Litet och enkelt rum, men jättebra läge precis vid tunnelbanan och nära fik, restauranger och minimarkets. Man fick massa gratis toalettartiklar. Skönt med hiss. Sålde turligt nog billig adapter i receptionen då vi glömt det. Provade aldrig frukost. Prisvärt snarare än lyx.

Vistelsen var mycket angenäm. Rummet var rymligt, smakfullt inrett och städades väl varje dag. Standarden var mycket bra. Personalen var professionellt artiga, mycket hjälpsamma när de gav oss information om hur vi hittar olika platser i Tokyo. Extremt bra service. Bra läge och nära till metro stationen. Området var lugnt och kändes tryggt. Det fanns lokalt ett bra utbud på restauranger. Kommer förmodligen boka samma hotell vid nästa vistense i Tokyo.

Great Location, ”

Nothing much to nitpick about. Friendly and helpful staffs. We only had a slight problem with a the size of the room. We stayed at a small double room in the main building, comfortable enough to sleep in but not that easy to open our luggages at the same time to pack. Also, it was slightly inconvenient to do washing at the annex. (If you intent to do laundry, maybe request for a room in the Annex?) Other than these, the hotel is really great, right next to the subway stop, with multiple convenience stores, food places and a supermarket nearby.

I usually stay at the Fresa Inn in Roppongi, which is like my all-time favorite hotel in Tokyo, but on my most recent trip I stayed in Akasaka. It was just as perfect, if not better on certain aspects like the peace and quiet since the location is more of a residential area rather than a nightlife district like Roppongi. This is a wonderful alternative in case you cannot get a room right where most the action takes place in central Tokyo. Fresa Inn hotels never fail to meet my expectations, and I am always provided with what I need and more!

Very friendly staff, they upgraded us when we checked in just because (we got lucky) but the room was so clean and they gave us new slippers every single day! The bed was comfortable, had black out curtains and we were right next to a train station, a mcdonald’s and family mart! So perfect !

We stayed for 13 nights in a Superior Double room in the Annex building during the peak cherry blossom season and we could not have been happier. The Annex building felt like coming home to our own apartment each night and we rarely saw employees or other guests. Like staying in an AirBnB with the comforts of a hotel. The room is small, but functional. We were able to manage our space with one large suitcase and a few backpacks pretty well. I enjoyed the water pressure in the shower, but it was a challenge to get the temperature just right. The Chiyoda line isn't the most well connected line, you almost always have to transfer, but it never takes more than 30 minutes to get to any of the major tourist spots. We enjoyed that this location was quiet, but only a 10 minute walk in either direction brought you to the craziness of main Akasaka or the nightlife of Roppongi.

Love love loved this. Absolutely perfect. Right outside the metro stop, tons of good food places around, very clean, staff was excellent. Loved my trip to Tokyo, and this place definitely helped make it a good experience.

Outstanding staff”

Our trip was cut short due to a medical emergency. The staff at the hotel were extremely supportive and compassionate. They provided a wheelchair and helped us to overcome our language shortcomings by making phone calls and clarifying our medical options. This enabled us to make the decisions necessary to achieve a positive outcome. We will be forever grateful for their assistance and moral support. We recommend this hotel to any travelers who have a limited grasp of the Japanese language.

Allover an amazing place. Not much too add. Hotel was located in a more quiet area, but very close to all the fun, so perfect place for relaxing, but still amazing food places and very festive restaurants nearby. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Japan!

Positives: Great staff - very helpful and polite - let us borrow an umbrella when it was raining, thank you! Recommended great place to eat! Fairly close to train station - 10min walk. Close to many convenience stores (7 Eleven / Lawsons). Close to public laundry mat to clean / dry clothes. Very clean and tidy room. Room would be great for solo travelers looking at getting back to hotel late. Negatives: Can be loud - We were staying a room- level 3 facing a busy street. On Fri / Sat / Sun nights and some weeknights it got a bit loud from people in the street due to the location and the curtain did not block out all the street lights (remain on during night). The springs in the actual bed were popping all the time (time for replacement).
