Great Stay!”

My best friend and I love this place. Mr Kim was really friendly and helpful with the luggage, maps, attraction places and even tell us which buses and trains to get. The location is really strategic, although it is hard to find for the first time. Mr Kim took the struggles to look for us as we went a bit further ahead from the house. We took the private room, and love the heating during spring as it gets colder at night. Mr Kim was also really helpful and generous to let us stay another night at the same rate as our flight to Jeju Island was cancelled due to bad weather. The place is good for solo, small group or couple, but not for elderly people as there is no elevator. Overall was a wonderful stay. Will definitely come again.

clean，nice，many restaurant”

maybe a little hard to find because it‘s on 3rd floor，hostel‘s owner was soooo nice，give me busan map and advice，and house was very clean，refrigeratornear，kitchen，hair drier、、、so convenient！ there was a famous restaurant “twins pork soup rice”，next time to busan will choose here again~

Good accommodation”

Excellent location, just 3 mins walk to Subway. Staff is very nice to guest. Very clean. But don't recommend to guest who have big suitcase since u hv to carry them to 3/F by stairs. Also, no curtain for the bed. So u are lucky when u hv roommate that sleep quite late. Or u hv to do everything in the dark.

Both of the owner were very friendly and nice to us. The location were very convenient as it is near to Daeyeon station, just 3 minutes walk! The facility was very good just that the water pressure was not that high for bathing. Besides, 1 minute walk from the guest house you can try the famous pork soup and spicy octopus!

Except laundry all was good!”

The place located walking distance to the subway ( take exit 3 to come out ) . He gives you all your required information , free coffee , tea and etc is provided . Basically he is a nice guy . The only problem I had was the laundry can be done between 11am to 3pm which technically means cannot do laundry because during that hour every tourist is out to explore the town , the rest was ok and it's a friendly house . Basically 3 rooms and 2 bathroom, one kitchen and a balcony . Wifi was good , there is TV and some small lockers to put your valuable items . By bus it takes about 50min to Gamcheon village and around 65mins to Taejongdae.its 15min walk to Busan Museum and 20min to UN memorial cemetery .

One of the best hostels ever! ”

It was a pleasant stay! Mr Kim helped us with our bags and explained the attractions in Busan and how to go, unni (Mrs. Julie) helped me with the directions for our future guest house and we then talked to each other like friends! Mr Kim also let us try their own Kimchi and it was delicious! The giest house is located around 5 mins walk, go straight from Daeyeon station until u see a junction and a CU hyprmarket on your right. Stop there and Turn left.

I've stayed recently in kims house busan 2.everything is good,rooms,toilet and kitchen..special thanks to julie as she did help us a lot when we couldnt find the guesthouse..and she helped us to book train ticket busan to seoul for the next day..only the thing is location is quite far from subway station..

Good Place to stay”

I like stayed in Mr. Kim's house. The place is near the subway. Mr. Kim and Julie eonni are very kind and helpful. They showed and explain to me Busan's tourist attraction and how to got there. And stayed there just feel like my own home^^

Easy on the pocket ”

This is my second time at Kim's house and every time I go to Busan, That is where I will stay. The place is really nice and the host is warm. Kim is a really nice person who enjoys your company and as long as you respect the house rules, everything is cool. You have all the basic facilities you need and for being so affordable, you would actual be surprised with the flexibility you get. I am someone who is a little picky when it comes to choosing a place to stay, but I really liked this place a lot. Don't expect anything fancy, but if you are looking for a makeshift place to rest your head for the night. This is it.

Cozy, budget, but need a lift”

It takes about half an hour from the central Busan station to the nearest one by train. At first when I came there, I got off at a wrong station. Land marks, billboards and signboard in Busan seem same scenaries, and I don't read hungul language at all. Nevertheless, very few Korean guys speak English ! Anyway, the Hotel is very cozy to stay with a soft fluffy bed, a clean and warm room under the floor of the Korean stove and very friendly English-speaking staff. There are a bunch of the Korean BBQ restaurants I really like around there. The restaurants mostly serve it with not beef but pork due to the price. Overall I really like this city inspite of only 2 days- 1 night staying. One thing I should point out to the hotel staff is that an elevator MUST be installed in the hotel. It's too much hassle to carry my 20 kg baggage to the 3rd foor by using stairs.

Nice Place, Nice Host, Worth of Money”

Overall I stayed for 3nights, the host is nice and helpful. Kim show us where to visit and fastest way to our destination. He also provided a map to us before we depart so that we able to find his house easily. He is kind enough to help my friend to repair her shoes. :) This is located in 3rd floor, so need a strong arm if you have heavy luggage with you. Oh well, if Kim is around, he will lend you a hand. I'm sure will be back. :)

A nice and a pleasant stay”

The stay was very good. Mr. Kim explained the way to the most favourite places of interest in Busan, helped with the information about food and drinks. I think this place is worth a stay and should be recommended to other travellers.

Excellent Service with Friendly Staff”

It was a VERY nice stay in the Kim’s House and I enjoyed it. The guest house is with good location and near to the station. Every facilities in Kim’s House is highly satisfactory. definitely will come back again. clean, proper pantry and dining hall clean bathroom even located outside the room. Very nice staff and the room was very comfortable! highly recommend it for stay in BUSAN !

Cozy stay at an affordable price”

The location is pretty strategic, about 10 to 15 mins walk from the nearest subway and near a street with lots of restaurants. The house was cozy and clean with an option to use the kitchen. The host, Julie, is warm and friendly. She even suggested an itinerary during our short stay in Busan.

A great deal”

Standard bunkbeds- a nice common room & large kitchen if you want to cook. A great outdoor garden and a kiwi tree right by the door! Good location near KSU (nightlife) and an easy cab or subway ride to the best beach (Gwangalli)! Also had the absolute best Korean BBQ just around the corner!

Comfy stay and friendly owners!”

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The facility was overall very cozy, inviting and clean. It's also conveniently located with pretty good access to Kyungsung University (bars and night life), Gwang-alli Haeundae, and Igida Park. Hwangrung Mountain is also nearby thought you will need to have a car to go up there. Affordability is another selling point at this guest house. Overall it was the best bang for the buck. I would like to visit Busan again, and I would stay here again!

I had the best bed for the guest house class. The home is so comfortable you'll feel there such your home. Kim as the owner is so helpful and nice.
