Impressive ”
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my family. The staff were hospitality and very helpful. They fluent in English. The hotel Is good location and Not far from ameyoko market and near to subway by walk. The room is wider than other hotels with full amenities. Separate bathroom Which makes the time for many people to stay very comfortable. If I come to Tokyo again, I will choose to stay at this hotel.

Amazing hotel ”
Great and super friendly, helpful staff. Nice location with lots of restaurant around, close to the train station. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall a great hotel with good food too. The staff was super nice with our 10 month old kid. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The staff is very helpful and in your room you will find a complementary guide book and map with absolutely excellent tips on shopping, restaurants and great spots to visit. We used it during all of our stay and ended up only choosing restaurants included in the guide since they were so good. The rooms are pretty small but well planned and really fresh and stylish. We can highly recommend this hotel and we would come back in a heart beat.

The property is gorgeous. The room is well-appointed, cool and quiet, though a bit small. At first, I thought the bed was too firm, but after several incredible nights of sleep, I am a convert. The mattress is great and the soft pillows are a treat. The shower is beautiful and the water pressure amazing. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with fresh juices, delicious fruits, vegetables and pastries. The gym is too small. It needs another treadmill and heavier weights.

Quite place within walking distance of Ueno station and Ueno park. Plenty of dining and coffee shops in the neighbourhood. Also several convenience shops open 24 hours. Staff are courteous and super friendly. Fitness Center and coin operated laundry on the 2nd floor including possibility for ironing. This brand new boutique hotel is suitable for business, couples and families the like. Highly recommended, will go back for sure next time I’m in Tokyo.

The hotel is in fantastic condition after its first anniversary. I spent 7 days in total in the hotel. It was a pleasant experience. I love the shower design and it has an amazing water pressure. Careful designs were put in place (USB port next to bed and night switches etc.). Location was great where you don’t need to worry about getting food or shop around in late night. Will recommend this his hotel to others.

I love to stay in Nohga Hotel Ueno in Tokyo. It’s easy for us to transfer by JR. Also, in view of novel corona virus infection, the hotel has prepared the surgical mask and alcohol hand rub in the front desk for guests! The room is slightly bigger than the business hotel in Japan, which allows us to open two luggage at the time. We will definitely come again if we stay in Tokyo.

Convenient location, pristine new hotel with great aesthetics. It had no tub in our rooms, but the shower was ultra modern and rejuvenating. The restaurant serves wonderful and healthy food. Staff was very attentive with great service. We would return again.

Beautiful hotel close to station”
New hotel within a few minutes walking distance from Ueno Station where you can catch metro, JR trains and express train to/from Narita. Staff was friendly and bed and shower were great! We were very happy with this choice.

Nice interior hotel with helpful staff especially they can speak english. Great location close to Ameyoko and Ueno station. Have7-11 next to hotel. Moreover good amenity ( i'm fall in love with Dear Mayuko product >< )

Great location. It took just 5 mins to Ueno station entrance. The hotel itself was impressive. This will definitely be my first choice for the next Tokyo trip.

Beds are very hard, pillows are very soft down. Shower pressure and volume is excellent. Location provides very easy access to the Ueno Station which makes travelling around Tokyo/getting trains to other parts of Japan very easy. Lots of food options near Ueno Station and we loved The Garden (Supermarket inside Ueno Station) for great bento boxes. We were able to enjoy relaxing in the lounge for a couple hours between checkout and our time to leave for a late afternoon flight.

Beautiful hotel, room was a little on the small side, but the bed was firm, made for a great night's sleep. luxurious bathroom and tasty breakfast.
