worst room and hotel”

room was all dark no space for luggage-breakfast is a disaster- boiled eggs are kept back and forth the same ones for i week- ham was recycled everyday after not being consumed it was fried with gravy the next and following day-this is like poison and i got a very bad stomach problem after eating it there was some soft watery white cheese in a bowl that was never changed for more than a week -everyday we could see the level in the bowl was less and less with the same cheese and the level less when i complained to the manager there was no positive respond and the next day nothing changed

Excellent location, within walking distance to ginza and tokyo station. Easy to access from airport, and to tourist destinations too as its within minutes of walk to either ginza or asakusa line. The hotel provides most of your basic needs, however can get free drinks and a selection of teas from downstairs restaurant before midnight. Room is nice and clean, comfortable for solo traveler. Good and friendly staff members.

Short trip to Japan”

This hotel has good location wise. It is walking distance to Tokyo Station as well as near to Kyobashi Station (Tokyo Metro Line) as well as Takaracho (Asakusa Red Line). Highly recommended for people decided to travel just using the mean of Bus or Trains.

Room size was okay and the facilities were clean and new. While close to stations of Ginza and Asakusa subway lines, it's a long walk from Tokyo Station (which is where you'll be coming from if you're travelling to Tokyo via Shinkansen). I also understand that visitors of guests aren't permitted inside the rooms, which might be an important consideration for some.

Location was good near to the train station. Breakfast was very simple, just bread and fruits. Price is cheap for budget travellers.

Very small rooms”

The rooms in this hotel are very small and barely fit a double bed. The location of the hotel was ok, but in the quieter part of the city. We were here over the new year period and none of the restaurants nearby were open, and had to resort to eating food from the nearby Familymart. The staff were great and provided free pocket warmers to keep us warm when were were out and about.

Location wise, it's ok as the nearest subway entrance is only about 100 meters away. However and even by Japan standard, the bathroom is extremely small even for an Asian -for a Westerner I think he/she would find very hard to take a shower. As for their breakfast it is not worth paying for it.

Value for money; Close to two subway Stations”

Room is bigger comparing to other hotels in Tokyo. Many sockets in the room. However, Hotel is a bit far from Tokyo Train Station if you take Narita Express train (take around 12mins)., but hotel is still very close to two subway stations. If you are planning to Tokyo Disneyland/Sea, you can walk from hotel to Hachobori JR Line (only 7 mins) and it takes you only 11-14 mins to Maihama Station.

Friendly staff and great location”

It’s dark in the room. Bathroom is very small and not so clean with a humid smell of bath curtain. Staffs are friendly and kind. 30 sec walk from Takaracho station and 1 min walk from Kyobashi station. Around 10 min walk from Ginza station. There are two convenience stores around.

Very small room for economy price”

Facilities were limited. We thought laundry services meant that there was a place for us to wash our clothes but it is only overpriced dry cleaning service. We had to walk 20 minutes to do our laundry. Staff were either never at the door and staff did not always greet you when you came in. Room was clean and all hygiene supplies provided. Room was EXTREMELY small for 2 people plus luggage. The pictures online don't do the size justice. We were tripping over each other the whole time. Bit of a walk to the main station. Decent food around if not a bit of a walk. Overall just an average stay.

Super great location , friendly staff, clean , spacious toilet( Japan hotel toilet super small, this one is good size) only the clothes hanging rod is super short, only fits 2 hangers , would be nice is they can make use of that space for a longer rod ! I love the hotel ! Superb

Great location and very clean. Was heading to Kyoto the next day. It was a lovely 10 minute walk down to Tokyo station from the hotel in the morning!
