Staff was incredibly understanding and helpful. Our room was immaculate, incredible beach and ocean views w incredible sunsets. Dined in our room, which as spacious and included a very nice kitchen, living area, and individual plunge pool. Would live there if possible!

We booked a Villa for 3 nights to run away from the busy island Koh PhiPhi. That was the best decission to come here. Little Paradise! The Villa was a dream! Own Pool right at the beach. The Staff was really friendly and lovely. Thank you Mandy for this great Upgrade you gave us! We will definetly come back when we are near by.

Great Place for a relaxing holiday”
Koh Jum Beach Villas is an oasis, with beautiful tropical gardens, well appointed villas, a beautiful location and quiet, perfect days on the beach. Its a place to get away, unwind and relax. They have great food, super cocktails and a team of staff always willing to please. Its an upscale location on a low key island, if thats what you are looking for this, is the place for you. There are no ATMS on the island and the resort doesn't take American Express so grab your VISA and head here before the crowds or bring cash in hand, room safes are provided. TIP: grab a private pool villa if you can, the main pool closes a bit early and its always nice to have a swim after the sun goes down or when you wake up, simply paradise. Also swimming shoes would be a great asset to bring as the beach does have rocks and crabs (so fun to play with at night when walking to nearby places).

A gorgeous resort”
Beautiful beachfront villa. Excellent breakfast. Very professionally-run resort. Staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Great facilities i.e. restaurant, spa and pool. Not cheap, but it was well worth spending extra for a few days of luxury.

BIG dissappointment ”
We recently booked a 2-bedroom villa. The villa itself was beautiful - Thai-style - with windows and doors that opened the entire place up. However, if you are not used to the traditional Thai style houses, be prepare for outdoor bathrooms and no screens in the windows (mosquito netting is provided) – and NO AIR CONDITIONING. Between the heat, mosquitos, and dogfights in the middle of the night, we really had a hard time sleeping. Naps were even hotter and near impossible with construction noise coming from the restaurant. I had really high expectations of the restaurant – advertised as using organic ingredients with a diverse menu – but found the food options limited and not very good. Luckily, the pool was nice because the beach (though very private) was very rocky and not really swimmable. It’s also difficult and expensive to get on and off Koh Jum. we were not traveling in luxury by any stretch of the imagination. Overall, we didn’t have a great experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Hidden gem”
We were met my Ta who immediately made us feel at home. The villa itself was amazing - four poster bed, outdoor shower, private pool on the beach. I was very impressed with the Eco-friendly commitment by the resort owners and attention to detail. Koh Jum itself is untouched paradise with friendly locals (and not-so-friendly monkeys). I hope it doesn't become over-run like the rest of the neighbouring Islands. Overall a great experience - I would love to return one day!

Tolle gepflegte Anlage, mit unglaublich viel grün, Flora und Fauna grandios, Strand sauber und lädt ein zu langen Spaziergängen. Man kann den Sonnenuntergang mit unverbautem Blick aus der ersten Reihe mit einem köstlichen kühlen Getränk genießen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, Zeit zum genießen ist hier goldrichtig.

es waren 4 unglaubliche Tage, welche nicht in Worte zu fassen sind. wir möchten uns bei Mark und seinem super Team recht herzlich bedanken.... wir werden Euch und die Koh Jum Beach Villas in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten, es war Ausgezeichnet. Ich kann dieses Resort zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hervorragend. Einziges kleines Manko, es hätte öfter proaktiv die Bettwäsche/die Handtücher gewechselt werden müssen, da man als Europäer doch stark schwitzt. Passierte aber immer unproblematisch nach Anruf.

Relaxen in sehr schönen Räumlichkeiten”
Das Ressort ist sehr schön und die Villas traumhaft. Die Anreise (mit Longtail Boat von Fähre zum Strand) war vom Gastgeber nicht organisiert und die Abreise (Strand zu Fähre) schlecht (wurden auf falsche Fähre gebracht). Weiter mussten wir den Transport selber bazahlen. Das Essen und Trinken war doppelt so teuer als üblich und wurde zusätzlich noch mit 10% Trinkeld und 7% Mehrwertsteuer belastet. Aus dem hohen Preis war für uns kein Mehrwert ersichtlich. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass das Management in einer Liga spielen möchte, deren sie nicht gewachsen sind und das eine sehr kapitalistische Grundhaltung verankert ist. Die "Thainess" ist verlohren gegangen, obschon das Personal seine Arbeit gut bis sehr gut erledigt hat. Oft währe weniger mehr.
