Don’t Expect US Hotel Room Size”
We were surprised by how small the room was. In addition the ventilation system didn’t really work. Sometimes it was too hot and sometimes it was too cold. The house staff provided a new total set every day which was very appreciative. The front staff was also very accommodating in storing our luggage before our flight. Overall it was a good experience for a solo traveler but it may be too tight for a couple unless you upgrade to a bigger room.

Stay was pleasant. The room is small but it was very clean. The provided breakfast was also pretty good. The train station is about 100ft from the hotel, which you can use to go to Shibuya. It's about 15-20min walk if you like the exercise and plan to walk to the crossing.

This place wasn't horrible; it was cheap. And that comes at the expense of space and other basics. My low scores are driven fundamentally by the all pervasive cigarette smell in my room that couldn't be removed regardless of how much air freshener I used (provided by the hotel). As a non smoker, it was really not pleasant. I'd also asked for a quiet room. That is not normally provided next door to the lift, which hummed all night.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and as usual the hote staff are friendly.

rooms are small but clean, unfortunately the air condition system was turned off in the building as it was november which meant the room was stuffy at night but staff were friendly and helpful. there is 1 restaurant next to the hotel and a convenience store but there are not lot of restaurants near the hotel but the hotel is only 1 stop from shibuya station and is located right in front of train station.

Great location for public transport but small room”
The hotel feels like it is shared with other businesses and the rooms are very small. Having said this, we didn't spend much time in the hotel because too busy visiting Shibuya. The front staff were not welcoming, feels like you in office environment.
