The room is huge!! The hotel is located next to Central Marina Mall, BigC Supercenter and Terminal 21. This is perfect location for family travellers.

The pool is lifeless and boring without any service. The gym was moved out to the hallway in front of the laundry room due to a meeting in the normal room. Cleanliness was not so good. Breakfast was ok, service not at tentative as expected from a five star hotel.

They treated us like we weren’t paying customers. The bathroom drainage was horrible and overall the room was decent. No where close to the what the luxurious pictures depicts. Stay elsewhere for your sake!

Nice Rooms but a bit overpriced”
Set back from the main entertainment area. Room was massive and clean with great pressured water. Comfortable huge bed, nice balcony. Staff were very friendly with myself and guests. I could have sworn breakfast was included in my booking. Personally I think the hotel was over priced for what you got. I am not sure if I can ever associate tiled floor with a quality hotel.. Nice enough place.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my parents’ anniversary and my mother’s birthday. However, the staffs forgot my request which was shown in the booking. When I reminded them at check-in, all the front desk staffs suddenly sang a birthday song at the lobby. My mother was surprised; however, the surprise came with wrong time and wrong place. I believe it can have a better arrangement if the hotel staffs read my request in details. Apart from the embarrassing surprise, we had a very good time at the hotel. The hotel is situated close to Central Marina and is in a walking distance to Terminal 21. It also provides free shuttle bus to the beach. Therefore, we could access most of the attractions easily. Furthermore, the room is huge. Staff are helpful and friendly. Especially a lady, I guess who is the manager of the Hotel. She took care of us during breakfast. She also arranged an addition shuttle bus for my family to the beach. We are very appreciated what she did on our last day of stay. We will definitely book this hotel when we visit Pattaya again.

For such a cheap price, we were surprised at how fancy and upscale this hotel was. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. And great location!

The Score Does not Reflect Its Facility”
We understand that bad things happen in life but when it happens, the hotel deserves 1 star rating. I went out with my daughter and my wife was left in the room with our newborn. A staff knocked, my wife walked to answer expected it to be us coming back. The staff did not wait and swiped the keycard and barged in with another guest. Since mt wife expected me so she dressed in night gown, of course, she did not dress properly. Carelessness is something we do not expect in so called 5 star hotel.

Great place to stay in Pattaya for family and friends”
Great location to go around North Pattaya area. We were very impressed with the sheer size of the room, hugh bathroom and big comfortable beds and pillows. Although breakfast was not included in our package, the hotel is so close to La Baguette around the Dolphin rotunda where they serve great breakfast. After Tiffany show, we were able to have dinner at Terminal 21 that's so close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating providing us with all the informative we asked. Our only wish is they would invest in new towels. their towels were no longer white. But all in all, we shall choose this hotel again next time we return to Pattaya.

Second time I have stayed here and I can not fault it. Rooms are big, bed is large and comfortable, shower is good, Wi-Fi reliable and quick. Staff are friendly and polite. I will be coming back at Christmas for sure.

I arrived at the hotel to find the electricity supply so poor that it would not charge my phone. I requested help and got 2 children that probably did not even understand what electricity was. Then nothing Then the services manager came to my room after 3 phone calls. Probably out of his depth. He told me a story that made me decide to leave the hotel the next day even after I had paid for 2 days. The owner bought the hotel 2 years ago. He has no manager in the hotel and there is no one to respond to guest complaints. The owner lives from Chinese tour groups booking in to the hotel. He says he has had so many problems with the Chinese calling them dirty in the rooms and saying they misuse the electricity supply in the rooms causing lots of problems with bad Chinese equipment. So low rated fuses have been used to protect against Chinese misuse. I am appalled at this denigration of Chinese people so am leaving the hotel as soon as possible. It is not correct to speak badly of them.

This was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. It provided the comfort and service of a luxury hotel at a bargain rate. I am told it opened only 18 months ago and it seemed to have very low occupancy during my stay. It will take time to build a reputation but I am sure it will succeed. My room was lovely with a huge, comfortable bed that ensured deep sleep. All the fittings were top notch, particularly the power shower. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The hotel is located slightly away from the action but its tuk-tuk is always available to take you down to Beach Road. I will definitely return to the Grand Palazzo.
