Clean and welcoming”

This hotel is within a couple of minutes walk from the train station, the main market, the night market, a popular wat, and the main road for shops including a Tesco Lotus, and yet it's still really quiet. Rooms are spacious and super clean, and staff are all charming and welcoming. The beds are firm, but not unbearably so, and the rooms are well appointed. Best of all, some rooms have amazing views of the mountains and sunsets.

Very clean hotel”

This hotel is very clean and everything looks new. Bed was comfortable and staffs was friendly. Lots of car park space. too. Great location near to Train Station Night Market and Municipal Morning Market So far this is the best hotel I ever stayed.

Excellent Hotel”

If you want excellent clean very comfortable hotel with a good set breakfast you cannot look past this hotel . The staff are so efficient and kind . I would not consider any other hotel in this area if we ever come again

Staff is very rule and bad attitude!! Not recommended to everyone who carrying the children. Just a six years old children to stay in a double room also want change me 300 bath with no extra bed!! Is extra bed is change 400 bath!! No more excuses!! Money face hotel!! No more next time to stay this hotel!

Disappointed”

This was a forth time to stay at this hotel. We booked Family room direct with them when we enter to the room , all bathroom and room amenities were set up only 2 sets but we paid for 3 persons when asked the front desk staff , the one stand by on date 8 May for afternoon shift who escorted us to the room , to set up all for 3 , she asked us back what items did we need. I told her that we paid for 3 persons , then all items must set up for 3 why 2. She told that actually hotel standard set for 2 if guest need they will put more for example coffee cup s, drinking glasses set for 2 , could you imagine how 3 guests drink a coffee in 2 of it. Her face showed up unpleasant and so rude. Her body language was worse. I learned them about the standards of the resort for room set up and how communicate with guest according I am hotelier and be in the business more than 20 years. Also Bell boy in the check out day did not take care well for luggage , he run back to home and reception lady try to responsible instead of him. For sure I will not go back to stay anymore, it is not the hotel , the reason caused of staff. Why i keep going back to forth time because staff also . From now no more . Remarks : every time after check out always pay tip to staff but this time NONE

Nice and clean with great service ”

Nice and clean room but the shower was of lower standard than the rest of the hotel. The staff did not speak English but tried to help us as much as they could. Service was great with a small drink every time we were waiting in the lobby. They arranged us a transport to thale noi park early in the morning.

Phatthalung is a small town n I m very surprised with presence n quality of Centris. Everything is top notch, nice n new. Clean n spacious. We are travelling in group of 18 pax including 82yo old folks n teenager ranging 12yo to 16yo. All of us are impressed with the stay. Good job n keep it up! If we happen to come here again, Centris will be our first choice again

Best value hotel in south Thailand.”

Do not hesitate to stay in this hotel while in Phatthalung as this is definitely the best hotel in town and among the best in Thailand within its class. Firstly, its cleanliness in the room we stayed in was excellent. Freshly and fragrantly scented that seems to last, comfortable beds and everything in the room made me and my partner want to stay in all day and night although our stay was only for a day without enough time to tour the town. Secondly, the location was great too as it is near to the railway station and market and walking distances to most things that a traveller might need or require so it is very convenient. Last but not least, the staffs were helpful and polite. Oh, they have bicycles you can use for free upon availability. Nearly forgot to mention their very reasonable room rates. Thank you, Centris.

It serves for an overnight stay before driving up north to Phuket. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We visited the Thala Noi in the morning which is a gem.

Unexpected great service by staff. The staff provide well come drinks straight at the Car Park. The full fill our request to reserve a parking for our 6 big bike. Room excellent! Great service and great hotel! Will come here again.
