Bra pris för ett eget rum med luftkonditionering, men var beredd på att ljudnivån med buller från vägen är rätt hög, så använd bra öronproppar. Vattenkranarna funkade inte så bra, och den som funkade gav gnälliga ljud ifrån sig emellanåt. Inredningen i rummet var mkt spartansk, och inget bord att lägga grejer på, bara två sängar och en ställning att hänga kläder på. Personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Andra gäster bestod mest av yngre personer som tycktes festa på nätterna och förde en del oväsen sent på kvällen. I övrigt bra läge i old town, nära bra restauranger och annat. Ett tips om man inte kör motorcykel, är att hitta de små cyklarna att låsa upp med en app, och cykla med, mobike, väldigt behändigt. :)

Simply the BEST!”
Everything about this place is great. Location is right at the city center, next to the night market and Sunday night market. The place is very clean and comfortable, has all the necessities. Most importantly the couple that runs this place is AMAZING. They are the kindest people that I met here. Very helpful and friendly. You won't regret staying here

Great location, budget ok stay”
It's in the center of old town so very convenient for walking around to wats and Sunday night market, also to Tha phae gate. I stayed in a single budget room but enjoyed a very big window. Shared bathroom has so so warm shower but ok for hot weather. The restaurant is not expensive considering portion but a little dark.

Great cheap place for backpackers, but even in a separate room u might feel like it's a dormitory - every whisper of your neighbour or from corridor is heard full volume. Apart from that - we liked this place a lot.

The bed was so hard, not comfortable and no air condition for lowest price. Also they checked in a guy at 8 in the morning when i was alone in the room. So no need to wake up anybody, check in is after 12...

Basic Stay and Quiet Area in Chiang Mai”
The place is pretty basic and stayed in a dorm with fan for really affordable price. There is a resto below and you can book your bus and minivans tickets directly through them.

If you need a cheap place to shower and crash on a tight budget then this is the place for you. It has the bare minimum but the place is roomy with a nice restaurant and wonderful staff.

The rooms are open on the top so it's like sleeping in a dorm with private door. My room was near the corridor and had a curtain to block a window from corridor to my room but with the fan it blew out so I didn't feel any intimacy. It's very noisy, and there's nothing you can do against that. The facilities are very basic and the staff was not very helpful actually. So I didn't stay longer, there are nicer hostels nearby for the same price.

It needs better locks on the room doors. Only few showers have warm water. It’s on a busy street so expect noise. But staff is great. Great area to party and enjoy the old city of Chiang Mai

This hostel is really cheap and there for you should not expect much. When I first arrived they were having a hard time trying to find my reservation. Then once they found it I went to my dorm room and it seemed the people staying in the room put their things on the bed I was supposed to sleep on. So with the the staff offered for me to stay in a private room free of charge for the trouble. That was nice. The next day I slept in the dormitory and the set-up is just bunk beds with in an open space with lockers there but bring your own lock. All in all this place should just be a place for you too leave your bags and sleep. The cost is so cheap and it reflects in the service. Nothing wrong with that.

The rooms over a restaurant are what you're looking at. Not more to say because that's not a bad thing but you know what you get and it's not a hostel and you hear everything from the neighbour rooms

Filthy, although cheap and good location”
Filthy. Being one of the cheapest places in town, we didn't expect much. Staff were nice and let us leave our luggage, location is great. however... The rooms, hallways, and bathrooms had not been cleaned in some places for days, maybe even weeks. Bed bugs, spider webs everywhere, sticky dust on windows, tables, fans... All this showed to us a lack of respect towards guests. I would never eat there. Since they're happy to invite guests into what we saw, I would be really worried about the kitchen. Honestly, sleeping on one bench in kfc with homeless people, I was not as worried about hygiene as in this place and I even spent some time cleaning the bathroom before using it. It was sad to see multiple staff members just sitting around in the quiet restaurant. Their time could be much better used doing some basic cleaning.

Unorganized but decent”
My boyfriend and I booked a dorm room for 2 people for 2 nights and the front desk lady argued that it was only 1 person 1 room so make sure you have your booking details to show them, I think it's just a bit disorganized not trying to scam or anything like that as she was fine once we showed her the booking details with agoda. The room wasn't bad , but can definitely get a better place for similar cost when traveling as a couple. Over all not great but super cheap and great location not a bad place to stay for a few nights.
