Slightly hard to get to and from - had to dodge several stray dogs and monkeys on my way. It would be perfect if there was a motorbike/bicycle rental service nearby. Apart from that, a very pleasant stay with very helpful staff.

- There is no elevator, be prepared to carry heavy bags - There is no 7-11, shopping center, cheap dinner solution (except thai food sellers) nearby. And there is no Bus or van to center. Boring if u do not have car or motorbike - They charged me 100 baht for only 10 minute late check out. - balcony door could not be locked + hotel is clean and new

Location is good. Not far from Pranakorn Kiri. So quite. Clean but there are not much services. Not actually hotel service but apartment. Price was okay.

Not a nice surprise”
I booked it because the reviews said it was new and clean, and the photos looked satisfactory including covered car parking. The place is in a run down cramped area and difficult to drive into. There is no obvious entrance, but it is all very uninviting. We are experienced in travelling Thailand and know that if a facility is not new and/or five star, then it has a good chance to be very run down. This place is dirty and cramped to the point of feeling claustrophobic. Low ceilings, unclean and stark. I did go to the room to look at it and felt the same about it as I did the building. We did not stay. If you do not have any standards or backpack a lot, I think it would be ok. We are retired with American standards. I am sad to write this review. I do not derive pleasure in complaining. The staff were fine and did not argue or fuss with me about it. They were just surprised. I did not ask for a refund. We find many good deals and jewels. Sad to say this isn't one of them.

This is a very nice hotel, but it comes with two problems. First, it is on a street with no name. It's new, and no taxi drivers had any idea of where it is. Even after they called for directions, they had a hard time because it is tucked away in a small cul-d-sac away from the main road. Second, despite the hotel's advertising for international travelers on Agoda, none of the desk personnel spoke a word of English or anything else.They could not answer a single question I had re directions, restaurants, transportation etc. This is a new hotel, but it has an unfinished look. My room was very spacious and attractive, lots of closet space, but no bedside table or lamp. Nothing on the walls... it was quite bare. But what they have is nice, the location, once you get acclimated, is really good, and the staff are very pleasant. My guess is that in a couple of years this will be a fine hotel.

A secret hotel in a secret location”
This hotel is a bit hard to get to, It doesn't have a specific address. I suggest future travellers to call up the place first to get some directions. This is one of the better low budget hotels I have stayed in. This place is also very very new so expect the same friendly service as per other hotels. There are no elevators in this hotel as its all in an apartment building but friendly staff can help you carry your stuff.

Modernes und sauberes Hotel; große Zimmer mit Aircon und kleinem Balkon; Lage etwas abseits der Altstadt an einer Ausfallstraße , etwas schwer zu finden, da in den Karten falsch eingezeichnet und nicht gut beschildert ( nicht auf Englisch)- befindet sich vom Bahnhof/ Altstadt kommend einen Block weiter stadtauswärts ; Personal spricht kaum Englisch, ist aber sehr bemüht.

Beim Fernsehen war nicht möglich, weil ein Kabel fehlte, Hotel finden wahr echt anstrengend 3 mal im Kreis gelaufen, Schliderung wahr nur in Thaischrift, Maps konnte die Position nicht genau bestimmen, sehr anstrenngend. Bett sehr Hart! Miet möglichkeiten nicht vorhanden am Hotel. Englisch Mangelware. Ansonsten Befriedigend.
