Cleaness, interior and facilities acceptable. The apartment quite cheap because facing entering road/parking and it is on 1st floor so the view is limited. BUT only problem the matress so hard seem likes sleeping on the wood or tatami bed.. seriously that is not real matress, it is wood cover with bedsheet. We are not comfortable at all to sleep. Jammed so bad at kea farm to enter to rose apartment. Other than that was ok.

Firstly, the location was hard to find. Basic needs like a hairdryer and dishwashing soap were NOT provided. The beds were so hard I could walk on them without sinking in to them. The whole place smelled of dead fish. The walls are poorly decorated. Do Not put colours that clash it makes me sick. The floor is so dirty and nasty I wonder if there was a maid there to clean. It's SO noisy. literally you will NEVER get a good night sleep at this place. Do yourself a favour and waste your money on something else. Unless you like the smell of fish

the location near the tourist attractions. only walk to kea farm market. appartment has heater, rice cooker, iron, astro, lift and many of kitchen's stuft. my kids enjoy the balcony and the house are spacious for big family to stay. the opposite is u need to drive through crowded people at kea market.

i have a good stay here. come with 2 families 6 child. very comfortable stay. clean and tidy house maintain by owner. a good view have from house with balcony. same view have by copthrone hotel. farm view.

The Apartment was clean. It was located near Kea Farm, one of the most happening places for grocery. However could smell of fertilizer most of the times.

it was great. even though it says for 6ppl, it should be enough for 8persons. bowls, plates, cutleries, rice cooker, steamboat pot, kettle, fridge, toilet rolls , dishwasher are all provides except soap n shampoo. everything is great and worth the money paid. enough chairs and tables provided for those who wanted to have their own steamboat.

An average accommodation ”

The management not organized for customer to get the apartment key. Customer had to call the person incharge so many times to get the key. The management did not give the customers name to the guard post so that they can easily pick the key. The guard post also confuse which key they need to pass to customer because they kept so many keys but no record of customers to stay on that day.
