Good location, good staff, but old place ”
The location was perfect as it is so private, however the resort was too old (cleanliness is fair) and need immediate renovation comparing to the price. Staff was shortage but all are very helpful and supportive. I’d recommend this place if it is renovated like other in Hansar group elsewhere.

Understood that during COVID-19, all other resorts around almost closed but Hansar Casuarina Cha am still operates but room, toilet and surrounding must renovate. Regarless of the above, one thing I can assure you that staff is very helpful, they enjoy working and service to all customers, we enjoyed breakfast too.

We went there for 2 nights We were very disappointed. Very tired looking place. Everything looks worn out and without care. Nice garden. Nothing to talk about

Ripoff your money ”
This is the horrible resort ever in my life for vacation I spent almost $70 per night for 1 room I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights .The resort looked like the graveyard I requested 2 bed for room they provided me I bed the bed is very poor quality specially the extra one for my room it so dirty the wheel the leg cover with mud and smell when I want to talk to front desk the security told me no one here anymore. This resort should not be lost on the platform online and have 4 star this is the ripped off. I can only stay one night and throw $140 for another night for this expensive ripoff shit resort . People please don’t let this resort scam you with nice pictures and star rating This resort should not have the rating ever.

It’s Tired”
The place suffers from deferred maintenance and updates. The beach was nice but the facility itself was pretty tired. In need of some money to fix it up. Bathrooms were in need of tile and paint. Furniture was used up and the pool was usable but in need of some major repairs. I believe the staff tries very hard to keep the place going but owners need to shell out some money and spruce the place up. Kudos to the staff for trying.

Old resort, but clean enough. Hugh room, fully equipped. Nice view, right on private beach. Great breakfast. Not recommend to order food at hotel restaurant.

According to new hotels that pop up everyday around cha-am/huahin they need to step it up! I was not happy with everything except the stunning pool. They hotel itself was quite old and they need to renovate the whole thing. Altho the surrounding was very green but the room was a tragedy. Curtain was old. Shower was leaking. Aircon doesn't work properly. The bed was not comfortable. and for the price i paid I could get a better deal somewhere else.

The resort area is quite large, feel relax and comfortable. I can see the beach in front of my room. The beach is private and clean. The staff is ok. Wifi signal is poor. Breakfast is buffet but the kind of food is not much.

very quiet, isolated location, friendly and helpful staff, property does not seem to be well maintained, I have booked a garden villa 3 months in advance prior to check-in and found windows and curtains very dirty in awful condition, after complaints have got an upgrade to the beach villa which was much better, cleaner but the windows and curtains were also dirty. good breakfast.

A lovely resort with helpful staff. Situate next to own private beach. Nice pool. Large garden. Room a bit oldfashion but well maintainance. Nothing much to do, just swim,read a book, sleep in a lazy day. Breakfast so simple not variety.
