My first time in Pristina. The hotel location is near all the tourist spots. The staff here is extremely helpful. Room size is big, but the Aircon in my room did not make the room cool. I had to sleep with the balcony door open. With balcony door closed temperature was around 21 - 23 degrees in the room. I did not inform the staff. I am sure they would have changed the room. Check in was good but check out I had to wait 15 minutes to check out. There was some confusion with night staff unsure about another customers payment etc. I did not use the spa facilities as it's not my interest. The wifi is available in room

I recommend Swiss Dimond Hotel for VIP visitor to Pristina .It is more than 5 star hotel.The location of the hotel is a mazing and wonderful. The girl in gust relation called Fiona was very helpful and she try to help gust as much as she can.I wish the hotel Management all success

Excellent classy hotel. Very good breakfast spread, mainly attentive staff. Had a dud on reception at check in but most as excellent as the hotel. Fantastic central location. Exit and entry by car / taxi was very difficult took 20 mins to leave due to cramped area and cars triple parked.

Eines der besten Hotels in denen ich je war. Super freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber, grosses Zimmer, sehr schön eingerichtet. Entspricht 5* Schweizer Standard.
