I like the atmosphere around hotel, there is not crowd and feel clean. The hotel is about 5 mins from subway station by walk (exit No.A5). I suggest if you have luggages, you should use exit No.A6 with elevator.

room is clean but small. check out time is quite early , late check out has a fee to pay per hour. staffs are friendly. location is 200 meters away from tokyo metro but it's quiet zone compare to the other area and easy go to back to airport.

All of the hotel staffs treat us so well, they greeting whenever we leave the hotel. The breakfast is also excellent. We love it so much. The hotel also offers free soft drink machine in the lobby, which saves us lots of money for coffee/tea. Our room is on the top floor, which we can see the Tokyo Sky Tree is a surprising thing for us. We will stay here again.

the staff’s nose can not smell the smell of smoke ”

i ordered non-smoking room for 5-night. however, when there came to the third-night, there was smell from air conditioner. the staff came to my room to check, and he couldn’t smell anything. he said, there are 2 options. 1. use air cleaner in the room. 2. wait for them finding another room. at the end, we choose to change another room.

Amazing hotel. Japanese style, maybe not the bes view from the window, but top class services. Even the celaning personnel speaks english. And in the room, there was even a smartphone with data plan, available for the stay. Everything is very clean, position is very good.... even tough what neighborhood one likes in the city is one's own choice. I recommend the place!

it was a bit larger the most of the japanese hotels i have been to. its also nice that its near the train station, just around 5min walk and there are a lot of establishments surrounding the hotel (convenience stores, restaurant, etc)

I stayed in 5 different business hotel chains this time in Japan. I'll say this hotel is on par with the other chains, but it's slightly cheaper. Short walk from subway station, and walkable distance to Tokyo station. When I was there, I saw a note in the lift that says that they will start charging the breakfast from Apr 2018 onwards.

Love everything about this hotel. Room was small (it's Japan anyway), but very clean and compact. You don't have to bring toiletries with you. They prepare everything for you. Stay here for 5 nights and breakfast has the same menu everyday, but it's not a big deal for us. To sum up to it, we really love our stay at this hotel.

Best accommodation of our trip”

It's excellent! I hope they will add a portable Wifi as amenity and their property would be perfect! Nice location, few blocks away from Nihonbashi station. There's a small dimsum/ramen place that is very good and affordable. There's a vendo of drinks at the lobby near the main entrance - drinks are for FREE. Okay breakfast. Staff are accommodating and can speak good English. Although, there was an issue with asking for alcohol but it's all good. By the way, it;s beside the umbrella rack - the alcohol/hand sanitizer. You may get free ice on the 8th floor where the coin laundry is located. No bottled water in the room but that's because water in the faucet is potable, we're just not used to drinking from the faucet.

We leave 2 luggages 1 night before check in date. The hotel is clean and very convenience with lawson/ 7-11/ family mart and many restaurant all around. Complimentary breakfast is very nice. To access hotel by subway, recommend to use metro exit 6 if you have luggages. The other exit is normal ladder that very depth.

Highly accessible and great staff”

I love the location of this hotel. It's a direct train from Narita airport. Although Shinjuku is 20 minutes away, its is still convenient to get there. After all, 8 do not hang out at Shinjuku everyday. I love to go around the hotel area. Shopping is great st Ueno as it is less crowded. There are tons of eateries here. Many might not know but the famous red bean pancake Yanagiya is located just two minutes away from the hotel。eaten hot during the winter, it gives you sheer bliss. One manager, Yulia, was extremely helpful in helping me to send my luggage to the airport for safe keeping. I really appreciate her help. Breakfast is good enough for me. I always make myself a cup of coffee for take away which I always finish before I reach the subway station. The room is clean. You can take the necessary toiletries at the lift area on the ground floor. I absolutely enjoyed my stay!

Perfect location, clean and value for money”

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel, mainly due to its good location. It's situated very near to ningyocho station, roughly a 10 mins walk will get you there. The staffs don't speak very good english, nonetheless, they will try their best to attend to you. The hotel has coin laundry service, vending machines and electric iron, which are useful facilities for long time travelers.

Best Location, Great Accessibility, Excellent Service!!”

From the time we checked in until the moment we checked out, everything is great from the get go! - The Great - 1) Staff are excellent in terms of service and knowledge. 2) Hotel premises are clean and accommodating. 3) We got a semi-double which has a small bed for a plus-size me and a petite wife, but we adapted and was not an issue throughout our 13 nights' stay. Room was cleaned everyday and amenities replenished. Bathroom was small and tight but we got used to it quite well. 4) Location is superb, excellent and fantastic. 2-3 minutes' walk to nearest subway station, 5-8 minutes to another station and 10-12 minutes to yet another subway line. 15-20 minutes to Tokyo City Air Terminal if we need to catch airport bus to either airports. 12-15 minutes' walk to Mitsukoshi Dept Store, 15-20 minutes to Tokyo Station and Imperial Palace Gardens, 25-30 minutes to Tsukiji Market, Ginza, Ueno and Skytree. We walked back to our hotel almost every night after dinner wherever we were cos the weather is great and it is so safe at night. - The Not-So-Great - 1) Free WiFi in the room can be a hair-raising affair if you can't live without constant and instant internet connection. There were consistently no-network-connection messages that we lost count. The best place for uninterrupted and consistent connection is the hotel lobby, which has many chairs, tables, free drinks and amenities to make you want to stay. 2) The breakfast buffet takes some getting used to. This hotel caters mainly to local Japanese business travelers and some Jap couples, from our observation. Less than 5% of its guests were foreigners. We adapted quite well although sometimes we yearn for some changes to the same old stuff every morning. Overall, a great long stay in a great hotel with its great staff in an unbeatable location!

Their staff are the best. My husband got sick during our stay. They helped us in all possible ways - lend thermometer, gave medicineS, taught us how to reach the nearest hospital and pharmacy, allowed to bring the breakfast food in our room and reserve a room in case we cant check out the next morning. They made our stay very comfortable. Not to mention the free drinks machine - lemon water and roast tea are the best! And also your foot massager... The best after long walksss. I also used their laundry system. Very easy to use. The breakfast are ok but i suggest it everyday. We stayed for 4 days and we are eating the same breakfast. But not much of an issue. We will definitely stay here again! We love it!

Comfortable Hotel at Convenient Location”

Short trip in Tokyo and spent 3 days in this hotel. Overall the location was fairly convenient, about 7 mins cab ride from TCAT and 5-10 mins walking from Ningyocho metro station. The room is fairly small which is usual for Tokyo standards. The breakfast, free drinks @ lobby and daily change of robes were plus. Would revisit for my next trip in Tokyo.

Great location, room price when i booked is reasonable. It only 5 mins walk from Ningyongcho station, Exit No. A5. Staff in the hotel is helpful. Room is clean. I will stay there again next time if the room rate is reasonable. In addition, this hotel serve a free breakfast to all the guests. But food is the same everyday. It's good to have simple breakfast as a new start of the days. Thumbs up to this hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is small, sure, but so are the rooms in most budget hotels in Japan. Our room and the entire hotel is very clean and quiet. They offer complimentary breakfast, complimentary drinks at the lobby as well as complimentary amenities. Staff are very gracious and helpful. Will not hesitate to stay here again.
