Nice place to stay , Room has more space, washing machine is provided. Easy access to transportation. Staffs are nice. Supermarket, 7-11, Lawson, food shops near by. Highly recommend!

It is another good alternative hotel. of families with 6-year-old children or 3-5 people coming together because they are in a good area There is a supermarket near the minowa station, the staff take good care.

Spacious area in Tokyo”
This is my first time to Tokyo and this hotel exceed my expectation. The room is spacious, there is 2 beds and 2 futons and still some space left to sit together (eating and watching TV). Location also strategic, 5 minutes walk to Minowa subway station from Hibiya Line. Lawson and 7/11 are only 3 minutes walking. Definitely will rebook here again when come back to Tokyo

The location is quite convenient, near the station, bus stop, supermarket, sevel. The room is quite large. There are two bed and two futon inside the room, however, I found of some dirtiness, seems that they didn’t change the cover. They are also no amenities.

Kyukyu hotel was one of four hotels that I had stayed at in the 16 days that I was in Japan. I have to say that this hotel was the best out of the three. In terms of size, Kyukyu was the biggest offering lots of space for three people to comfortably move around. I was surprised at how big the room was with everything you need. It was equipped with a tv, fridge, and washer. It was conveniently located just a few minutes to the nearest station exit and less than ten minutes by taxi to Tokyo Sky tree! I definitely recommend KyuKyu hotel. It was a last minute reservation that I had made and was highly skeptical about, but when I opened the door I knew I had made a great choice! This will definitely be my go-to hotel to stay at when I’m back in Tokyo!

My experience is that I wash my clothes in the bathroom during long trips. It was very difficult. A washing machine is installed so that customers can enjoy Japan a lot and want to rest at the hotel. Very affordable. Clean room. Rooms are relatively bigger compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Near Minowa station. Near 711 store and Y’s mart. Near Yoshinoya. Super friendly staff. Front desk is not 24 hours manned but you can easily send message to them.

I didn't expect the room to be that big, because this is Tokyo, afterall! I think it can easily fit 4 people! The room have everything that I need during my stay in Tokyo. Staff is helpful even with limited English. Location is 1 minute walk from Minowa station (Hibiya Line). Convenience stores are located very close to the hotel. One feedback from me would be to fix the wifi connection in the hotel because it keeps on disconnecting... But overall I'd choose this hotel again in my next visit to Tokyo.

ไปอยู่4คืน ไม่มีแม้บ้านทำความสะอาด แต่ถ้าต้องการเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอกแจ้งสตาฟได้ ตอนเช็คอินเจอถ้วยมาม่าคัพสามถ้วยตรงระเบียงน่าจะขอคนพักเก่า ไม่มีคนเก็บ ไปแจ้งวันแรกสตาฟไม่เข้าใจ ผ่านไปอีกวันถ้วยมาม่ายังอยู่ เลยไปแจ้งอีกคนเลยขึ้นมาเก็บให้ เลยถามหาไม้กวาด เค้าไม่มี อยู่4วันห้องไม่ได้กวาดใจจะขาดมากผมร่วงเต็มพื้น รวมๆคือถูกแต่ก็ตามราคา อยากได้ห้องสะอาดกว่านี้ก็ต้องยอมจ่ายราคาอื่น ข้อดีคือห้องกว้างอยู่กัน4คนไม่อึดอัดมรพื้นที่ให้กางกระเป๋า มีเครื่องซักผ้า ห้องน้ำส่วนตัวสะอาดดีมาก และปลั๊กมีที่หัวเตียงของทุกคน สะดวกมากๆ ห้องมีตู้เย็นฮีตเตอร์ครบ แต่ถ้าจะไปสวีตกับแฟนแนะนำที่อื่น ที่นี่เหมาะจะพักกับเพื่อนหลายๆคนมากกว่า จบรีวิวค่ะ

ห้องกว้างมากกก นอนได้หลายคนมากๆ ราคาถูกมากๆ ห้องสะอาดสะอ้าน ผมฝากกระเป๋าไว้ล่วงหน้า 1 วันได้ ติดแค่ว่าต้องขึ้นรถไฟไป 1-2 สถานี ก็จะถึงอูเอโนะ แต่ไม่ใช่ปัญหา ถ้าเทียบกับที่พักกว้างขวางขนาดนี้ครับ
