I stayed here for a night because I had to fly into Bangkok to take a CFA exam and the testing center is five minutes' walk from this hotel. So it was exactly what I needed -- not a luxury hotel, but a clean, well-lighted place that didn't break the bank and was in the right location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice curry dinner with an Asahi beer at the hotel restaurant -- perfect! If you are staying here overnight to take an exam at the Prometrics testing center at KBU the next day, I suggest taking a walk over to familiarize yourself with the test center venue after you've settled into the hotel. The test center venue is inside the university campus, second building from the front. It's on the 6th floor but you have to find the correct elevators. Nothing too daunting, but it will help to know where to go in the morning because showing up late to a CFA exam is an explicit no-no. The other pro-tip is that if you're flying into Bangkok only for this purpose, you have to find the "short trip" office to book a taxi to this hotel. The taxis waiting out front at the airport won't take you there because it's only a 150 baht fare and not worth their time. But the short-haul taxis will take you no worries. Overall, the hotel is excellent value for money and exactly what I needed. Thanks very much to the helpful and friendly staff. I hope not to repeat the CFA exam, but I would certainly return to this hotel if ever I'm in need of an airport-proximate hotel.

I need a room close transport to the airport as I was flying 2.10am. I somehow managed to book the following day which had a non refundable on cancellation. I was in a hole, my fault and thought I'd have to swallow it but the two ladies on the desk we're great and fixed it after a call and computer time, they got a room cleaned for me and I was in my room within 20 minutes. Room was basic, but very clean, great shower, coffee and water. 7-11, Amazon coffee, restaurants etc on the doorstep. 200b max to airport departures and about 20min travel.
Close to the airport on a main road, it is a great place to stay when arriving or departing. It is clean and has Amazon coffee out in front of the hotel.

Excellent value for money. We arrived at midnight and one of the staff is already expecting us. We stayed for probably 36 hours, after a long flight and to fly again so the location is perfect for a short stay. They deliver the breakfast to our room so it was a nice option instead of needing to wake up at a certain time. We will stay again if the need arises. Thank you!

I went to give exam in theKBU prometric center which is 1 min walk away. There is seven eleven in the building beside us. Clean , good ac, good food , would absolutely recommend it !

The rooms are spacious with a very large bed. Mattress is a bit on the hard side (for my taste) but definitely not rock hard. Staff very friendly. I would recommend to take a room at the back of the hotel as is more quiet. Hotel is 100 meter removed from main road. In front is an Amazon cafe and 7-11 is 100 meters to the left when walking out to the road.

I was delighted to stay at this hotel for OET speaking exam and OET listening, reading and writing exam at KBU prometric exam center which is very near the hotel. In addition, I was very pleased what they do to my requests in booking. The hotel also have a wifi connection which was most important for me at that time. However, the food is not much choice and the kitchen closed time is not convenient for me because there is no restaurants for a person who can't speak and read in Thai language around the hotel. The proximity of this hotel to the KBU makes it the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. But not just that, their service was great, the cleanliness was pretty good and beakfast was quite good, especially the Holy Basil Chicken. Highly recommended for anyone coming here for their prometric tests. No need to think twice.

We needed a place to stay overnight before our flight to another Thai province and KOS made our stay so comfortable and worthwhile. Staff were super accommodating, room was big and clean, and breakfast food was really filling. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Very convenient location Close to the 711 not too many step away. The owner very honest. And carefully. The next day morning, there is the power cut and they said apologies to every customer in the morning that was impressed.

Clean property, we had a comfortable stay with kids. Staff are very friendly and helped us with all the information we needed. I would recommend this stay for families who want to stay close to airport and also to Safari World.

It is a good choice if you need to live in that area as there are not many options there. Staffs are friendly and helpful. But overall, the hotel is under just acceptable condition. Facilities are a little bit old and the air conditioner is noisy.

My partner stayed here for one night before a long-haul flight and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Upon entering the room, there were multiple cleanliness issues including visible urine stains and mold on the toilet, hair on the bed, heavy dust on the bed frame/headboard area, mold-like staining on the pillowcase, and dried red/brown liquid residue on the wall. He took photos and video immediately after check-in. Though Agoda app fails to upload the pictures while making this review. The room also did not match the booked “Superior King” category, as it was two twin beds pushed together with separate twin bedding. When he contacted the front desk, he was told there were no other rooms available. He was also informed that the hotel does not provide hand soap in any rooms, even upon request. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which made it difficult to rest. This was especially frustrating as this was my partner’s only opportunity to sleep before a 35-hour journey. I understand that budget airport hotels may be simple, but basic hygiene and cleanliness standards should still be maintained.

The hotel is in a prime location in min buri bangkok everything is at your needs when staying at this fantastic Awesome hotel .The KOS Hotel Suvarnabhumi Airport has a restaurant In the hotel it self with the food of a thai and western cuisine which has very delicious dishes .And the staff and manager of the hotel were very accommodating too my every need at anytime I give this hotel a 5 star .

New bright & modem feel, spacious. Lacks usb Charger or an international power point. TV has NO ENGLISH PROGRAMS , ALL THAI. On the clean side. Mould around bathroom sink , SHOWER HOSES HAD BLACK MOULD & SLIM ALL OVER THEM , SHOWER drain WAS blocked up, I had to clean out. ALL floors AND BEDDING and pillows all very clean. Main aircon only blew warm air. Bedroom AIR was nice and cool. I would stay again but my wife would not with the mould issues.

Good place for a quick 1 night sleep over before catching a flight in BKK. Hotel is clean and quiet with sound-proof wall. There’s 7-11 in front of hotel for easy access. I didn’t book the room with breakfast but on the advertisement in dining area seem they’re serving quite decent foods.

I booked this hotel just for an exam, and the location was perfect, the facilities were great, and it was near convenient store, cafe, as well as street food. The only one negative side for me was my '607' room had mysterious thing. When I was falling asleep, my bed was going to shake, and I heard some scary sounds in my room till morning. Hence, I couldn't sleep well whole night. Anyways, it was not the hotel's fault, so I still support everyone to stay here because everything was superb, except this haunted thing in this room.
Found the place to be as described. Staff were helpful to point me in the right direction for food as the place is a tad dry in this regard. They also helped book a taxi the next morning when I was leaving

Hot shower is easy to use. Have a couple of instance coffee and teas. Also very spacious.

In spite of the name it’s 12 kms from the airport, taxi driver complained about the traffic the whole way. Unable to eat in since the restaurant closed at 6.00 pm due to lack of staff apparently, couldn’t get breakfast since restaurant not open until 11.00 am. Return to the airport very slow due to Bangkok traffic. Room was great, nice size and very clean, staff were tolerant and helpful, wouldn’t stay there again unless visiting the immediate vicinity then might consider it.

The hotel is just good enough if you’re looking for a place to stay a night or two, or if you need to take a test at the Prometric center next door. The room interior is quite old but it provides everything that you’ll need for the night.

Services are very limited. No bell boys to carry your luggage. Indian population will not be able to take the breakfast. They don't provide breakfast buffet rather they provide a minimalist breakfast box to room with no Indian options . Will not recommend, unless it's a transit stay.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in a nice environment: there are a lot of food stalls nearby, and it takes a few minutes ride to the transportation areas such as MRT and airport link.

Spacious but the location is terrible. It took me like 1 hr to call a grab taxi plus 30 mins to come pick me up. The staff were a bit rude. However, it is clean and spacious .... and cheap haha.
