The best hotel and friendly staffs found so far. ”
I booked two different hotels in Vietnam visit. The first day I checked in to another hotel where our experience was not good. But when we came to the Skyline Hotel I was delighted and was very happy to see the room and meeting the staff of the Skyline Hotel. We booked Delux room for 2N.3D and it was a wonderful experience we had. Normally you need to place a special request to decorate the room. But they did without any request. We were happy to see the room set up, it was clean, with all the required things. The Deluxe room with bathtub was amazing. No Hotel will provide you. But SKYLINE HOTEL gives you. The breakfast spread was good and yummy. On the day of checkout, they arranged the car for us to the airport at the last minute and charge whats the actual price and not more. And they said goodbye to us with a gift they gave us as a token of love. I would recommend each and everyone to book this hotel in Vietnam without any doubt. Its Best with decent PRICE. Great hotel”
This is a great hotel...hard to find at first as it was down a little alley... I had booked for 3 nights and then was planning on going to halong bay but we would have returned to late to catch our flight... so they changed our reservation to 2 nights leave for two and return for 1 .. but due to them already being full for the premium rooms we had to downgrade... the room was just as nice but because they figured they inconvenienced us they provided us with a free shuttle to the airport,.they also stored our baggage free of charge while we went on our cruise!. staff were very pleasant and helpful... breakfast was awesome, hot showers comfortable beds....would definitely return....thank you for making our stay pleasant

I have booked this hotel on month of Dec 2018, but when I arrived Hanoi and check in this hotel. The receptionist mentioned to me due to Management Issue and there is no record on my booking. However, I have presented the voucher and they only found it. They have informed me the hotel currently full thus they need to transfer me to their partner hotel which about 600M walking distance. I have agreed this and proceed to the hotel Bonsella Prestige, it's very comfortable hotel and super clean, professional service and good attitude as well. Greatly appreciate for the staff involve in order do not ruin my vacation. Definitely will go to this hotel again when next time visit to Hanoi.

Simply unbeatable services, yummy breakfast and super clean ”
We have stayed in 5 different hotels just this month in Hanoi. We truely think the service at Skyline Hotel is the BEST we have ever had in its class along with its sister hotel Bonsella Prestige Hotel & Spa. Many hotels in Hanoi have very excellent services but this 2 hotels trump them all. From the moment you step in the hotel, you feel you are in good hand. Everyone from doorman to receptionist to manager, they all carry a smile to greet you. You can tell they do it not because it is their job, they are proud of their services and the hotel they work for. They also asked for any concern and improvement needed when we checked out. Unlike many hotels we stayed before, the photos on website looks good but it is different when we get there. Either the hotel room is old, not clean or certain thing in the room is not working. We get exactly what you see at Skyline Hotel. Our friends who joined us in this trip would like to buy some local sneak wine for medical purpose, manager Jenny went out of her way to get it for him and delivered to the hotel. Every staffs in the hotel go out of their way to help us in many occasions. The service they offer is far exceed any hotel we have ever stayed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who only want the BEST. Thank you Jenny and your staffs, Vy and Kimmy, for your wonderful hospitality! Breakfast is delicious, room is super clean and shower pressure is great. Since it is suituated in a alley, it is very quiet. The location of this hotel is perfect. We look forward to come back and stay at Skyline again.

i feel very warm staying at this hotel, they care about you, give you more than what you need, hotel is clean, staffs are super friendly, helpful and informative, upgraded us 2 times staying here. Breakfast is super nice, like 4-5 stars hotel, the variation of food make every one happy, and they gave a mysterious souvenir when we got back, i will ask all of you who look at my review now to book this hotel NOW, before they rooms are fully book, i am sure you will like this place and give all 5 stars like me, thanks!!! :)

Clean & Comfortable stay ”
I picked this hotel because I saw pics of the decor and loved it - when I reached, it didn’t disappoint.. I love that comfortable high-quality green chair in my room haha. Also the hotel is spotless. The receptionist gave us great recommendations, and I literally used that to look for yummy food in Hanoi as it’s my first visit to Vietnam. The locals know best! Also, Ah Jun could communicate with my mom in basic Chinese which she really appreciates. He’s always smiling and greeting us even after working for long hours. Thanks so much for making our stay enjoyable!

Excellent for everything”
Strategic location, near to all attraction, many high rated restaurant around, the most important is the staff are very willing to help. They will help to make sure all of our journey going on smoothly. Breakfast is prepare at another hotel nearby, there are many food choices, you can enjoy the fantabulous breakfast with a good scenary. Although the hotel size is small, but the room size is big enough to stay comfortably. The bed are very comfortable, with high thread of bed sheet make our sleeping quality into the highest.

2nd time stay at Bonsella ”
We stay at Bonsella again since we were given a free upgrade. At Bonsella, 1. New hotel- clean and spacious 2. 5 min from Skyline Hotel 3. Excellent breakfast spread 4. Excellent customer service 5. All good points outshine and minor negative points. 6. Given a choice again, will stay at Bonsella. 7. Thank you all staff for the wonderful stay and experience. 8. The front desk staff and bell hop boy will send you personally to the road side for your transport to pick you up.

Good deal + Superb location ”
Booked a 6 night stay in Hanoi for our recent travel! Hotel was located in a small alley, relatively short building but traffic on the street doesn’t affect the stay! Had a lovely time throughout my stay in Hanoi! Front desk Bryan was very friendly and spoke very good English. He answered almost all of our questions and gave recommendations for food and drinks and guided us to the area that we want to go! Hotel location was very good as it is near the Hanoi Beer street, about 5 mins walk and also near the lake where there are many food and shops around! Many places were walking distance which saved us a lot on transport! Highly recommend this hotel, will come back and stay again in future when I visit Hanoi!

The AC was awesome, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! The location is perfect. The best part was the staff- everyone was great! From the beginning the staff at Skyline Hotel has courteously welcomed us and helped us settle in the bustling city of Hanoi. We arrived early, and they offered us an early check in at their neighboring new hotel: Bonsella Cozy hotel. They arranged everything from taking our luggage’s there and altering our tour pick up location. Breakfast was also splendid and we couldn’t ask for more! Upon leaving we even received a cute gift which was the perfect end to our stay. Could not recommend Bonsella Cozy more and we have a lot to thank the folks at Skyline Hotel for. One of the best service we’ve ever experienced for the price!

We were arranged to stay in their new brand hotel "Bonsella Cozy Hotel" which is located few steps to Skyline Hotel. The construction are all new,however,the rooms are not really big but wide enough for 2 people. Breakfast place is on the top floor of Bonsella Cozy Hotel where is with very good view of whole town. Foods are good and fresh, even you can take order like noodle,eggs...as the way you like. These 2 hotels are all located in the heart of old quarter, the most busy beer street and easiest place to reach weekend market ,food and every famous spot. The most important part is about the staffs. They were all very kind and efficient, they treat guests like friends with good English speaking. We will be back here again for sure.

Skyline's nested away from the hustle, bustle and beeps of the main road, so you won't have to ever worry about not getting a good night's rest here. Impeccable service, great location, clean rooms and staff who were really professional in their duties but were also game to have a friendly chat with you about your day (especially if you're travelling solo and need to socialize a little). I will be back here definitely when I return to Hanoi!

This hotel is very nice and has all the amenities like a big hotel: water boiler and many other stuffs... Tge breakfast is amazing ...it is per order so they are fresh and hot. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. It is very close to the lake and many restaurants. The room is very clean. I will highly recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 nights with Skyline on 14th Aug.Could not sleep on first night due to bed was not comfortable , had 2 single beds joined together.Receptionist helped us for next night to sister hotel Bonsella Cozy which is just awesome.Room is bigger with best AC & modern facilities & superb BF.Thank you for making our stay pleasant & comfortable.Really appreciate !!

From the moment the driver met us at the airport until he dropped us at the airport our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, well spoken, and professional . The location is great as easy walk all around the Old Quarter. In a busy area but very quiet in the room. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. The free breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices . We stayed here previously and remember being very impressed. Thank you Skyline Hotel.

The front desk staffs were really welcoming the moment we got there and helped us book a trip to Ha Long Bay. They also recommended us local and popular restaurants/bars/cafes/salons to visit and we tried and loved all of them! Might seem sketchy because the hotel is located in narrower alley but it is safe and there is a authentic pho place few stores down that you should try! Also, the breakfast was amazing!! We would definitely come back here but I would book a room with a window next time because it can be little stuffy without window in your room.
