Best for business travellers”

Location is very good right next to Tokyo station. The views are good as the hotel is at 27th-30+th floors. My family of 3 stayed in a triple share room, it was very very small, limited walking space. But thats typical of downtown Tokyo.

Modern hotel with nice views at great location”

The hotel is right on top of Tokyo Station, so very convenient. It occupies the top floors of an office building, so great views from the rooms. Rooms are typically small, but comfortable bed and great staff.

Ideal location right next to Tokyo station”

We chose this hotel for our last night for fast and easy travel back to the airport. It ticked all the boxes and although the rooms were a lot smaller than expected, they were lovely and clean and perfect for the occasion.

Perfect location for beginning or end of a Japan trip”

Great view from the rooms over the Tokyo Station area. This was the perfect hotel for the beginning and end of our two week trip. Being so close to the station means not having to trudge luggage around the streets or trying to squeeze onto local trains.

excellent location”

We stayed at the Metropolitan for 4 nights (conference), it's right across the street from the Sendai train station, where you can find all sort of amazing and affordable places to eat. There are 2-3 shopping malls if you are interested in shopping. Breakfast was included and it was ok. The room was clean, maybe a little bit outdated, but we don't care. The one thing that seems to be the norm in Japan is hard mattresses and even harder pillows... but we had that problem in all the Japanese hotels we stayed. The hotel has 3 restaurants, we didn't go, but they seem nice.

Good location ”

Location is very good, just next to Tokyo JR Station, it’s very convenient if you are traveling by JR to the other cities. The room is not so spacious, the tub seemed to be blocked after I washed my hair. Think it must not to be cleaned for a while.

Exceptional views and well designed hotel”

The lobby is on the 27th floor so the rooms have fantastic views of the central Tokyo area. The hotel is just outside the northeast exit of Tokyo Station. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. There’s very little noise in the rooms despite the proximity to the train station. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback is that the “fitness center” is just two treadmills, an elliptical trainer and a recumbent bike. There’s no weight equipment or even floor space for a body weight workout.

Meeting with customer in Japan”

Beautiful room. Small but very luxurious. Loved big window natural light in bathroom. Price is high only downside. Would prefer something more under 300 JPY with breakfast as cost so I can justify to boss

Excellent stopover between Kyoto and Tokyo Airport”

We stayed here one night between time in Kyoto and a return flight out of Tokyo airport. The hotel is right above the central train station. The room was pretty snug, even by Tokyo standards, but the location cannot be beat - short walk to imperial gardens and great shopping. Also, the room service breakfast was great value and very filling.

Hotel location was near nibombashi exit. Can walk from kitchen street. There is convenience store near the hotel. Lobbby is located at level 27. Room is cosy and I love the bed.

Booked a triple room, kind of small as they just put an extra bed into a twin room. Just next to the Tokyo station so location is prime. Lobby is located at the 27th floor, so have change a separate lift to get to the lobby then to the room. But overall a comfortable stay.

Nice, Comfortable, and Strategic Location”

Room was worth value for the money as we traveling with two (2) young children. The room size is about enough. Staffs were really helpful and good services, also we were allowed to have an earlier check in at that time which makes it more comfortable to let us put our luggage and other things prior to go around Tokyo.

Great location. Tokyo station is just next door. Clean and modern hotel. We had a great time staying there. We were so lucky get upgraded to deluxe room without extra charge. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if come to Tokyo

one of the most convenient places for staying in tokyo. we were going to osaka afterwards, so this place was perfect because it's right next to tokyo station. we didn't have to go through the hassle of moving our stuff across different stations to get to the shinkansen to osaka.

great overall hotel with very convenient location”

we stayed in a corner room - great view of the city. and the hotel was right in front of the north yaesu gate of tokyo station, so it was very convenient for getting around. highly recommended. the only downside is that breakfast is not included, and the gym is very small.

Fantastic Stay”

very unforgettable experience with a 180 degree view of Tokyo City View!! Location is very centralized as it is next to the Tokyo Main Station. Highly recommended for last night stay before leaving for airporte! Hotel room is really spacious and staff are very helpful and accommodating!! Will definitely stay back at this hotel for my next Japan trip!!

New and superb location”

Very new and classy. Lots of privacy as lobby is on the 27th floor. Superb location at the North end of Tokyo station with sheltered link to the subway, shinkansen, Nex and basement shopping. But rooms are quite small and cramp. Frontline staff is not able to speak English well enough, compared to other 4-stars hotel in Tokyo.

Great hotel with extremely helpful staff ”

During my stay, at one night at around 12 midnight, I accidentally dropped my ear ring into the sink. Called the front desk and they came to check. Went off to retrieve tools to open up the bottom of sink, but couldn't locate my ear ring. The next day, we went out and came back in the afternoon. Frontdesk left a message for me regarding the ear ring. They said they found it. So I realised that they actually dismantle the entire toilet system to locate the ear ring. I am really impressed with their service and care for their customers. Thumbs up!
