Although the hotel is centrally located, it is not a pleasant area. The large restaurant mall and subway station a short walk away (under ten minutes) are convenient though. But this hotel has little more to offer compared to the much cheaper (and connected in the same building) Ibis Styles, which we also stayed in and also do not recommend. Both hotels do not have a separate bathroom, the sink is right next to the bed. Both hotels have very poor air conditioning in the summer, the cool air blows out so weakly the room does not get below 25C (77F) and we needed the staff to send a physical fan up to the room so we could be comfortable enough to sleep. Also the pricey (and quite decent) breakfast buffet is a nightmare if you get there after 7:30am: you'll wait in a cramped waiting room for a table, then battle a large group of people scurrying to grab food before being kicked out at 10am. There are much better hotels and locations in Seoul available for the same price or less.

Check-in process was very smooth. Super thankful that I was allowed for early check-in since I took red eye flight to Seoul and really hope to wash up as soon as possible. Hotel concierge staffs are all very helpful and able to communicate in English. Room service responded very promptly even though it’s very late at night (I asked for chopsticks and spoon to eat cup noodle). Room is very spacious, unlike those in Myeongdong…. It’s also very clean, housekeeping will replenish drinking water etc everyday. Location is not a touristy spot, but it is near Yongsan station. There is a sheltered-link bridge that connects Novotel to Yongsan station, and Yongsan station connects to Ipark mall which has a huge emart at basement floor. Will definitely choose Novotel again if I ever visit Seoul again.

The hotel was located right beside the Yongsan station. We can go to Yongsan station by using 2nd floor connector without taking a taxi. From main railway station, we can tour around Seoul city. There were shopping malls near the station and you can enjoy local foods easily. Recommended to stay at this hotel.

even the standard of cleanliness is not in the very good condition. i have told the hotel i got serious on dust allergy. After i checked in to the hotel, that room is full of dust. however, the staff and the manager of the hotel is so responsive. They reacted very quickly and positively. and i have been upgraded to the premium room. Overall, i can understand that's not the five star standard hotel. their staff is so helpful, professional and reacting efficiently.

The staffs were super helpful, especially Sophie. She was super helpful on the first day of our visit. Her English was great and she was able to confirm our reservations within minutes of help. She also shared a lot of tips for us on where to visit as well. Because of her support and other staff too, I extended my stay in this hotel for another 2 more weeks! Great staffs make a difference. Would definitely visit again the future.

Being co-located with the other Accor hotels as Seoul Dragon City meant greater access to a wider choice of amenities. Very easy to get to the station and get around Seoul.

a little out of the way from touristy areas but still easy to get to. very clean. convenient store in the building (though a lot of big hotels do in Seoul). room service was too expensive but would've been interesting as orders were delivered by a robot. lovely check-in staff kindly gave us a room of N-tower.

The hotel location is very convenient, wide breakfast selection and very tasty. Staff is very friendly. The room is spacious but the flooring is not very clean, hairs from previous customer noticable.

Highly recommended. Will definitely go back and stay here again. Well worth the price. Only thing that I would like to point out, the bathroom floors get really slippery and a friend already fell and had to get stitches. Highly suggest plastic bathroom mats to avoid accidents.

Room feels old. The toilet design just doesn’t make sense. There’s nowhr to hang clothes in the bathroom. For this price, there are many better options in Seoul. I feel that this is also pretty far from all attractions

Since this hotel is connected to Yongsan station and Ipark mall, the location was perfect for families with young children. My 5 year old actually enjoyed the 5 min walk across the covered walkway to the station. The mall also has a kids cafe that is was a hit as well. Will 100% stay here again.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location right next to the major train station. The staff were highly professional and helpful, spoke several languages, and assisted with all needs. The facilities were amazing as well as the room service. If I ever visit Seoul again, I will stay here without a doubt.

It has 3 hotels side by side. All together as dragon city. There are 12 restaurants together. Really recommend Food Exchange retaurant for the dinner buffet. Expensive but worth it.

We come here often. Great location. Cute clean and modern rooms but provided amenities for suites are really subpar. Pool and sauna is usually very uncomfortable because the staff watch everyone very closely to police towel use, repeatedly asking to check admission bands, and other unnecessary disturbances when changing and trying to relax/have family time 👀😬😩

This is a great place that is well located next to Yongsan station. Plenty of eating options at Seoul Dragon City and nearby. The room was normal size but bathroom sink is small. Also I was little disappointed that lighting was not very good in the bathroom. Definitely would stay again

I forgot to leave a review here, but my experience was more than amazing. The staffs were super attentive and helpful. Sophie and a few others who helped me at that time made us feel welcome. She went out of her way to assist with our bookings. This made us decide to stay longer at this particular hotel. Her english was also really good which helped!
