Great location and facilities”

Near Tokyo station and drop off of Limousine bus. It is near a street named Sakura dori where a chain of restaurants are located. The street is very lovely during spring due to the cherry blossoms. In the room, there is a water purifier installed in the bathroom which is a great plus.

Valuable stay”

Great location. Close to Tokyo station and there are restaurants and convenience store nearby. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is a bit dated but considering its price is relatively cheaper than other hotel in this area I am happy to go back next time and recommend it to travelers who are looking for budget stay.

Comfortable, clean hotel near Tokyo station”

We had to stay here overnight unplanned because we missed the shinkanshen to Osaka. The hotel offered Pay at Hotel method and we were surprised that it was really near the station. The room was pretty small for 3 of us but the twin beds were quite large and comfortable. Amenities are complete. The staff was very helpful.

Typical Tokyo hotel”

This hotel is typical in Tokyo. Extremely small rooms but very clean, reasonable location close to Nihombashi subway and Tokyo Station and relatively easy to find. I was travelling alone so the room size was not a problem for me. Not even the fact that there was no wardrobe to hang my clothes, just a couple of hooks and two hangers. Everything else about the hotel was fine and entrance to Nihombashi station is practically next to the hotel. And tons and tons of restaurants are easy to find. At the very least you could go to Tokyo Station and find heaps of them also, or take a 20 minute walk to the Ginza area from the hotel and you just can't go wrong. I'd gladly go back and stay here again.

Great ammenities and location”

Location is close to the Tokyo Station exit and has some cafes and convenience stores nearby. Service was good and they provided everything you would need in the room, down to ionised water and charging points for different types of devices. Only gripe is the tiny size of the room. We could not open our luggage fully. It was very good for a single night as we were passing through to another city.

Easy cheap option near Tokyo station”

- very short walk from Tokyo station - good access for early morning Shinkansen - short travel time from Hanedakuko airport Con - prob not great if on your own wanting to experience Tokyo -very quiet (albeit safe) area

Superb Location - merely 400m from JR Tokyo Station”

I would recommend Pearl Hotel Yaesu owing to its superb value for money based on its strategic location and high quality staff services. Pearl Yaesu is value for money in terms of proximity to the main public transport (train and subway) . You do not expect much challenge to move around via public transport as it is merely 400m from the main Tokyo train station (JR Tokyo Station) station and exactly besides a subway station (Tokyo Metro Tozai line). In addition, despite its relatively economical price, the staff and services is not compromise. As I arrived earlier than check-in time, I left my baggage with the concierge and out for a stroll. When I returned to the hotel at 10pm, my baggage has been moved into the my room nicely without me demanding. Furthermore, staff speak fairly good English and suffix to communicate effectively.

Close to Tokyo Station”

The hotel is close to Tokyo station. But it is closer to Tokyo subway Nihombashi. It is quite a walk to and from Tokyo station but very convenient if you will use shinkansen a lot. There are restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. There are other hotels closer to Tokyo station but this property is cheaper than those.

Great location, good quality!”

This was my second stay and the double (queen) room was much better than the single one I stayed in before. I stayed there for first time for business trip and its convenient location help me a lot. But the single room didn’t impressed me. It was small bed, hard pillow, a bit worn and torn, and not noise proof from outside. The room and bed were relatively more spacious, just make sure ut us Queen size not the semi double. Amenities was limited compared to other similar level of hotel, but it is OK. For the 2 people stay they will only give you one key. Also, if you dont ask for room cleaning for first night (save the water program) they will give you free bottled water next day. Location is definitely the best reason why i choose it. And it worth saving time, just next to Tozai line and close by Tokyo station. Free wifi was fast, convenient store close by.

Quite close to everything. 5 mins walk to Tokyo JR station and right on Nihonbashi metro station. However it’s 20 mins walk to JR Keiyo line (to Disneyland) didn’t know that until we walked there.

Very good hotel not far from Tokyo Station”

The hotel is located about 300 meters walk away from Tokyo Station (Nihombashi Exit). The hotel itself might not be visible from the opposite road since it has been blocked by Mizuno Bank's Building but it is very convenient location with about 3 combini situated in a walkable distance and more then 5 Metro lines to serve you on any purposes. Overall, this hotel is very good place to stay for a couple days.

Business Hotel with no Free Water”

Small room only 12 m, smaller than our hotel in Osaka which was 13 m😂 But unfortunately here in Pearl we didn’t get free mineral water on our room. Too bad as the price we pay is not cheap but no free mineral water provided. Maybe you should think about it.

Very small but decent room, and superb location”

We only stayed here for a night as we had an early train ride to catch the next morning. Room is very small even for Tokyo standards. But room comes with all the basic amenities you would expect to have. Most people stay here for the strategic location I suppose, where it takes only about 10 - 15 minute walk to Tokyo station, and is located right next to one of the entrances for Nihombashi station. Staff were friendly, but could speak very basic English only

Better than my expectation”

I used to stay at this hotel before and decided to stay here again because of the location. This time, there were more staff speaking English very well. The room was small like other Japanese budget hotel. The location was perfect! Everday room service is available. There is a tip for staying; If you don’t make up the room the hotel will give you two bottles of water as complimentary. I would stay here again for sure.

Good for a quick stay”

we stayed here on for a night before heading to Osaka. It was okay, the room is small but can fit me, my husband and my 5 y.o son. Cause I only stayed for 1 night, so I don't asked for more. We just need to find a good hotel near Tokyo station and this hotel near the Tokyo station Yaesu exit. Also near the bus stop if you take a 1000 yen bus from the Narita international airport.

Very convenient”

If you take Tokyo Shuttle bus direct from Narita Airport (1000Yen), it only takes 5 mins walk from the drop off bus station to the hotel. The hotel location is very good, near the big Tokyo Station. There are many restaurants & shops nearby.

I had a brief one night stay at this hotel but they were kindly kept my lugguage one day before my stay, totally flexible and helpful. Superb location which I can access to subway and train station where I headed to Karuizawa. Not much shopping around since it is quite commercial area but the metro is just 3 mins away which you can go anywhere inside tokyo. I would love to return.

Budget hotel, clean and comfortable”

Many people stayed at hotels along the Yaesu Street. Take the Yaesu Street exit. The Yaesu road is opposite yet parallel to the Tokyo Station. Walk about 10 to 15 minutes. If Tokyo Station is on your left side, you are heading towards the hotel in the correct direction. Do not go beyond the bridge.
