Location is exceptional and one of the easiest and most convenient in all of Tokyo. Staff are very friendly here, the facilities and amenities are top notch. Room size was very reasonable and everything was very clean. Stayed here twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to stay here at all, truly top notch!

Very conveniently located”
This hotel is very easy to find when stepping out of the NEX airport train. Just go up the escalators and straight through the next door to the elevator to the upper floor. The new Shibuya River development is just across the street. Access to the Yamanote line is a bit cumbersome at this time. The train station is being remodeled in view of the Olympics 2020. Breakfast is in a restaurant in the building (different business). But the breakfast is not really worth the money.

Very convenient hotel for Shibuya ”
We stayed on the 14th floor which was well sound proofed. Faculties are clean and provide everything you need during your stay. They have a laundry room with combini machines and a microwave and a pharmacy next to the entry. You can access the hotel directly from the JR station new South Gate, during our stay we often used the station as a cut through. During our stay the the #19 typhoon hit Tokyo in addition to a 5.7 earthquake in the area. We extended our stay to weather it’s passing, staff were calm and took care of people in the stressful situation. There was also a Lawson directly across the road which (during the typhoon only convenience stores remained open which was a god send for us tourists).

We stayed for 4-nights to avail of the location of this hotel. We have 7- day JR pass as US tourists. Location is in Shibuya station and perfect for us since we visited many places/attractions in Tokyo riding JR transport systems-Narita Express, Shinkansen bullet train and local train as well. We’ll recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

Great price, even better location ”
This hotel was awesome. Located right in Shibuya Station, I never got lost, and traveling to other areas of Tokyo was super easy. The staff were amazingly friendly and the room was pretty big for Japan. The bathroom was the biggest I saw anywhere I stayed, and the tub was A+++. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit next time!!

The hotel provides very good services and the room is just nice for 2. The hotel is beside JR Saikyo line and Narita Express! Do not need to travel far with your luggage! I would like to stay there again!

Room was relatively spacious for Tokyo standards and had updated facilities (such as light controls next to the bed and a heated mirror that doesn't fog up). We loved using the cell phone that they provide. However definitely agree that it is confusing with the construction. We learned this the hard way - we entered through the JR new south exit (which is right next to the hotel) and tried to exit through the other side to get to the ginza line (which is not JR) but were told we would have to pay 140, unless we went back out the new south exit (which is pretty far from the main station). Conversely on the way back from the station to the hotel, we initially walked very far to get around the construction and got super frustrated. TIPS - to get around the construction more effectively, go through Shibuya stream (links to station above construction). There may also be a way to cut through the JR station without paying by showing your hotel keycard, ask the front desk more about this.

Small yet comfortable, it really suits for travellers since the station only few meters away from the hotel. The staff also really helpful and the coffee machine always helps me starting my day.

Location is perfect, just next to the subway station and there is a lot of restaurants around. Room is clean and nice.

Outstanding in everything aspects ”
Highly recommended. Near to everything. Very convenient. Right next to south exit of the train station. If you come with NEX is just 1 mins walk from stepping out of the train to Hotel. Close to centre of Shibuya too.

Excellent location”
Excellent location right above the Shibuya station, but you don’t hear the trains at all in the room. Rooms are small but absolutely all you need if you are going to be out all day touring Tokyo!

Good location”
The hotel located at New South Exit, very convenient to take N'EX and Saikyo Line, but need to walk a distance to Yamatone Line. The room is very clean and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. No mineral water provided but there is free coffee provided at reception lobby. Easy access to convenient store and restaurants too.

About 600m from Shibuya station’s Hachiko exit but the hotel is right next to the station’s new south exit (JR). The room is well equipped and very clean. The bed is okay, no topper but quite comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay here.

Very convenient location, quiet and clean room with a good size bathroom and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel services offered are excellent. So many places to have breakfast etc nearby and we would stay here again.

located in the southern exit of shibuya station very comfortable and easy to take the nex shibuya airport line. A bit of walk to main shibuya tourist attractions. the breakfast was okay.. nothing spectacular just basics.

Great location about 10mins walk from Shibuya station, scramble, etc. Room was clean and size was good for Japan standards. Staff accommodating. Definetly a good base in tokyo!

The hotel is really good, the bed is comfort, the check in/out process is fast, the most special is about the location where you can travel to anywhere from Tokyo using the station next door which is super convenient

Very clean, location right next to the New South Gate exit. Staff speak basic English. Unlimited amenities (except toothbrushes and soap and shampoo). Good size room in Japan
