Perfekt för barnfamiljen”
Fantastiskt poolområde, perfekt för familjer med barn. Vattenrutschkanor, vattenfall och en massa roligt. Ett fint luftkonditionerat lekrum i anslutning till poolen. Bra personal vid poolen som håller ordning. Rummen är ganska små, men väldigt fräscha. Vi hamnade på en våning ganska långt ner med en störande fläkttrumma intill, men det var inga problem att byta rum då vi påtalade det. Läget är bra, på en lugn sidogata utan genomfartstrafik. Nära att promenera till butiker, restauranger och strandpromenaden ligger bara någon minuts promenad från hotellet.
Fräscht hotellrum/hotell! Ligger hyfsat centralt, 15min promenad ifrån största köpcentrumet, poolområdet för barn är kanon bra, däremot är det bar sol fram till 14.30 tiden. Vi är nöjda och kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka om vi ngn dag återvänder till pattaya.
Inte värt pengarna. Poolerna var svinkalla och låg i skuggan mestadels av dagen. Poolområdet ser större ut på bild än i verkligheten. Rummen var superfräscha, något små dock och ganska bullrig ac. Lugnt trevligt läge och smidigt att hoppa på en flak taxi på beachroad o second road för 10 baht. Ring på en klocka där du vill hoppa av.
Hade förväntat oss att det skulle vara mer marknad och köpcentra. Mest barer och trånga trottearer.

Everything was fine. Basics amenities for the bath room. Overall cleanliness in the room and breakfast is good spread. Need to improve the foul smell of the carpet in the hall way on the floor we stayed. (7th floor).

The hotel was situated next to one of the newest malls in the area which is walking distance. The hotel is situated in the upper market of Pattaya and the sea view room was amazing. The staff was really helpful and spoke good english. The only issue was that our room at night got a bad smell, we did notify reception who sent someone to come spray the room however it was temporary. The smell would last for about an hour at night and then go away. However the room overall was good as well as the hotel. If we required something for reception they were always helpful and prompt

Very slow check-in & check-out”
After a long trip and we're arrived at the hotel for check in. There are 4 stuffs at the reception counter but ONLY 1 that's working. The rest are just useless standing or looking at the computer! no mind-service for welcome. You just standing there like an idiot. Well at least until HE/SHE done there business whatsoever! then...YOU. It takes 30 minutes for checked in and 50 minutes for checked out! Unbelievable! ---Swimming pool is good for kids. They loved it. but if you like a quite place. This is not a place for you! I am not sure if I want to go back and WAIT for check-in.

Good location but not ok with breakfast ”
We were here for 2 nights with 7 years old child. The main reason to stay here was the kid’s pool and water slide. It was great! Location is right in the heart of pattaya. You can walk everywhere and mini songtaw bus around. Staffs were friendly and very nice. But personally management is the problem. Started with staffs by the pool in the morning shift. Around 10 Am, staffs were not quite ready. There were many people by the pool but only one server which she does everything from servings, making cocktails and running back and forth between bar and pool area. I felt bad for her. That made service very slow.. I think they better put more staffs on the floor for this. For the room, it was quite nice for the price we paid. Clean and the bed was super soft and comfy. Noted : if you call for ice they will charged to 60 baths. But you can get ice for free if you go down to fifth floor yourself. Breakfast was just breakfast.... it was ok but not excellent. You got your eggs stations. Noodles with meat balls. Fruits, pastry, some Thai dishes, Chinese buns. Quality was three stars. BUT... the worst was.... I accidentally broke a glass in my room. And I got charged for 100 baht. It’s ridiculous! I don’t mind paying but the fact that it’s unfair because I didn’t brake a glass on purposed. It’s such a bad experience in the hotel like this. I would give over all for this three stars.

However - do not order any food by the pool. On two occasions we ordered chips with cheese and took almost an hour to arrive the first time we ordered, then almost two hours the second time we ordered on the next day (lesson learned on the second order). It is reasonable to assume we never ordered any more food at the hotel again.

Clean room but noise in lift, reception and restaurant ”
I get room floor 11. room is clean and full facilities. nice sea view. nice floor 5 swimming pool. But restaurant is noise, crowd, loud from Chinese tourist group (children, old age, young teenagers). if you need quiet please avoid.

I agree on the situation with the heavy traffic at restaurant for breakfast , particularly from 8:30 to 9:30 therefore we advise guest to choose bit early or late hours as per their convenience since the breakfast opening hours are 6am to 10:30am and on weekdays until 11am on weekends. Great value quiet location near beach”
Fantastic ocean view from room with balcony to watch sunsets. Small gym good restaurant very busy at breakfast with wide selection. Rooms are nice with all the mid cons. Only fault was the rude woman that queue jumped when checkin in souring first impression when staff member allowed it. Would recommend & will stay here again

Not worth for we paid”
First we check in, rooms are not ready, need to wait for long (4.30 pm..maybe long weekends). I go with young children and older relatives, reserved for 3 twin bedroom but got double bedrooms. So, i ask for seeing one twin bedroom and let the other 2 double bedroom check in first. I would not like the older relatives need to wait at the Lobby. The reception showed unsatisfied! The breakfast has not many choices to choose. And Amount of food is not well prepared and not ready for fully booked. And the breakfast room is too small for guests. The hotel opened another conference room for breakfast. But the air condition there is not well. It is like no air to breathe with too many guests in that room. We reserved this hotel because of kid swimming pool and kidsclub. In reality, the kids pool is too small for guests. And kidsclub has no facilities, only room, nothing to play.

Good hotel but Noisy Chinese”
My overall experiences with this hotel was great. Room was beautiful & clean. Breakfast was great. However, The down side was only unluckily there were too many Chinese tourists in this hotel when I was staying. They shouted & let their kids run around the Floor in every early morning & after midnight. I felt so very tired.
