Best Hotel in this City”
New Hotel with perfect rooms. Top large swimmingpool. Beautiful lake view. Ok breakfast but no cheese and bacon! Have salat eggs ham and some Thaifood. I think ok for most People. Ok restaurant on the other side of the street if low price and value is an issue. His hotel is strongly recommended!

Really nice hotel, location could be better”
Quick check in and really nice room, all you could ask for plus a bath. The hotel seems relatively new, pleasant, quiet and cool with good car parking. The breakfast was good, mainly Asian cuisine but a nice choice. The only con for us was the distance to restaurant's, we decided to walk not wanting to use the car, no taxis or other transport available but we didn't ask reception so this may have been possible.

Good Location, decent facilities, OK Breakfast”
Visiting Family in Phayao we usually travel back and forth to Chiang Mai in one day, this time we stayed the night to have dinner with my Grandfather. it was good location, good rooms (noisy air con but it was ok for the standard of hotel). Breakfast was average but ok. My husband didn't enjoy the "American Breakfast" served with snotty eggs. We would stay again but eat somewhere else for breakfast.

Nice small hotel with great view of lake”
We took the standard lake view room and weren't disappointed. The room was clean and spacious and overlooked the very large pool. The first day we had the breakfast buffet, which was very good, though eggs offered were no longer warm. The second day we were a little disappointed, as there was no buffet due to an apparent lack of customers, but they offered a standard breakfast which wasn't bad. Location is good, though you'll have to walk a bit. The local food market is about a 10 minute walk away, there are no 7-11s in the area, but there are numerous good restaurants nearby. Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay here, and the staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel but late check-in time and limited breakfast”
Rooms are lovely and very clean indeed and you are only a few minutes drive from the promenada or town centre. Their salt water pool is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is less impressive though, the American breakfast comes with a salad covered in really sweet mayonnaise and the toast already buttered with the sickliest butter I have ever tasted! the Thai breakfast option is much better though. If you want to check-in before 3PM (even an hour before) you need to pay a surcharge. Overall it's a nice hotel though.

Great small hotel”
We took the standard lake view room. Rooms were clean, relatively spacious, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many restaurants are nearby, and the local food market is about a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was good, though the second day we had to settle for standard breakfast due to a lack of customers, though that was adequate. It's about a 15 minute walk to the lakefront with all the lakefront markets and restaurants. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and have no problem recommending it.

Appalling Unsafe – no Management on site other than young Receptionists.”
Good points: Fairly new hotel with large comfortable rooms and a great view (Lakeside rooms). Spotlessly clean. Bad points: No management, or anyone of responsibility on site above the two young and rather timid receptionists over our 2 day stay. I needed a second key card as had I suffered a back injury (no fault of the hotel) and was confined to my room initially. My partner also required a key card to be able to gain access to the lift, and also to the room if I could not get up from my bed. The receptionist‘s response was that “the system did not allow for 2 keycards to be issued”. I accepted that they might not have the authority to override this rule and asked to see the duty manager. I was told he would not be in till 10 am the next day. In fact he didn't appear during our entire stay. Day 3 he wasn't expected that day either! Breakfast was dreadful. Poor choice, scanty quantity and the coffee powder (by an urn of hot water) was disgusting. I went to a cafe on day 2.

Nice hotel with well-appointed rooms”
Our stay here was enjoyable. The 1100 baht room fee is on the high side for Phayao but the large rooms are quite nice, very clean and modern, and the beds are soft and very comfy. The furnishings and decor throughout are modern and of high quality, featuring lots of stainless steel, tile, and lots of hardwood. Each room has a water boiler, a small fridge, flat-screen TV, desk with chair, and plenty of power outlets. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with bathtubs tub for those who like to soak. There is also an immense swimming pool if you're so disposed. The hotel does not provide any breakfast.

Total not cozy, nothing to eat , no drink in the lobby no coffee.... why somebody start a hotel. I take a beer from outside, drink in the lobby, they say I need to move fast, when not they call police..... sorry is this service of a hotel.....never see this in my life.

A Quick Stop At Phayao ”
This is my first time to stay at this hotel and it is quite good. Rooms for myself and my family members where nice and large and equipped with regular stuff for a room. Breakfast is limited to a one choice and probably could ask for more toast or an extra piece of meat. Overall, a good and comfy place to stay at Phayao.
