              Ett fint pool och strandområde, stämde väl överens med bilder på hotellet! Hotellet erbjuder bra service vid pool &amp; strand till lagom kostnad, vilket är bra eftersom det inte finns så mycket annat i området runt hotellet i form av restauranger etc.
              Hotellet används tydligen för bröllopsfester vilket gjorde att HÖG musik spelades fram till tidig morgon. Musiken hördes på hela hotellet dvs. Det gick knappt att vistas i restaurangen, än mindre att sova. Bröllopsgästerna vistades dessutom i hotellets utrymmen vilket gjorde att resterande gäster inte hade någonstans att ta vägen. Personalen informerade inte om detta vid incheckning men kompenserade och bad om ursäkt i efterhand då vi påpekade att det kan vara lämpligt att informera gäster om event av den storleken så man har möjlighet att välja att ha sin lugna &amp; romantiska semester på annat håll !

              Very good breakfast. Beautiful environment and easy access to the beach and to the sea. Nice and helpful staff. Dogs are accepted (!!!!). Excellent place for vacation.

              This hotel was wonderful. It was quiet with a great little pool and a small private stretch of beach to enjoy. The hotel has its own kayak which we used to explore the nearby sea caves and coves. The view was fantastic. The staff don&#39;t speak much English, aside from one lovely lady who was very helpful to us, but we got by just fine. The hotel has its own restaurant but there are quite a few others within easy walking distance right on the sea front. Would recommend hiring a boat for the day to see the beautiful coastline. They did have a wedding on at the weekend but the noise didn&#39;t bother us much. Thank you for having us!

              We liked the location, cleanliness, soft towels, amazing pool, lovely food, good beds. Fantastic trip organised although guides didn&#39;t speak English but we got by! Good recommendations for restaurants in the area. A phrasebook and willingness to speak Italian is essential, you are in proper Italy. We thought a couple of the staff rather rude but actually they warmed up by the end so maybe they were wary of us being english!
              We didn&#39;t like the lack of information about the hotel or the area, would usually have a book in the room or reception. Where actually was the jacuzzi? There were no prices for drinks or the cost of items from the minibar. Wine was served in plastic glasses even though we were inside. It appeared the food was coming from the sister hotel as it took 45 minutes for them to tell us a course wasn&#39;t available. WiFi was erratic and bad signals and they told us half way through that WiFi only for four hours a day. No fire evacuation procedures in the room. Small things that sound petty when written down but for us made this a 3 star hotel with 5 star food.

              Don&#39;t go!!!!! ”

              The restaurant La Verandah... just a 2 minute walk away... incredible food and staff above the beach.
              Everything. Staff were rude. When asked if they could help with our suitcases we had a firm &quot;No&quot;. The property needs some serious maintenance. Their private beach was impossible to swim in due to huge rocks. Bedroom was tiny... with broken shower only producing water from one of the many holes... a broken shower curtain. There was a burnt torn old lampshade in the bathroom which could have caused a fire. Plastic cups for toothbrush or if you ordered a soft drink at the bar. When we wanted to leave early they refused to give us a refund for 2 nights. Don&#39;t go!

              Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful The location right on the beach, nice pool area and the area surrounding , very green Great shuttle service by the hotel into the centre if needed and to the airport
              A bit of a language barrier with some members of staff, which is ok but some felt a little rude at times even though we tried to communicate although they warmed up after a while Lack of atmosphere in the breakfast room and for dinner , limited vegetarian offer. Service could be slow Bar understocked on a few occassions - no cold water, ran our of beer, limited offer

              Ideal location &amp; perfect wedding venue - but would never go back for a holiday”

              Beautiful views and perfect place for a wedding reception.
              Rooms are very expensive for what you get. Shower trickled, air con wasn&#39;t great and the lady at check out was extremely rude. She also tried to overcharge me for minibar and food&#47;drink i didn&#39;t order, and despite correcting that part of the bill, i was still overcharged on my room by 138 euros, which she refused to refund on to my card. Instead she gave me 138 euro in cash... not very convenient when travelling back to the UK. The restaurtant staff were extremely slow in serving food and only one member of staff understood any English. Luckily I was able to speak broken Italian.

              The hotel Is beautiful, as are the views! The breakfast is also super yummy - best cappucinos in a long time. The wedding and its decor was completely amazing.
              The reception left much to be desired. We stayed at the hotel for a wedding and everyone had a similarly poor experience.
