Frukosten var ingen höjdare, fanns inte så mkt att välja på och brödet var torrt. Iskall pool och solen kom inte in på poolområdet förens runt kl ett. Vi bodde på 28 våningen och hörde ändå musiken från restaurangen under ända till kl två på natten. Riktigt lyhört från korridoren. Men annars rent och fint hotel som ligger i ett ”lite finare” område, med många fina och lite dyrare restauranger.

Good Location & new beautiful clean hotel ”
The shower gel is too smaller in size & is not enough for two persons. Everyday we need to call & request for giving extra shower gel. We stayed at 27th floor, however, we still could hear some noises from nearby nightbar. So if you are light sleeper, you had better stayed at higher floor. As the soundproofing from lower one could be even worse. And also the swimming pool is quite dirty & the decoration of having some plants in the middle of pool made it dirtier with leaves, soil & dust. You could see the dirt floating on the water. And one of the kids complained got small worms (from plants) on the pool as well. Overall, this hotel is new, modern & my room is extremely clean. And I am quite satisfied with their good service, the staffs are quite polite & helpful. The location is extremely strategic with a lot of shops nearby. I m quite enjoyed with my three nights there & will visit again next coming trip

Exceptionally clean and modern hotel in a great location”
The top floor corner suite room was incredible. I love the electric shutters that opened to give an amazing 180 view of the city. The bedroom had an equally impressive view of the city. The facilities were excellent, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of TV channels to choose from, strong wi-fi signal, free mini-bar, kitchen etc. The breakfast was excellent also, all good quality food and an excellent selection to choose from. This hotel is very clean and well managed. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will be staying here again in the future.

What a fabulous hotel. Best ever”
Just walking into the lobby was a pleasure. A friendly greeting and the ambience was just spot on. Hotel was in immaculate condition and the hotel should be rightly proud of it cleanliness standards Rooms were exceptional with good views of the city skyline. Clean comfortable and quite. Nothing was an issue. I had a late flight and they let me relax at the pool, use the awesome spa/ sauna/ steam room and take a shower before flight. Even gave me a ride down to the closest mrt to catch the train. Close to one of the best hotels I have personally stayed at.

I chooses this hotel as it’s close to my work place. booked for 5 nights 6days, I have to say it’s great hotel & I’m so glad that I chooses to stay in this hotel. A few points to share 1) room is very clear which I love it 2) staffs are super nice including room cleaning unties , so polite, well trained 3) hotel offered me free transportation to nearby supermarket & shopping center which is awesome 4) location is very good , shape convenient. What can improve : breakfast all quite cold , especially porridge , not warm enough. So far love it , will stay again .

After discovering my originally-booked hotel was far from satisfactory we frantically search Agoda for another hotel. We were sooo glad that we switched to Grande Centre Point. Our room was chic and luxurious. Staff were efficient (our room was already made when we returned from breakfast). The location is great. It's a 15 min walk from Thong Lo BTS Station and lots of restaurants and community mall along the way. The hotel also provide free TukTuk rides if we don't feel like walking. The infinity pool is gorgeous and Let's Relax Onsen and Spa locates within the hotel. Yes, a Japanese Onsen in Bangkok! The hotspring water comes from Gero Onsen of Gifu. If hotspring is not relaxing enough for you, why not enjoy a Thai massage right after it? This can be the ultimate combo to revitalize yourself. Breakfast was bountiful with good selection of vegetarian food for non-meateaters. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to visit modern cafes in Bangkok.”
This hotel's service, cleanliness were perfect. I couldnt ask for more. It is quite far from the old city (grand palace and khao san road). But if you are a traveller like me who wants to visit the modern side of Bangkok, this is the best place to start. I spent a day in the old city to visit the old traditional viewpoints and spent the rest near the hotel. It was in overall great.

One of the best hotels for Japanese”
The room was very clean and I was very surprised with the style of the bathtub which I believe will be highly appreciated by Japanese people. Not only that there is a bathtub but it is the same style as in Japan that it is a room with washing area. This was a big surprise. And the height of the room was also very high so gave a spacious impression which I also liked. And also there were all channels in Japanese so I definitely recommend to Japanese guests.

Love the attentiveness of the staff when we alight at the lobby. Lobby is big and spacious. Check in and out was fast. We are even given early check in. Room was big and spacious. My wife love that there’s a space for her to do proper make up. Nice touch with the black out blind! Maybe the toiletries could be better selection. Breakfast was good. The selection of food was quite good. What impresses me most was that we stay there 2 days and the cooked food was different. That’s a very nice touch. My only complain if there is will be if we could be served with latte etc. Will definitely be my top choice hotel in Thonglor!!

Clean & Spacious Room”
Travelled in late March under the old Test & Go restrictions. Positives: + Prompt and friendly staff (airport pick up, PCR test, check in process) + Complimentary shuttle transfer to BTS + Clean room, huge bed + Let's Relax onsen on site, convenient & was very clean as well. Downsides: - Tried to contact property via Agoda/ email regarding my booking but there wasn't any response. Finally managed to speak with someone over FB messenger and replies were prompt there.

Great room and service”
I have to stay at the hotel for one night quarantine. The package include airport pick up, covid test upon arrival at the hotel and two meals. Everything went smoothly since the airport until I got in to the room. The staff are very helpful. The room is very nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to visit BKK.

This is my second stays in Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 Thong Lo, is still maintain in good quality and worth the money. Would recommend this hotel for Family, couple or group. They have very good facilities including Jacuzzi & Sauna. This hotel provide transportation every 20min to the nearest train station (BTS) which is very convenient. Weekend is very happening here around the Hotel There's many selection of good food around the Hotel and 7-11 and Family Mart is just 3 minute walking distance Thank you very much for the services, my family really love it alot We will come back again whenever we travel to Bangkok !

Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit was amazing. Great location, extremely comfy large bed with excellent views and most of all, delightful staff who were so polite and helpful with everything. I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone. We were also here on a Test & Go package -- we arrived at 11:30pm, did our PCRs and results were back super speedy by 8am the next morning.

Wonderful location. Superb amenities. Super clean and the fixtures and design of the hotel is beyond 5 stars. Icing on the cake is definitely the tranquil onsen spa located inside the hotel. Gym, pool and a fantastic breakfast buffet spread, I would give this one of my best hotel stay in bangkok. 10/10 score

Excellent choice”
We arrived tired and weary and were immediately whisked away in an air conditioned car. Check in was very smooth. We were guided to the 4th floor where we had our Covid test and then to our room. 30 seconds later a lively breakfast arrived, that we had chosen at reception. The hotel is beautiful and the room was superb. The bed was very comfy. We slept for six hours, after which we were told our tests were, of course, negative. Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel.
