Staying 3 nights at this hostel. Here are my comments: Location:: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There is bus station located at door step without the need to walk and sweat which is very convenient. Facilities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Once arrives the hostel, climb some stairs and then take lift to level 3, reception desk. There is water dispenser, proper table and chairs with ambient environment which is quite chill and comfortable. Toilets : There are about 6 toilets in level 3. All the toilets come with dry and wet area and are covered by with full concrete wall. The toilets are quite spacious and the water is power enough. Besides, hair and body shampoo are provided with good quality. Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room, toilets and public area are well-maintained and clean enough. Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked a Queen Pod Suite just for myself. Size of room is pretty small and packed. it is just good enough for one person. The rooms are all stacked with each other. One room occupies lower bunk bed, while next door will occupies upper bunk bed, so when you are on bed, you can hear the motion and sound from next door. So the soundproof is pretty optimal. Aircond: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The aircond is centralised with moderate temperature. Just that due to the size and layout of the room, and also without window, will make you feel constrained.

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel on my own and I loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provide unlimited free water and have coffee machines with a good selection of drinks. The capsule bed was clean and felt spacious enough for one person. There’s a large storage space under the bed for your luggage and bags, which you can access with the card they give you so your belongings are secure. The whole room was clean and quiet, and there’s a fitting room in the shared room where you can change comfortably. The bathrooms were clean. There are several toilets and showers, with amenities provided, plus hair dryers, straighteners, ironing facilities and a paid washing machine. The location is excellent. There’s a bus stop right in front, can also rent bicycles, and a short walk takes you to Bugis MRT, shops and cafes. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back here whenever I visit Singapore :)

The hotel is very affordable and in a super strategic location, close to Haji Lane and surrounded by many halal food options around Arab Street near Sultan Mosque. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I personally prefer taking the bus rather than the MRT since there’s less walking involved. The lobby is located on the 3rd floor, and I chose the Suite Pod room on the 5th floor (don’t worry, there’s a lift). The room was clean, but I got the upper bunk, so I had to climb up. It’s compact, but still comfortable enough for two people. The bed was soft, cool, and very comfortable. There’s also a huge storage space under the bed, perfect for storing large suitcases. The bathroom was surprisingly very clean, better than I expected. The shower room and toilet are separated, which is a plus. On the 3rd floor, besides the lobby, there’s also a dining area with free mineral water refills, so you don’t need to buy bottled water. They also allow you to store your luggage anytime, which is very convenient.

Accommodation in Singapore is expensive, The Pods was budget friendly but don't expect too much either. Toilets are clean depends on which one you use, they have cleaners cleaning it in the morning but still it was a bit disgusting with tissues on the floor after a long day. Hairdryer is provided in the common area. Towels, toothpaste, Toothbrush, indoor slippers and earplugs were provided during check-in. The stairs to my cubicle is quite difficult to climb. It's a bit stuffy with the shelter pulled down but leave it open and after a while the temperature will start to cool down. Pillows, blankets and bed are clean and comfortable. There's only 1 power plug, would be inconvenient if you have multiple things to charge. Expect that it will be a bit noisy with ppl taking and arranging their luggage, but we're lucky that most of the time everyone keep their voice down and no loud video or music playing. Lights off at 11pm. For common area, there's free coffee and teh tarik. Free water refill (hot and cold). Microwave, fridge and cups provided. A few tables and sitting areas. After checkout, we can store our luggage in the hostel until 8pm, super convenient. For transport and location, there's a bus stop right in front of The Pods, life saver because it's easy to travel around Singapore and buses are always on time, imo its even more convenient than mrt, they cut down so much walking time. There's a few convenient store downstairs and bicycle ready for rent. It was slightly away from crowded areas so not too much noise.
The Highlights Prime Location: As a solo traveler, the location is 10/10. It is right in the heart of Kampong Glam/Arab Street, within walking distance of many tourist spots. It is also very convenient for public transport, with both Bus and MRT stations nearby. Initial Cleanliness: On the surface, the facilities appear clean and the pod concept is interesting. Areas for Improvement Value & Configuration: For the price, I felt the room configuration could be better. If you are looking for a more "decent" single suite experience, there may be better value-for-money options elsewhere. Housekeeping & Maintenance: While the staff is friendly, I noticed some maintenance lapses. I witnessed guest vomit that wasn't addressed quickly and dirty towels left in common areas. Even if these are caused by other guests, the staff should be more proactive in monitoring these spaces for the next person. The Pod Experience: I wasn’t a fan of the "lights out" policy inside the pods from 9:00 PM onwards. It felt a bit restrictive for those who might still be winding down. Noise Levels: The sound insulation is quite poor. You can hear every door opening and closing; one guest in particular seemed to be slamming their door, which echoed throughout the area and made it difficult to rest. Final Verdict: Stay here for the incredible location and convenience, but be prepared for some typical hostel noise and hit-or-miss maintenance in the shared spaces.
Was staying 4 night with Single pod. The room assign was required climbing to the bed, just the stair quite straight and climb up a little bit hard. Overall the room is clean and come with private spacing, it come with fan, and the aircon is centralized flow from outside. Also having big spacing to keep luggage. Light off every night 11pm. The location closed to MRT, just few walking and it is convinced for the exhibition in Suntec. Near to the Pod are having several convenient shop. Also noticed one bath room toilet was malfunction and someone just leave there without flushing, but the next day seem like solved. Hair dryer in level 5 only one is working. The Staff is friendly, every time leave the card key in the room, they will help to open the door from time to time Xd The lobby having water dispenser, and free coffee, the environment is chill.
I had such a wonderful stay at this pod! From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The pod itself was clean, cozy, and surprisingly comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day. The space was well-maintained, organized, and thoughtfully designed. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I stayed in a capsule pod house that was very clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, and all facilities including the AC, washroom, and bed were cozy and spotless. While the price is a bit on the higher side and there are no food options inside, the overall comfort and cleanliness make it worthwhile. One drawback was that conversation and movement inside the room are strictly prohibited to maintain quietness, but despite this, two guests entered late and made noise while arranging their shopping and talking. I reported the issue to the authority, and they assured me it would be addressed if it happened again. Overall, I found the stay pleasant and would strongly recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort, and great location.
The front desk check in process was fast and seamless. The pod/bedding was clean and well maintained. There were sufficient number of toilets on my floor, never needed to queue for it. The pantry is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water dispenser that’s free to use. There’s also a self service laundromat (chargeable). All in all, a very comfortable stay. Location is excellent, within walking distance to Arab street and Bugis. Will recommend. Really value for money.

Pros: Linens/bathroom were clean, no creepy crawlies, each pod came with a light/outlet/table/hanger/towel rod/privacy screen, wi-fi was strong, staff was super friendly/helpful, pods & meeting room to work, free coffee/tea. Slippers provided since no shoes allowed in the rooms. Safe & secure, didn't have any concerns/issues with my stuff. Quiet hours so most people respected that and weren't too loud. Large locker under the bed made it easy to store all my stuff & no lock required. Provide basic toiletries in the bathrooms. Neighborhood is pretty quiet at night (can hear the mosque from the bathroom, but it didn't bother me) and only a 10 minute walk from the train/rail line. Only 1-2 blocks from Haji Lane & Arab Street, but also 5-10 minutes away from local eats if you prefer to get off the tourist-y path. Cons: It's still a dorm room so it can be loud like a hostel-environment. The tile in the showers are super slippery so I wore my shower shoes in there. While it is a bit nicer than a hostel & they offer a few more amenities (advertising itself as a capsule hotel), I still think the prices are a little high for similar options in the area.

I stayed here for Taylor Swift concert about 4 days 3 night in the single pod (mean I have my own room). It's nice when u have many stuff and want some privacy in the budget but you still can't get the sound proof since the top of your door is air flow for air-conditioning outside to get in. So u can hear another room and another room can hear you as well. And it depends on how lucky you are. I got the 2nd night that completely quite except the door sound open and close. The 1st and 3rd night people don't care just continue on phone call or watch vdo so loud. The shared bathroom actually it just allocated outside and again some guests not have mindset to make sure it always clean but you can should the room that clean and dry. The stuff is super polite, helpful, and friendly. If you stay there for concert, it's only 1 bus stop to reach to stadium . 18 minutes walking and bus that is completely ok for me. Also, nearby they have many restaurants and bars so you can easily explore there.

Probably one of my best stays in Singapore to date (even better than hotels). The suite that I had was clean and private. Even though they were shared toilets/ bathroom outside the rooms, it was clean and always available. It is a hostel but doesn't look crowded despite the full bookings. There's a coffee machine, vending machine, water dispensers and ample seating out in the lobby/ reception area. And the staff was exceptional. Would def book this place again.

The Pod is located close to the awesome Haji Lane full of restaurants, bars and shops with an amazing vibe. It's a great option if you're looking to travel on a budget. During my stay I saw solo travelers, couples and even families despite it being a capsule hotel. I stayed in a side-entry, female only room and even though I had a longer-than-usual stay, my experience was overall good and very comfortable. Amenities are easy to use, bathrooms are clean and maintained regularly. I saw in other reviews that some people complained about the noise from the busy street below but I never heard anything out of the ordinary. Other reviews might mention the temperature of the rooms, which is indeed VERY cold but I personally don't mind it, as it is my preference. To be honest, with 10-12 people in one room I feel like if they set it any lower the room would get too hot so I have no complaints. The beds are very comfortable, the pod itself is cozy and a very decent size and the lockers under the bed are actually pretty big so you should have no issue storing all your luggage. The hotel provides hot and cold water to fill in your bottle, a coffee machine and also a vending machine with soft drinks in the lobby. I also used the self-laundry service. I paid $10 dollars which gives you access to the washer and dryer for 3 hours. It is true that the nearest subway station isn't THAT close but it's still a very walkable distance. However, the bus station is right outside the entrance with several routes that will take you to the most popular spots. There is a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel (U-Mart) and also a 24-hour massage parlor and spa, which is something I appreciated a lot after long days of walking. Overall, I really recommend The Pod and would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Overall, The Pod Capsule Hotel is a great place to stay. Amenities-wise, solid — they provide towels, shampoo, soap, and there’s even a laundry area, so you don’t really need to pack a lot of clothes. Super convenient. Location is decent — it’s walkable to Bugis (Blue Line) and also near the Circle Line, so if you’re okay with walking a bit, you’re good. It kinda feels like you’re actually living in Singapore while staying here. Clean, simple, and efficient. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers or anyone who just wants a no-fuss, well-located place to crash.
We spend a couple of nights in the queen pod, which gives you the privacy of your own little room. However, there’s an air gap above the door, so there is no sound insulation at all and you can hear people from the other queen pods just next door. Also doors being opened and closed by others can be quite annoying. There is no control of the air con either. The bathrooms were great and clean and the common area is pretty cosy. Considering the prince of hotel double rooms in Singapore, it can be a good budget option.
Went to SG for the first time for a Kcon and stayed here for 3 nights. The location is ideal, there's a bus stop the moment you step out the door, a convenience store beside it, walk a few steps and turn around the corner to Bussorah street that leads you to the Sultan Mosque. I got the side entry capsule in the female floor, the capsule itself is spacious and comfortable. The pillows and duvet are comfy and smell clean. They provide slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, and plenty of shampoo and bodywash just like normal hotels. Washroom is always clean and never crowded. They even have a hair straightener for free use along with the hair dryer. Coffee, tea, and water are also free flowing in the lobby, they also have cubicles if you need to work. Overall, I would say I'd come back again. Thank you especially to Maigo, a fellow Filipino who showed me to my floor (if I got the name correctly.) 😊

It's my first time trying a capsule hotel. The place is quite sketchy when you arrive because it's a closed building. You only see the sign and you climb up via elevator. But when you get inside, it's quite modern and clean. The staffs are nice and welcoming. The bed is clean and comfortable. The overall ambiance and scent is conducible for sleep. The bathroom is shared but plenty of rooms. It's also super clean and I never felt uncomfortable with its cleanliness. Each toilet and shower are enclosed in one room. They have bidets, body soap, and shampoo. They have hairdryer and iron. They provide free water (hot/cold) and hot coffee (via Nescafe machine). I tried the hot americano and it tastes great. Huge money saver if you dont want to spend much money on coffee (SG is a very expensive place haha). Overall, I would recommend this for solo travelers. It's cheap but very nice. Though, the overall experience might have some element of luck since my roommates follow all the rules so I had a really great sleep experience.

Overall, had a good stay! It’s my first time in a capsule hotel so I definitely had some adjustments to make but these are my main observations and tips: 1. Try to get a lower bunk always, it will make your life easier. 2. The solo suite is good if you want privacy but you don’t need a full blown pricey hotel room. 3. The bathrooms do the job! Clean enough, hot water and you get towels. Availability wasn’t a problem, only had to wait once in my 6D5N stay and it was 10mins only (tip: use before or after peak hours which is 8:30-9:30AM and 9:00-11:00PM) 4. On bathroom cleanliness, you can bring water friendly slippers if you want to avoid stepping barefoot on the tiles 5. Keeping your room quiet is a team effort - don’t be afraid to call noisy roommates out, especially those that set alarms early and don’t turn them off. 6. The doors to the rooms and pods are the noisiest part - but people tend to stop coming and going by 1:00AM 7. Bring your own water bottle so you can bring water into your Pod/room (no other food and drinks allowed though!) 8. WiFi does the job too

Good value by Singapore standard. I stay here whenever I’m in Singapore. They recently upgraded the women’s shower area to include a tap which I feel is a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the place is clean and cosy compared to a neighbouring capsule hotel that didn’t provide a locker for your luggage and their toilet & shower area were separated. The staff are cordial. Plenty of good food around Kampong Glam & Beach Road. A comfortable stay.

Capsule was clean and comfy, stayed here so many times already. But during this stay, the washroom was super dirty during peak hour 9-10.30am but not staff fault i guess bcs it’s not their cleaning time yet and the travellers are all rushing to go out/checkout.

Pro - strategic location. Very accessible to either Bugis mrt Station or Nicoll Highway Station. Nearby lots of restaurant too - very friendly and helpful staff - provided slippers, earplug and toothbrush - smooth checked in. And there is actually locker at the very bottom of your bunk bed, which could lock with an access card - quite spacious Another thing is even after u have checked out you could leave ur luggage with hotel and collect after in case flight happen to be at evening. The not so good part might be due to I'm staying near the door front. Temperature tend to be at slightly warm with people going in and out. And it's a mixed bathroom so u have to lineup for shower during peak hour (likely 9 or 10pm) as there is only 6 in there, with extra 2 only for toilet.

This is my first time to stay in a capsule hotel. At firsf, I am afraid that it will be an inconvenience to be sharing bathroom/toilet with other guests. Turned out it is well maintained. I would definitely stay again in this hotel. It is super convenient as the bus stop is right on front of the hotel and MRT station is about 5 mins away by foot. There is a hawker center and mall nearby. Lots of food options around the area, too. I will definitely come back.

We were three female travelers and enjoyed our time there. It felt safe. The pods were very comfy, and we liked hanging out in the common area (they provide free coffee, tea, water dispenser, a fridge to leave your takeout food). The area is nice, loads of bars and restaurants. A bit of a walk to the metro station, but we mainly used Grab so it was fine. The only minus was that the bathroom was not kept the cleanest and the cheap paper slippers they give you break after a couple of wears.
Great experience, clean environment, centre location, and wallet friendly. They provide free slipper, toothbrush set and ear plug. There's also dining area with fridge, microwave , coffee machine and drinking water fountain. They have free towel but recommend to bring your own. The only thing to improve would be installing a fan at bathroom area. There's no utensile there so bring your own or buy from them.

Every time I go to Singapore, I book this accomodation most of the times but actually this is my 2nd time staying here. This accomodation is near everywhere. Near the station and the famous Bugis! Just beside the Haji Lane. Bed is comfortable and room bit tight but it's a dorm style so it's a given. Anyways, I'll stay again here next time 😊
Goin to Singapore for vacay and also business trip it doesnt make me realize this hostel gonna be the best hostel I've tried so far. Booking the single pod at male dormitory didnt expect that room very spacious and very clean. The bedroom was spacious for me even I got a big body then especially the bathroom totally clean and one of the best bathroom among another hostel in Singapore. Got bidets, wash basin, rain shower, also shampoo and shower gel got inside. Every time we gonna use the bathroom Im totally surprise that very clean and dry . The aircon also everywhere, very cold at night . Have alsoe shoe locker before we enter bedroom . Got also earplugs, slippers and also toothpaste . Another plus point they got free flow tap water and also coffee in the common room . Got vending machine also with very affordable price. In front of hostel also got bus stop that makes you very easy to go everywhere . Staff was very nice also especially the one guy with korean wavy hairstyle totally help me during our stay. They got also self check in and even didnt know how to use it they will helped you. So far really satisfied stay here and will come bqck for sure . Thankyou The Pod

I had a good experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient and the staff were always ready to assist. The location was right in Bugis with plenty of food options and shops all around. It was also just a short walk to Masjid Sultan. The pods were clean and cozy. The blind provided decent privacy although with the light on it could be slightly see-through. Good stay regardless!

As a female solo traveler, this is perfect. The location is what captured me. Haji lane and arab street is 2-3 mins walk away and there’s a bus stop right in front of the door step. There’s also a hair blower and hair straightener so you din’t have to bring one. I just hope that the cleaner for the female dormitory is also a female.

I first stayed at The Pod in 2013, and over the years the different owners have kept the hostel in decent shape, and the rooms and capsules remain in good condition. They used to offer a free canapes-type breakfast in the morning for guests, and the big screen tv's would be on. In 2025 the TV is gone, and they no longer offer snacks or breakfast - but there is a coffee machine and a water fountain for guests. The shower+toilet stalls are maintained well, although the step-to-open trash bins inside the stalls remain non-responsive (ie. the lids to the bins don't open when you step on the lever). In previous stays, washing machine and dryer access were free for one 3-hrs usage if your stay is for multiple days. Now the washing machine and dryer are no longer free, and you simply purchase a S$9.00 token from the front desk to use. Overall the management has managed the hostel and its upkeep decently. While the person night rate at THE POD on Beach Road remain one of the highest amongst similar hostels in Singapore, the quality of the stay is likely also most consistent. During this stay, some guests had their opened luggage spread across the changing area over a number of days. They also left their blinds open and you can see what kind of slob these eurotrash and south asian guests are - total disregard for other guests. Management staff do check the rooms several times a day, but they didn't seem to be bothered by the mess these guests laid across the public areas of the room.
Highly recommended for location, cleanliness and great facilities. Everything has been carefully thought out and well planned. Lift, AC, great WiFi, study rooms, private rooms, free coffee, clean drinking water, clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed, towel, PowerPoint in pod luggage holding till check-in and many more benefits. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else in Singapore next time. I only advise the staff to find a solution for the opening and closing of doors to the dorm room when others are sleeping, tends to be a little loud and repetitive.

I traveeled singapore for the first time & this is the first time i booked a pod hotel. The hotel is located at a excellent area and is near the bugis junction. The staff in the pod is very helpful & polite. It was a great experience to stay at the pod.Night life is good at this area as it is very near to the sultan mosque area. Bus station is just opposite side of the road to the marina bay area .Also to travel you can use the MRT from the bugis or nicoll highway for going to the other parts of singapore. You can easily travel from changi airport to bugis via the MRT. Dont forget to take the EZ link card, as you can travel by bus/MRT through the city using this card. In singapore travelling is cheap as public transport is super awesome with great connectivity. Dont forget to go to the kallang river side park & hawker centre which is near by from this hotel. There is also a good convenience store just beside this hotel. Only thing is that a paid breakfast option could have been better in this hotel. Thank you pod for the amazing experience.

Bed is soft and I didn’t smell anything bad with the pillows, which I'm glad since I forgot to bring my own pillowcase. The noise only depends on your roommates, I only hear minimal noises. I also wore earplugs. It takes a bit of strength going up the upper bed, but you get used to it. Locker under the bed is big enough even for large luggage. The pod has a foldable mini deck where I enjoyed doing my makeup. Don’t forget to bring extension plugs since it only has one socket per pod. Their shower rooms are okay too, we got 3 shower rooms+toilet, and 2 toilets-only on our floor. Very useful hairdryer and straighteners. I also used their clothes iron on my first night, love it. I liked having coffee at the 3rd floor lobby, and refill water too. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit SG again.

Their shower rooms are okay too, we got 3 shower rooms+toilet, and 2 toilets-only on our floor. Very useful hairdryer and straighteners. I also used their clothes iron on my first night, love it. I liked having coffee at the 3rd floor lobby, and refill water too. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit SG again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the pod @beach road.., and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. I highly recommend it. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, the pod is within walking distance to restaurants, and public transport. I didn’t have to travel far for anything, which made my stay even more convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout my entire stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Capsule hotels can sometimes feel a bit too basic or impersonal, but the pod truly stood out. It’s a great combination of modern comfort, efficiency, and affordability. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Singapore!

The pod was comfortable and well-designed, and I loved the powder room + toilet+shower rooms. Having unlimited coffee and water available was a real lifesaver during my conference schedule. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure travelers looking for quality accommodation without breaking the bank!

It was a pleasant stay at The Pod Beach Road. Room very neat and clean. Sufficient and clean bathroom and it has bidet which a very plus point for me. Great location, especially if you wanted to explore Haji Lane and not to forget that halal food can be found nearby. All in all, it was a great experience for me to stay at The Pod.

For the price and location, you can’t really complain much. Place is generally clean. Rooms and beds are good, for 1-2 night’s stay. Only complaint that I had was the difficulty I had in climbing up the top bunker. If your bed is at the top, you may wanna be extra careful. It’s hard to grip anywhere to ascend/descend which means it can be dangerous if you slip or fall, which I almost did on my first try. I’m surprised nobody has injured themselves yet. Otherwise the location and ease of public transportation plus the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, everything’s alright. The toilets could do with a little bit more cleanliness but it’s not such a big deal for me like some are making. I don’t think I could stay more than a couple days due to the claustrophobia and the inconsiderate selfish idiots who would wake up at 5am and make the loudest noise in the world without a care about anyone but themselves. But other than all that all good. :)

Broke the Pod/Capsule virginity on this lil holiday to SG. Really great staff, helpful, smiling & friendly. Facilities are really good with private spaces for calls or a meeting. Shower/toilet all in one small room and pretty much always clean. I stayed for 9 days in a queen suite. my only issue was that the doors are heavy & are twin latched = bit loud when shutting. & there were a few nights when it seemed people were just flowing through from 10-2am. Shared this with the staff & he mentioned that soft close mechanisms are on the cards. it wasnt ridiculous, i generally sleep well, just caught me on those 2 nights. The area i awesome with touristy arab st close (not my thing) & albert centre hawker close by also. 1 train - east west line - from the airport and a short walk & you are there, so great transport location, though SG just does transport exceptionally well. I will revisit the pod for shorter stays in the future for sure thanks team

Located near the Bugis station makes it easy to access. Lots of stuff at walking distance. Rooms were clean, people were respectful of the noise, beds are comfy. Great experience, would recommend

Towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, shampoo and shower gel are provided. Toilets are separate lockable stalls, although the plant was a tad creepy (biophobia acting up) I could ignore it for the first two days before it started to bother me on the third day (when i wasn't as tired and more aware of my surroundings). My friends hit their head in their pod lol but everything was good, the blinds that cover the pods are see through if you don't turn off your personal light, so be careful about changing. We were allowed to check in and out early via the machines, and we kept fruits for breakfast in the shared fridge (had to walk to the bathroom to wash them). Spent a night in the meeting room reading out a script one of us had written for a university production. Free coffee and others in the morning (I'm not sure what, I don't eat in the morning). Duvet and bed was really comfortable, aircond wasn't that cold under the layers so it was fine (I wore shorts and a DisneyWorld tshirt as pajamas, so it was decently thick cotton). We were probably a bit noisy to the other travelers but we did take turns scolding each other when we realized. All in all it was a good trip and comfortable stay! Arab street down the road has really good midnight food. Bus stand in front of the hostel.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were execptionally friendly and helpful thoughout the stay. Despite its affordable price, The Pod really surprises me with the excellent services, and the pleasant environment and facilities! I am staying on Female-Only floor, especially love the spacious toilets and it’s spotless after cleaning. Even during peak hour like morning and night, it’s hygiene is still very acceptable. The security seems good too as access card is needed for most doors. They are so sweet that they even gave a complimentary little gift for my birthday!🫶🏼 Downside, you might get awakened by the noises of packing, etc. (no talking sound though) from your roommates, but that’s unavoidable, and also depends on who you share the room with.
