1. Ac fungerade ej 2. Luktade avlopp i rummen 3.
Not very satisfied ”
I was stay for 2 nights (mid-April period )and found a lot of problems Location: no blowing wind, beach is not satisfied when compared to other beach in same island, and very far from elsewhere landmarks (nice beach, restaurant, minimart, etc.) Staff : lack of staffs Facilities: villas are too old (pool side), air conditioner is not working properly (power supply problem, they said) Conclusion: Not recommended
Beach , bar, pier , pool , restaurant , room.”
At what seemed like the end of the island, nestling between the jungle and the sea The Cinnamon Art Resort and Spa is surrounded by a canopy of flora and fauna. The bungalows and rooms are conneced by woooden walkways to the bar, restaurant, pier, pool and the barn sized reception. Poy and his team will look after you. They can rent you a bike, organise a massage/boat trip/get you to the ferry for your onward trip. I am sure if its on the island they can sort it. The pier extends for what seems like a mile into crystal clear waters and you can scuba dive amongst the fish. The infinity pool is surrounded by coconut trees and colourful manicured shrubs and bushes .If you sit here long enough you'll take root. I can't wait to go back!
On the sea view , no beach but clean sea water ”
On the sea view , no beach but clean sea water . Big rooms !
Nice view and great location for take a photo ”
A staff was very friendly. This hotel is locate near the beach and the bright is very unique. An amenities in the hotel is value for the hotel rate but a bed is to hard for me.I stayed in a garden view the trouble is a door ( Wood door) is very old sometime I can’t open a door.Oveall this is a good hotel and a best choice to choose. A swimming pool is very good clean and huge.
Magical Vacation ”
I loved everything.. there is nothing to complain about.. Staffs were great and really friendly.. rooms were clean.. facilities were great.. food was delicious.. amazing location and very pretty hotel interior decorations.. :) Thank you for this great Vacation.. until very soon!
Very nice place, beautiful and relaxing scenery. Staff was extremely nice and always ready to help. Food was great especially the seafood and spiciness was just right for tourists. We stayed at the Me Rooms this time, though next time would definitely like to stay in some of the Huts.
Amazing place to stay, perfect views”
This place is amazing, we had the whole place to ourselfs, incredible views, huge room and massive pool, the biggest on the island, would stay here again, you will need a motor bike to see the amazing island, but they do run taxi's into town. The room are so big i could easily live there and the view from the front door is amazing looking out to sea and the huge pier. 10 out of 10 for us staying here, very helpful staff as well always with a smile.
Very natural surroundings. ”
We stayed in the beach villa which is a Bali style stand alone room. Large unit with 3 separate sections. Very hand made feel about the villa. Can see through the flooring at the ground. Lighting is not that great but location and the beautiful surroundings makes up for all of that. 1 note the shower is a bit tricky to operate. They have external water heaters that sit i the shower. This one was LPG and the water was either hot or cold. No in between. Little frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again .
Friendly staff, nice location”
First we had basic room, that was build in an old convention hall. That room was clean and nice but noise from other rooms wasnt that nice. Changed our room to garden villa and that was huge to two people. Shower water was heated with gas, so a bit exiting to take a shower. Villa had seen it best days years ago, maybe a bit overpriced, actually whole hotel needs a facelift. Hotel have own beach, bar and restaurant. They rent scooters and kayaks and also fishing gear.
WORST PLACE I`VE STAYED IN THAILAND”
DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived at the pier and while everyone else was collected and taken to their resort, no one from Cinnamon was there to greet us. Instead we had to call the resort ourselves and tell them they had guests arriving. After 1hr someone eventually arrived in a rusted old pickup truck. When we got to the resort there were no apologies. In fact when we checked in, they said nothing. Just gave us the key and that was it. No mention of what time breakfast starts, what the Wi-Fi password is etc. The room itself was appalling. Parts of the ceiling were coming away. There was exposed wiring sockets. The doors didn't close properly. The bathroom was smelly and dirty. Worst of all, the room was like a furnace. One small aircon unit cannot keep that area cool. So the room is not usable during the day. Instead we went to look at the pool. The water was not clear and clean but cloudy. So the pool was a no go area as also. As it was high season there was no were else to go but had there been I would have left and gone somewhere else. We asked about a snorkelling trip. They said THB 1000 per person. The next day they said was THB 450 per person. So they can't even get their prices right. They do have kayaks at the resort which they say are for guests only, but .... you have to pay if you want to use them..... Terrible place.
Amazing spot but overall poor staff and service”
The area is amazing: great spot by the sea, a long pier reaching out to the sea so long you can snorkel without even having to take a boat! The beach bar on the pier is great and the barman really nice, but he is most likely (with one or two other people there) the only friendly staff in the entire facility. Indeed, I've rarely ever faced such a cold welcome: we felt like we were intruding since the moment we stepped in, the employee who welcomed us seemed physically incapable of the tinest smile and it was pretty clear running the hotel was the last thing he wanted to be doing. Overall it was a pleasant stay but definitely not worth the price: no wifi in the room, the AC broke down 2 nights in a row... which are elements I really don't mind putting up with but not when you pay one hundred dollars a night. Would be an amazing hotel if it changed its management
Could be better”
there were no other hotels available due to the new year holiday season. private beacth is completely unusable. high tides and the water is brown with floating litter although they try to clean it as much as possible. local people told us that this resort cut down the mongrove trees to make their own beach, which explains the brown water and made us feel uncomfortable staying there. the resort is isolated and far from other resorts. but you can rent a scooter and strongly recommend to do so (or call a taxi - 50baht per ride) as there are better beaches elsewhere, in case you happen to stay here. breakfast was very limited but food for lunch & dinner were good though we had to wait a while to get one dish out.. need to know how to turn on the hot water for shower. very hard beds... resort atmosphere is nice but walkways needs to be repaired as we felt a little dangerous walking on rotten woods. hotel trash was dumped and left in the backyard. not sure when and how they are collected or cleaned up. one day, our room was not cleaned and had to come back later several times. shockingly, cleaning staff were sweeping all dust and trash outside on to the garden ground.. although we see their effort, this resort needs to work on some of the basics..
DO NOT STAY HERE!!”
I had to laugh when reading other reviews for this place, it was all too familiar (horrifically familiar) lets begin with when we first arrived at the Island while the rest of other tourists had been picked up by their respective hotels staffs we on the other hand had to stand there by the pier under what ever trees we could find for almost an hr to be picked up, even though we called ahead of what time we are arriving. Then they showed up with what looked like a war torn pick up truck (I swear BKK's Tuk Tuk were much more comfortable) When arrived at the hotel, no apologize..nothing! no welcome staffs not even a glass of water, they just gave you the key and show you the rooms. The 2 rooms we booked I could have sworn hadn't been used for months. Our rooms had no hot water, when fixed we then couldn't control the water's temp, all the towels had damp smell, they were so bad we had to use our own shirts to dry up, food were mediocre, we left after 1 nite of 2 nites booking :(
Large room with good facilities and nice view

Peace and relax in Paradise”
Great stay in extraordinary resort. Great for relax, meditation, romance.
Lovely report, Romantic Place”
We went there as a group of about 10 people. The room is very big, clean, and fully equipped. We were impressed with the service, the location, and the cleanliness and well arrangement of the resort.
