Rent och fräscht, bra läge utan att ligga mitt i den mest hektiska delen av staden. Fantastiskt gym och poolområde på taket (vilken vi tyvärr inte hade tid att utnyttja)
Lite nonchalant receptionspersonal, dyr internet och tyvärr inte trådlöst.
Bra hotell som utgångspunkt på en hektisk affärsvecka.

Everything about the hotel was good. However, one disappointing or annoying part of the stay was that when you ordered room service you had to pay the cost of the food to room service waiter delivering the food. This is despite informing them that the front desk had my Credit Card for any incidentals. As a frequent global traveller this action conveys that the hotel does not trust their guest as though we are likely to check-out without paying any outstanding bills.

Great hotel! Room, food, staffs are great!”
This hotel is 3-5 minutes from the airport. The hotel looks new and very clean. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet (on Monday night) are great with lots of selections. The only reason I gave 4 stars for staff is that the check-in and check-out process took too long. I arrived very late at night and would want to go to bed asap, so I did online check-in for quick processing, but it didn't seem to help at all. My group got 6 people, and it took about 20 minutes for check-in. They really need to improve in this area.

I've only 1 remark: there are almost no plugs in the restaurants and lobby bar to charge any devise. They should really upgrade that. Other than that it's a top airport hotel. Rooms are good, internet is fast, food is good, gym is great.

Bus shuttle to airport drop was good specially for early morning departure and hotel attendant went with us up to airport and helped for express check-in. However at reception they did not give GST Invoice though there was all details given at the time of booking and I was told that the bill will be given by agoda. I am yet to receive the same.

Novotel a top class facility in Hyderabad the food was not upto it's mark. Spa excellent, except hair dresser, seem not qualified. Doubt if local nepotism influenced recruitment with sub-qualified staff rank n file.

The location, rooms, cleanliness, check-in, comfort, food quality, ambiance and convince of this hotel are all superb. However; room service staff needs to be trained/retrained. My fiancé and I ordered room service on both nights of our stay. The first night I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. (600 Rupees.) The female taking the order asked "Veg or Non-Veg?" I immediately thought "What?? Doesn't the word CHICKEN mean Non-Veg?" I replied non-veg. I asked if they could add bacon to my quesadilla and she said "no that's not possible". I said bacon can be added to the pizza but not the quesadilla? Do you make the quesadilla fresh or is it pre-made? She didn't understand that question...then she realized and said "Yes, we make it fresh." So I said "Can't the cook add some bacon when they make it?" She then said she would have to ask the chef and call back and let me know". 10 minutes later she calls back and says "No its not possible to add it to the quesadilla." Irritated by the laziness, I said "just cook some bacon in a pan and put it on my plate then." She said "ok, I can have them do that." Phew! I was wore out after that! My fiancé ordered the Chicken Roomali Wrap that included French Fries or Potato Wedges and Coleslaw or Salad. (450 Rupees.) He chose French fries and Coleslaw. I told her fries and coleslaw and she said "Salad?". I replied "No, Coleslaw". Again she said "Salad?" I repeated speaking slowly "Coleslaw". She then said "Coleslaw salad?" "Yes" I replied. Then the next question she asked "Veg or Non-Veg?" (For those that don't know including the Novotel order taker, Coleslaw is a cold vegetable salad of cabbage, carrots and onions mixed with mayonnaise and vinegar, commonly found in USA....that would make it VEG). "Veg" I replied, very confused. She related my order and I asked how long it would be. 35 minutes she said. 1 hour later our order came. The bill was 3 rupees shy of 2000. I looked at the bill and to my surprise I was charged 550 Rupees for a F

Modern, clean, with good service. Not at the airport but a ten minute drive and there's a free shuttle to and from the hotel. You can book a day rate too if you just need it while waiting for a night flight.

The hotel was very convenient location from airport. The staff are very helpful and professional. The lobby, pool area and the restaurants are fabulous. Excellent food quality and great choice for folks from different countries. The only con would be the flow of the room. Double room was not scapious for a couple. Overall, fantastic choice. I would stay again.
