages about these issues during our stay.

Upon checkin the staff was really helpful and the process was a breeze! The hotel was having a lucky draw and we won a box of macaroons (which sadly i didn’t get to redeem) Breakfast 6-10am was awesome, incredible spread! (Not halal as there’s pork) When i return back to the hotel after the wedding, the house keeping did a special setup which was really thoughtful and sweet. They put a special message on a signboard and the room was neatened up. Bed was really comfortable and the room was big! There’s a separate walkin wardrobe. Good for those bride that wants to get ready there and have photoshoot in the room. Overall it was a great stay and definitely a memorable experience. We enjoyed the stay. Thank you! 🩷

I cannot fault Grand Copthorne in any way. We arrived from Australia in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight and no sleep. We were greeted and settled in by a lovely young man and another lovely gentleman delivered our bags to the room. This great helpful service continued throughout our stay. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in every way. The doormen organised taxis and other staff members provided helpful info about sight seeing activities. The location is perfect, right on the Singapore River where we spent lots of time walking and enjoying the cafes/restaurants close by. We will certainly stay at Grand Copthorne if ever in Singapore again."

Excellent location! The club rooms were fantastic, and the staff were amazing—very friendly and accommodating. We were even able to get a late check-out, which was a great bonus. The only downside was that the beds and pillows were a bit too firm for our liking.
