Very clean room with great amenities. The room was small which I is quite normal for hotels in Tokyo, but very comfortable. This was my second stay and I will come back!

Great facilities, seedy location”
This part of Kamata did not feel the best. On my way from the station to the hotel, I was approached on the street by someone offering a room for ¥3000 a night... and felt I was offered a room instead of “other services”, only because I had a large suitcase in tow. However, once I got inside the hotel, it was brilliant! The facilities are new, and the room is the best-designed Japanese hotel room I’ve ever been in, with the bed frame supporting the mattresses, but extending into a bench for the desk and to the side of the mattresses as space for laying out luggage. There’s enough floor space to open a large suitcase, and if you were to stay for more than a night, there’s space under the bed frame to store luggage. It seemed whoever designed it knew exactly what a tired traveller would want when arriving late at night. The large-screen TV and tablet console are the most advanced I’ve seen in a hotel (though I didn’t use them much as I was only there to sleep). The bathroom and shower were great, though I didn’t use the shower as there’s a large shared bath on the 2nd floor for a good soak... and even an outside bath if you like a cool breeze while bathing. My only complaint about the room would be the bathroom lighting. There’s an overhead light but no lights around the mirror, so it was hard to see my whiskers when shaving in the morning.

It’s close from Kamata station. The room was very cozy but clean, enough equipment. I liked the public bath.

Pros: close to Kamata station very convenient with Donki and food area Cons: nothing to say just only small room and roof also not so high feel a bit tight in the room Onsen well designed but shower of the water do not stable sometimes water come up more sometime less and sometime too hot and sometime too cold. Entrance in front also nothing no waiting or relax area just feel that you are compact to come and go.

No smoke smell in hotel”
Pros: close distance to train station and bus, distance to many restaurants, 2 grocery stores nearby, Don Quixote store nearby, smoke free facility, clean spa, breakfast variety each day a treat Cons: very deceiving pictures of room, if you cannot climb or step at least a foot- you won’t be able to get into bed, no chair to sit on in room, limited English speaking front desk, configuration of room and full platform in room for bed make it very small, only Japanese tv channels and no news on tv

new hotel close to the station ”
We stay in Kamata area a lot due to our budget. This is a relatively new hotel. Room sizes are decent on Tokyo standards. Liked how they designed it so we could sit on the edges of the bed space and use the table to eat food and what not. Also our room had a separate shower next to the toilet which is also a luxury in many Japanese economic hotels. It want the most quiet neighborhood but that was to be expected.

Very nice hotel just outside the Kamata station with easy access to Tokio and Yokohama highlights by train. Very clean, typical very small but convenient rooms with bathroom, kettle - tea/coffee, nice and clean public baths, breakfast in box. Many shops, bars and restaurants just around the corner. Good choice if you are wandering around southern or central Tokyo districts.

Good Hotel to Stay in Tokyo”
walking distance to Kamata train station around 100 meters , inaide station with Shopping Center .. Besides the hotel a lot of good restaurant , family store , low cost to buy things in Sun Rise and Don Quixoti ..

Disappointing hotel”
Stayed for 7N 6D, their checked out time is 10am which is too early and charged an hour extension for yen1500! Housekeeping turned off the fridge for 2 days in a row and I told them off! I had milk in the fridge and lucky it is winter, by the time we are back, milk is not cold and there was condensation. Told them to remind their housekeeping to do not off it! Onsen is small and crowded. The TV app is not real time, dryer is totally cheating money, clothes cannot dry and damp! Washer is yen300! Dryer is yen100 for 30mins. Totally not worth my money, with that price there are better ones.
