Ange medlems-ID

Några viktiga redogörelser för alla PointsMAX-bokningar:

  1. The membership ID of the intended beneficiary of the third party points must belong to the guest staying at the hotel (identified by the lead guest name);
  2. The rates for PointsMAX bookings may be different from regular bookings at the same conditions;
  3. PointsMAX booking rates cannot be broken down into a room rate and points component;
  4. Any applicable cancellation policy will apply in full to the PointsMAX bookings;
  5. Only reward points or miles can be collected, not tier points;
  6. PointsMAX bookings cannot be adjusted online using the Agoda self-service tool or by contacting Customer Service . To amend your reservations, you will need to cancel (subject to the cancellation conditions of the reservations ) and re-book your reservation. Cancelled reservations will not earn points, regardless of the financial cancellations conditions;
  7. Points cannot be exchanged in cash and are not cumulative with other offers;
  8. The Agoda best price guarantee does not apply to PointsMAX bookings; and
  9. The terms and conditions of the third party loyalty programs will apply to such program.
  10. Avios will be credited to your account in 6-8 weeks after the hotel stay is complete.
  11. If customers have any queries regarding missing Avios then please contact cs@agoda.com.
  12. Customers can retrospectively collect Avios after making the booking by contacting cs@agoda.com and quoting their membership number and Booking ID.
  13. Customers must be a member of the respective Airline Loyalty Program in order to collect Avios
Additional Meridiana Club Terms & Conditions
  1. Eligible Participants must book accommodation through Agoda.com (PointsMAX) and be a member of the Meridiana Club in order to receive Avios.
  2. On completion of the accommodation booking customers will be prompted to add their Meridiana Club membership number.
  3. The collection rate of Avios for PointsMAX bookings is a minimum of 2 Avios per $1 spend. The Avios award will be based on USD – Agoda will work out the exchange rate if you pay in GBP. Customers could collect up to 10,000 Avios per night.
  4. All bookings are subject to PointsMAX terms and conditions. Cancelled reservations will not earn Avios.
  5. Membership of the Meridiana Club and the use of Avios is governed by the Meridiana Club Terms and Conditions (https://www.meridiana.it/cms/deploy/1/IGGJ_Documenti/IT/Meridiana%20Club/Guida-it.pdf)
