We travel with big dog”
We spend 2 nights here with our 33kgs dog. Love the place. Nice and cozy room, lots of big windows so we can enjoy fresh cool air while we watch tv. Room is clean and plenty of space. The only negative thing is shower. Water run very slow which make it hard to control the temperature. Breakfast are nice and simple. One extra thing that we dont like is Breakfast didnt have coffee included. We have to order extra coffee (which I do not recommend anybody to order as it doesnt taste good) Apart of coffee and slow running water we really like it here. Plenty of space for my dog to run around .

Nice Mountain views”
Pros: NIce rooms with big beds, large bathtub, surrounded by nature, and a beautiful view all the way to Myanmar. Close to great restaurants - recommend "Feel Pizza" Cons: No English spoken at all, the pool is not well maintained, noisy traffic on road in front of the resort, staff constantly driving up and down in very noisy golf carts. No restaurant, not even a drink machine or even any ice available on the property.

Broken shower, leaking faucets/drain.. Rooms are uphill, away from pool and car parking area have to call in reception to provide us with buggy ride to commute within the hotel vicinity

Location and the rooftop house were perfect. However, the water in the toilet was too slow and the water temperature was not stable. And I found a frog and a small centipede in the tub. That’s was scared.

there was no hot shower, needed to fix many times. aircon does not work. maintenance needed. inside of green and good air, perfect for nature lover.

Best for Family with young Children”
The place is fantastic for families with young children. There's so much space for the kids to play. They served so much for breakfast. The staff was also very accommodating. We'll be back during the cold season ❤️

Room runs down. Toilet seat is old. The ants crawl on dirty surface (perhaps something is sweet) on table nearby the bed. The lights on the lamps didn’t work. The cable tv didn’t work. Can’t change the channels. I had to call staffs several times to fix. The management should get this room checked thoroughly before letting the guest in. Very Disappointing.

Rooms were clean but not much else. Asked for our bags to be picked up at 530. Said ok but never showed up. We ended up taking our bags down ourselves. Another day we asked to have our room cleaned and returned at 1400 still not cleaned.

Although location is ideal, cleanliness is below average. There was leakage of water from ceiling above bed. Drops of water occur every few minutes throughout the night. The breakfast is disappointing for the room rate we paid. Porridge was not even warm, fried rice was not refilled and noodle was not hot. Sunny side eggs were not even warm.

Location and cleanliness are reasonable but both water heaters in the 2 storey villa were not working on both days despite informing the staff.. weather is cooling especially in the morning and evening, so my parents and young children find it challenging to wash up in cold water.

No service. The internet was weak, the hot water was not running. The food service ( from outside ) was very rude.

Overpriced and out dated”
Unless you like old style, you wouldn't enjoy anything it offers here. Photos you see online don't represent the reality. When I checked in, both shower head and bathtub waterline were leaking. After my call for repair, they changed the water line of the bathtub. However, the pressure was not there and I basically could not shower. The guy also told me very sorry that he could not fix the regular shower head. I am sure that they knew the problem but decided not to take any action. The bathtub was dirty and rusty, and I would not risk myself to even get in there. There were many mosquitoes in the room and I killed at least five and could see them having blood...Very disgusting. The room was so humid due to its location, even after I let the AC run for whole night. I actually decided to depart early with paid breakfast. Talking about breakfast, they ordered from outside...So don't expect a relaxed morning as they would send it in as scheduled even if you still sleep.
