Very close to the Haneda Airport”

A good decent size room, with plenty of amenities.if you catching the earliest flight out it is very convenient to just spend a night here.they have early breakfast and the options are good.a free airport transfer that leaves every 20mins and starts really early at 4am.

Location and connection”

There is a free shuttle from the airport, but we had some difficulty locating the pick-up point. But once we did it was a quick ride to the Hotel. Convenient! We were just staying the night. The inhouse restaurant smelled really good, but we wanted to explore and ended up at a very nice Izakaya. Look around and be adventurous. There are lots of eateries around. And the nearby Anamori-Inari station has a level crossing which allowed our kid to get real close to a moving train. Quite an experience for her.

Have free hotel shuttle bus to and from the Haneda Airport. Quite good if u arrive Japan at night which no more train service while Bus and Taxi is super expensive. Overnight at this hotel and the next day back to the airport to take train is a economic choice. Japan hotel is clean and service is good. There is no doubt about it.

Nice for those arrived late in airport”

Locate close to the haneda airport and free shuttle bus is available.. Comparatively, much cheaper than those hotel inside the airport. Room is rather small. Washroom cabin is a bit smelly and crowded.

Pros - 1. Love the toilet - even provide lather netfor scrubbing body. Fragrant toiletries. High tech toilet bowl. Good shower pressure 2. Queen bed - just enough for 2 adults and 2 young children 3. Breakfast spread is sufficient with choice of international and Japanese 4. Near airport for late night arrivals or early morning stays - taxi fare 1200 yen 5. Free shuttle bus back to Haneda airport in the morning Cons - Only stayed for half a day, didn’t find any faults with the hotel. Value for money.

Great Location”

Great Location, Isetan Shinjuku just 3-5 minutes walking distance from our hotel, and also walking distance around 5-10 minutes to Shinjuku main station. Good people, very clean, there are having washing machine and iron board inside the hotel itself which very convenient and useful for us to use after a long long day travel outside and back to hotel. I definitely will come back to this hotel again when I travel to Tokyo in future.

This is the BEST hotel to stay at after a long flight with a young child! Very family-friendly, very tasty breakfast buffet, and my family loves the furo-style tub/shower! As a definite plus, the area that this hotel is situated in Haneda is a nice & peaceful and a great way to begin exploring Tokyo before traveling to & experiencing the intensity of Tokyo city-proper.

the room is quite big for japanese standards hotel. It is also near to the haneda airport and there is a complimentary shuttle bus which is very helpful and convenient to go to the airport in the early morning. the staff is friendly.

Value & quality”

I've stayed at another MyStays property in the past and selected this MyStays over all the other hotels in the Haneda area since my previous stay was great. Room was very clean and was a nice, comfortable size for the three of us. We loved the bathroom with a relaxing, Japanese-style deep tub. Definitely recommend this hotel/chain and will stay there again.

I had been to multiple business hotel in Japan but room in Mystay surpass my expectations. The room is big, design well with modern minimalist design. It is very near to Haneda, and combini is just a stone throw away.

Ok value for money paid”

room 431: we booked last minute for one night stay, due to transfer issues at Haneda airport. Some staff has lots of difficulty understanding English. Superior. double with kitchenette. room was neat but very tight due to poor design with too much furniture for the space. WiFi was weak at times,, thermostat hard to understand, no English instructions provided upon check in. Location is good, near train station and several eateries and supermarkets. Shuttle to airport worked well and on time. shuttle from airport times were confusing as airport information staff is also in need of language training. overall if in a crunch, would stay. again but there are tons of other choices in the very nearby area.

Big rooms and Free Shuttle Service to Haneda”

We have an early flight in Haneda the next morning. We thought of trying capsule hotels but realized it’s cheaper to book at MyStays since we’re booking for 2 people. The room is bigger than usual hotel rooms in Japan (I’ve stayed in Sapporo and Tokyo) and reception staff are organized. They provide free shuttle service for guests who have early flights. Shuttle driver was very helpful too.

The hotel have shutter bus send to airport. Room clean and big. Breakfast good taste. Many items give you choose for eat. But not have mineral water for drink in room. When I arrived in late night for check-in I come room and don't have mineral water for drink. But all to be ok

The first plus point was the free airport shuttle to and from the airport. My flight arrived past 10pm and the JR Service Counters were already closed for the day. First time in Japan and learnt from the net and from friends that cab fares are notoriously expensive. Check-in was smooth. We just needed to stay the night because the net day we would leave for another destination in Japan. No complaints on the rooms.

Nice hotel near Haneda airport”

2nd time staying here. Both times I had morning flights and hotel offers shuttle to Haneda airport in the morning so I chose this hotel. The room is also very pleasant; room is long and narrow and space is demarcated such that you do not feel it's small. hotel also offers a laundromat and use of washing machines is free, but one has to buy the washing detergent. Hotel is very close to train station under Keikyu; the JR station is a longer walk (about 700 m away). Not your choice of hotel if you want to be near Shinjuku, Shibuya or Tokyo station; to get to any of these places by train from this hotel, you will need 40-50 minutes.
