Väldigt trevligt hotell med bra läge och en mycket bra frukost.. bra poolområde och en populär restaurang nere vid stranden . Stranden tillhör tyvärr inte dom bästa i Thailand.

Vi hadde 2 dagar och var väldigt nöjda. Inte helt i sentrum, men gångavstånd. Det var heller inget problem med att få hotellet att köra oss. Vi hade rimligaste Silk Sand rummet och det var bra. Vi reser mycket och brukar bo på bra hotel Detta var ett av de få vi kunde tänkt oss att komma tilbaka til.

Våra 8 dagar på Putahracsa var mycket avkopplande med en fantastisk personal som gav oss en mycket trevlig vistelse. Rummen var stora och mycket rena och trevlig färgsättning i vitt och beige.Service vid poolen var fantastisk och varje dag kom pool personalen med vatten i en kylväska och mitt på dagen serverades alltid någon liten smakbit från restaurangen. Deras restaurang nere vid havet hade utsökt mat.Min fru och jag kommer säkerligen boka detta hotell igen

Hotellet var lugnt och harmoniskt fram till helgen då det kom lite andra gäster som inte satte samma värde på lugn och ro. Lång fin sandstrand att promenera på men smutsigt vatten och mycket skräp på stranden. Vid lågvatten på em såg man allt skräp som låg på botten. Vi hade valt strandnära då vi inte ville bada i pool.

Bra poolbar med goda Shakes.Vi gjorde några utflykter som den proffsiga hotellreceptionen hjälpte oss med. Vi bor där gärna igen.

Vi har besökt Hua Hin flera gånger och haft hotell med varierande kvalitet. Putahracsa är det bästa hittills, ett snäpp dyrare än vi brukar bo på men i detta fallet väl värt det. Villan är stor och rymlig och har en takterrass med en liggdynor där man kan sitta och njuta på kvällarna. Poolen delas med två andra villlor men känns väldigt privat. Personalen ordnar vad man ber om, frukosten är fantastiskt god och läget i Hua Hin är bra, man kan gå till centrum/nattmarknaden på under tio minuter (hotellet har gratis tuktuk om man inte orkar).

Vi började vår vistelse i ett av Silksand-rummen, rymligt och fräscht med alla bekvämligheter. Det kommer roomservice på kvällen och tänder ljus och fyller på ny is. Frukosten är fantastisk, finns kockar på plats som lagar till som du vill ha det. Stort utbud av färska råvaror, bättre än den vanliga thaistandarden. Det kändes lite trist att bo i ett rum när vi såg hur "villorna" såg ut med pool och terass, så vi uppgraderade snabbt till Sandsky, väl värt de extra pengarna om man vill spendera några timmar på rummet. Hotellet har gratis tuktuk inom Hua hin centrum när man inte orkar promenera.

Vi bodde 12 nätter i en Silksand , rummen är stort och bekväma. Personalen är super vänlig och otroligt hjälpsam. Frukosten är mycket bra med olika alternativ. Gratis Tut Tut en trevlig röra dig för att komma i mitten av staden, men är mycket lätt promenerad i 5-10 minuter.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony overlooking the pool — it even had a cozy sunbed that made relaxing extra enjoyable. The main pool was perfect for swimming laps, while the beachside pool offered stunning views and a more laid-back vibe. The location was ideal: close enough to walk into town easily, but also surrounded by great restaurants. We also tried a couple of the hotel’s own restaurants, and the food there was delicious as well. Overall, a great balance of relaxation and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a memorable and comfortable stay at Putahracsa in Hua Hin. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond—even in the tiniest details—to ensure your stay is perfect. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful extras like sandals and insect repellent. We especially appreciated the daily complimentary fruit and local Thai candy—such a sweet and personal touch! The private terrace was a highlight for us. It became our favorite spot for casual meals, reading, and even afternoon naps. The breakfast here is truly superb. Generous portions of authentic Thai cuisine—real food that locals actually eat, not dressed-up or overly "fusion" dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and very cleanly prepared. We also enjoyed lunch at the hotel—delicious and reasonably priced. Don’t miss the swimming pool! It’s a perfect place to exercise. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance to the night market and surrounded by local food stalls. We are thankful for the complimentary shuttle bus from the hotel to the market. Just a short walk across the street, and you’re right at the beachfront, ready to enjoy swimming in the sea or even a stroll along the sand. All in all, this hotel offers comfort, warmth, and a very genuine Thai hospitality experience. We would return in a heartbeat.
This hotel has spoilt every other hotel for us on this family holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly (shout out to Nun) and the rooms were modern, fresh and extremely clean. The grounds are superb, the pool magnificent and our preference was the non beach side for a chill vibe, serenity and total resort feel. We were truly impressed by our stay at Putahracsa Hua Hin. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles. My stay at Putahracsa Hua Hin was a pleasant one. The room was spacious and well equipped, with convenient power plugs and USB ports for charging devices. The pool was easily accessible and made for a relaxing stay. Do note that the room required a small flight of stairs to reach, which can make handling luggage a bit tricky but the staff were helpful and ready to assist. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff were very nice and sweet, all with a strong hospitality mindset. The amenities and facilities were generally good, but there were a few details that missed the mark. The pools were large and lovely, but it was hard to find a shower, and the signs for pool opening hours were almost unnoticeable. I appreciated the personalized notes after the turn-down service, but it was addressed to "Mr. & Mrs. [Surname]," even though I was staying with two other women, and they had our IDs on file. The "Do Not Disturb" sign, made of granite, kept flipping to "Please Make Room" whenever the wind hit, and there were other small quirks like a working desk you can request for. Breakfast was quite good, with an extensive variety of vegetables for salads, grains, cold cuts, cheeses, and breads. There were stations for noodles, eggs, and even a fruit and juice extractor to make your own juice. However, I felt that the cooked meat options and Thai dishes were limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at. They also offered energy balls in a jar, which didn't seem like a typical breakfast choice, especially for a holiday. This limited food selection would likely deter me from bringing my entire family back, as it doesn't quite cater to our elders' preferences. Additionally, there were too many stairs for them to navigate comfortably. It may seem like I'm nitpicking, but my main point is that the hotel seems to be trying to offer and serve too many things at once, which compromises their attention to detail and the overall quality of service.

Wonderful experience to stay there for 1 night. The service is great, staff are all friendly and polite, fluent in English. The room design is clean, elegant, simple but exquisite, mixing wood and nude colors with different textures of furnitures and decorations. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the tranquil moment in the morning is refreshing. Multiple choice for breakfast, and everything I got was great, especially the chicken Porridge, tasted really good. The only thing to be improved is the shower device. Should be more stable water pressure and enough amount to shower easier. But overall I really love this place, and would love to recommend others to come.

Good atmosphere as always comeback, staffs are perfect service mind. However, please improve car parking management. It's really uncomfortable to tell security every time when drive back to resort.

We're very impressed with their fast service and the spacious, sparkling clean rooms. I had a very good sleep on their super comfy bed. All the food and non-alcoholic drinks in the room are free of charge. Breakfast selection is my heaven. It's everything we could ever ask for. This without a doubt is one of our favourite hotels. The only downside I could think of is that the air conditioner's control was hard to find as it was hidden behind the curtain.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was professional, polite, and helpful. Only disappointing thing to note was the hotel campus is broken into 2 parts. One directly on the beach, as shown in the pictures, and one just across the street. If you are looking to be right on the beach (we were, but did not know) you will need to book one of their villas.

We love this hotel. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Lovely clean rooms and quality baby cot provided free of charge. Loved everything about this boutique hotel. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Exceptional service all round. Excellent food in both restaurants. Great choice at breakfast. Dinner at Oceanside was very good, one of the best restaurants we ate at. Room was very comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. Our maid Sao, couldn't do enough for us. Best hotel cleaner ever! She was very hard working and so meticulous, our room was spotless. Location was perfect, approx 10 minutes walk to the main hub for bars, restaurants and Night Market, though can always use hotel shuttle to night market. Peaceful, in spite of main road but it was never too busy and we had a bit of fun with the security guards who help with crossing the road. So glad we chose to stay here after checking the locations of other similar type hotels we had considered in the area. The spa experience was top class, quite different to the down town massage places! Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in 5-7 sept พนักงานต้อนรับ ผู้ชายสูงอายุหน่อย รอบดึก พูดจาแย่ ไม่มีservice mind ไม่มีการอธิบาย หรือ offer ให้ลูกค้ารู้สึกดี จองห้องมา typeปกติ พนงแจ้งว่าเกินจำนวนที่เข้าพักได้ เราจึงขอextra bed เพราะในระบบ mentionedไว้ 3 maximum guestsตามปกติ เด็ก4 ขวบ ก็ไม่ควรนับ ตามที่ผ่านมาพักเครือของ Dusit Marriott Interconที่หัวหิน ก็จองปกติ ขอใส่ extra bed ได้ ไม่เคยมีปัญหา ทั้งๆที่ห้องเค้า ขนาด 32-35 ตรมเล็กกว่า แต่เค้าeligible เรื่อง extra beds พนักงานยืนกรานคำเดียวไม่ได้ เปนกฎของ propertyเราถามเค้าขออ่านกฎที่ระบุไว้หน่อยค่ะ มี conditionนี้ แจ้งใน ago daมั้ย เพราะจริงๆ 47 ตรม. มันใหญ่เพียงพอให้ใส่ extra bedได้ เราก็มาถึงดึก2-3 ทุ่มแล้ว ก็คือถ้าลูกค้าไม่ยอมก็คงต้อง cancel bookingซึ่งทางพนงก็คงรู้ดีว่ามีคนแก่ อายุ70 และเด็ก4 ขวบมาด้วยมันลำบาก จึงบังคับเราให้ upgrade และชำระเพิ่ม ไปอยุห้อง80 ตรม แค่ first impression ก็ถูกทำลายให้เสียmoodได้ทันทีกับการพูดจา แสดงสีหน้า พูดห้วนๆ พูดเพราะแต่ยืนยันกฎคำเดียว ไม่แคร์ลูกค้า เราก็ไม่แปลกใจ ทำไมถึงเป็นพนักงานที่รรปกติได้ ถ้าเข้ารร global chain ไม่เคยเจอคนมีattitude manner และ facial expression แบบนี้มาก่อน รร.ของคุณจะเสียหายใหญ่กว่านี้ถ้ามีพนักงานที่มุ่งแต่รักษากฎแต่ไม่สนใจความรุสึกลูกค้า ไม่แคร์ ไม่สน ยืนกราน ไล่อย่างเดียว ถ้าไม่ตามนี้ก็คือเราคงต้องออกไปและเคลียรกับทาง agoda เอง เราแปลกใจมากพนักงานส่วนอื่น ร้านอาหาร เบลบอย แม่บ้าน ทำไมพูดจาดีมาก รวมถึงgsaรอบเช้า บ่ายก็ดี ยกเว้นรอบดึกที่เปนผชแก่คนนี้ เรางงมากว่าไม่ได้ถูกเทรนมา หรือถือตัวว่าตนเองอยุมาเก่าแก่ ถึงได้roughกับลูกค้าได้ขนาดนี้ แย่ค่ะ ครั้งหน้า กลับไปซบ รร.ในเครือmariott, sheratonแบบเดิม ไม่เสี่ยงกับ รรไร้เครือ ดีกว่าค่ะ

The rooms were neat clean and tidy, atmosphere was friendly, pool area and surrounds green and well kept. The restaurant across the road was excellent as well, all the staff where really helpful.

We also requested a change in the mini-bar offerings, preferring soda water over canned soft drinks, and they happily accommodated us by replenishing it daily. We enjoyed our extended stay in a silk/sand room and the pool and surrounds outside our door were beautiful. Staff are exemplary from pool attendants to cleaning staff and reception who could never do enough to make your stay memorable. We did however find the many steps and stairs challenging and the pool on the oceanside was ridiculously difficult to get into and out of....very poorly designed and badly in need of a complete makeover as well as better maintenance of pool furniture. The silk sand rooms and glorious surrounds on the main accommodation street side, would definitely be my recommendation.

We were with our 2yo and he absolutely enjoyed the villa! With its spacious layout, he could run & play hide-and-seek in it! The “bathtub” was also good fun and he could help himself to fill it up with water easily. We had good nights’ of sleep in the soft, fluffy pillows & bed and it’s a such a delight to stay @ Putahracsa. Breakfast @ Oceanside Restaurant was wonderfully prepared & served and it’s exceptional to dine right before the ocean waves. We hope to return again ◡̈

The hotel boasts three exceptional swimming pools. The are clean, quiet and well equipped with large recliners, pillows , cushions and umbrellas. A oceanfront restaurant and bar flanked by one of the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and would stay here again.

Was extremely pleased with my choice have stayed in five hotels in this area and by far this was the best, room wonderful, breakfast outstanding, food overall in the cafe and the bakery really good and good value, dinner also good by the beach, pools nice, staff very good and can’t do enough for you (including the guys who help crossing the road) - would throughly recommend this hotel and its staff, watching the moon rise from from the beachfront was also very good.

It's a lovely hotel only to be let down by allowing guests to leave there towels on the sun loungers all day and never sit on them and the breakfast could have catered for English a bit more.

"The air conditioning unit in the hotel room was so loud that it was difficult to sleep at night. The room was not soundproof, and right outside the room was a storage area for housekeeping. This resulted in noise entering the room during the day, including the sound of a vacuum cleaner being used right outside. The swimming pool was small, and the beachfront pool was closed for renovation. The staff were very attentive and tried their best to provide good service. However, when comparing the price, the service, and the rather old condition of the room, I believe that hotels like the InterContinental or Hyatt, which are in the same price range, offer a significantly better experience."

“Lovely staff”
Overall, this little charming place is quiet, low key and serene - a gem. Just a short walk from the night market, but still at the beach. Breakfast is great and staff is wonderful! French bakery makes it worthwhile. Beds are comfy and rooms pleasant and the housekeeping staff are the best! (and the oool guys). Only improvement wish they should ban smoking completely. Currently you can only smoke at your balcony - which have the smoke coming in over to the neighboor.
