Perfect hotel for short stay”
My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a week a lovely stay. The dinosaur receptionist was a fun surprise and all the staff were friendly. Room was a little small but had all the imenities we needed. LG styler was very convenient and the handy phone was just as described. Very handy!!! Room also came with a chromecast so we was able to watch anything we wanted. Would definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best accommodation for Tokyo Disney traveler ”
They provide shuttle service for going/return tokyo station and disney. It can save a lot of time and money for the transportation to disney. They provide a TV with chromecast where you can watch youtube from your phone. Highly recommended!

This area is SO good. Unless you really need to stay in another area, this is great to go to the business district of Otemachi, and of course to Maihama Disney Land. We caught a great deal and are very thankful.

they have shuttle to Disney land if you're there for an easy travel. but they don't have enough seat for everyone, usually you will need to be there 15-29 mins before to collect the bus ticket. when it sold out it sold out. Metro or public transportation from hotel to Disney is approach 45 mins. Breakfast was easy simple and just ok. even the corner shop could do better. the reception dinosaur was very cool

Bed was so uncomfortably hard, only came with 1 pillow each. Asked for blankets and tried using it as extra cushion for the mattress Shuttle bus only till 10am, transport to disney so complicated from here easier to take taxi. They made up for it with all the extra little amenties. Washing machine was handy excepted when we washed it didn't seem like there was detergent anywhere, had to rewash at another hotel. Microwave and vending machine handy. Close to station and convenience stores. Could store luggage temporarily with them

We are planning to tokyo disneysea and found this hotel.. they provide bus to mishima station direct for connecting to disney resort train.. although limited seat for the bus. We had to line up quick for ticket reservation and on time boarding to the bus... return wise is easy.. overall good experience.. the room is a little bit small and its value for money spent

A day with the dinos ”
The place is quite unique because of the concierge.the location of the hotel is very near the station. Lots of restaurants around the vicinity. Overall a nice place to stay , plus you got a free ride to Tokyo Disney resorts.

Budget cuts post-covid? ”
Stayed here the last time my bf and I were in Japan (pre-covid) because of their Disneyland shuttle service + Dyson hair dryer + LG Steamer machine and really enjoyed ourselves. Needless to say we chose to stay here again but felt the experience was underwhelming to say the least as there was extremely limited seating on the shuttle. We also used a luggage forwarding service from hotel to hotel and despite notifying their staff the day before, got our luggage rejected on their end as they “could not find our reservation”. Not a bad stay overall at this price point but would definitely recommend you stay elsewhere when in japan.

Good location and clean hotel”
The hotel location is near to the train station which makes it easy for access. The price is a bit pricey though as compared to the rest of the boutique hotels which we stayed in other countries, but is understandable cause its in Japan. To compliment this, we would recommend the hotel to provide some light Japanese refreshments (e.g. complimentary tea/coffees, bottled water, tidbits, cookies, sweets, etc) at the lobby entrance to serve hotel guests 24 hours. This would be greatly appreciated by hotel guests and at the same time would indirectly promote local Japanese delicacies.

Awesome themed hotel. I was delighted to be greeted by 2 dinosaurs wearing hotel bellhop costumes. The room was small but definitely new furnishings. The steam closet to get wrinkles out of clothes was definitely a plus!

Very clean. Good and efficient design. Location is a bit far away from town centre but close to the station. If you don’t mind to spend a little bit more time in the train but to get a clean and comfortable stay in a budget, this hotel is perfect for u.

the staff can not speak english so really difficult to contact them and said what we want, there is a shuttle bus to maihama station and to tokyo station, good hotel with new technology, nice bed, small room, nice bathroom, funny to talk with dino, self checkin and difficult to checkin, need a long time because we need to scan passport one by one even in the same booking number, and the staff stupid enough not to help us.

This hotel is pretty far from all attractions but it is only a few minutes to the train station. The customer service is amazing and the rooms are wonderful. I love the free cellphone that comes with the room. I would opt out of the breakfast option since they only offer rice balls.
