Great location for gigs in Shibuya - you can walk to most of the well known venues in less than 15 mins. Nice hotel with spacious rooms. For long stay they only change the bedding and towels once a week, but that's more than I do at home so who cares. Keeps the cost down. It is in a nice area. You can tell a lot of commuters live here as great herds of them appear at 7.30am all hurrying in the same direction.

Great location and value for money ”
Great location 2 mins from the Shinsen subway and a short walk to Shibuya Station, with heaps of train lines. The room was very spacious for Tokyo, and I loved having a fridge, microwave, and washer. The rooms are a little dated, but everything was immaculate. Staff were friendly. The immediate area has some delicious restaurants, wine bars, and more. I would 100 percent stay here again.

Worth the money”
Basically great amenities! The room is spacious enough for four of us! There is a 24hr supermarket right opposite of the hotel. Will definitely come back again!

Clean Spacious rooms and good location”
Compared to other hotels in Tokyo, we had a spacious room good enough to move around comfortably. Bathrooms were kept clean daily with conplete amenities. Location was perfect; walking distance to Mark City (dropoff point for airport bus), to Shibuya Crossing and other shops and restos like Uniqlo and Denny’s. Big plus is the 24hr grocery right across the hotel. Thanks to Mr Ogawa for assisting us in getting private taxis to the airport. But all the hotel staff were very polite and accommodating.

Always good experience coming back, been staying in this apartment since our second trip to japan with the same unit which feel like home, we Love the location and the supermarket nearby, convenient in getting drinks and fruits on way back after shopping and dining.

Hotel is 15 mins walk with up/down slope to Shibuya station. (Which can get tiring for family with elderly) Room is huge but balcony is very dirty. Room is comfortable and water flow is good and strong. Does not like the fact that house keeping is only once a week. Hotel is not flexible with early check in or late check out. They charge per person, per hour. There’s supermarket, family mart within walking distance. Hotel staffs are really kind and friendly.

Tokyu Stay Shibuya is one of those hotels I want to go back in Tokyo”
- The cost is reasonable with the space we've gotten. It's not the typical cramped hotel in tokyo. - It's a few minutes' walk to shibuya crossing where all the shopping and resto can be found but it is located on a secluded area with a grocery store across the hotel. Very convenient!

At first I didn’t like the location because it’s 10-15mins walk from Shibuya station. But because of that, there’re lot of little local gems around the hotel, a nice supermarket literally in front of the gate, and I loved it. Highly recommend and I will return.

Quiet Hotel”
This hotel is close to hustle and bustle of Shibuya Crossing. A 10-15 min walk from Shibuya Station West gate or even at Hachiko Exit. But even closer if coming from expressway bus that makes its terminal at the Mark’s City Building. Plenty of Izakaya near the hotel but still a quiet place night or day. The 24 hour grocery across is so convenient and so does the washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast is decent, a blend of Western and Japanese food.
