I was traveling on bicycle around Taiwan, probably best place I stayed. Amazing big room, balcony, super clean. Staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good.

I had a very relaxed and satisfied holiday.”
Swan Lake resort hotel gave me a very relaxed holiday in southern Taiwan. The staff here is friendly and often smiling to me. I especially liked swing, boating and cycling inside the resort while the weather and the surrounding is so beautiful. I saw swans, mallard and Canada geese swimming around While I was rowing and sitting on the balcony . In the evening, to sit on the balcony with a cup of tea brought me back to peace again. Then I had very nicely deep sleep. I also liked the breakfast. The fresh vegetables, home-made soya bean juice and hand-made tofu made me feel I was so healthy and active again. I missed the soft sunshine in this Hawaiian –Bali style Swan Lake resort.

Relaxing, Peace and Quiet”
We had been in Taipei for one week before our visit to Swan Lake, this is totally different from our week in Taipei. In Swan Lake you can here birds and other animals day and night. No motor bikes just peace and quiet. The weiv from the balcony is beautiful, the Swans swinning around in the lake and pigeons flying in the air. There is Swimming pool, spa pool and hot spring spa pool so you can chose wich pool you want to try. Bus stop is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and it´s really cheap to travel by bus, it takes 10 minutes with bus to reach Kenting city. 10-15 minutes walk to reach the real beach "South Bay". No restaurant in the hotel but you have big Seven eleven across the street that keep you more than alive, they have nearly everything, you can also visit restaurant Amanda, 5 minutes walk. I am very satisfied with my stay at Swan Lake and I will go there again. Minus is the color on the water in the Swan lake it´s looks really dirty, but iy seems like the birds and fish likes it For your info: it´s the same price to take a taxi(400NT/pers)from the train station in Koashung as the bus, so I recommend taxi, it takes around 2 hours to reach Swan Lake with taxi. If you have 4-10 years old children they will really like this place, but it´s also a romantic place for you and your partner.

Nice accommodation at the right price”
This is a nice villa at a popular tourist location in Taiwan. It is about 5 km away from the main town of Henting, very convenient to go to the beach or the food stalls at night. The villa is not new but well maintained. It is good value for the price it charged, especially during summer which is the peak time for the area.

Great location but the male staff was very rude.”
loved the place, the room view was fantastic, there was a tv in the bathroom so when you soaked after a long day at the beach you could watch a show. there was a balcony that was great, with four chairs so we were able to relax in the sun after breakfast. there is a beach only a 20minute walk from the hotel. but the male staff member was very rude, he constantly tried to demean us as if he was on some kind of power trip. the female staff was friendly and helpful but the male staff member was rude enough that it cast a dark shadow over our relaxing vacation because if he was working you wouldn't want to talk to the staff as he would butt in and take over. if you stay here try not to deal with him if possible. maybe he was just rude because we were all girls, but he even accused us of wanting to steal towels when we asked for a towel for the pool because we forgot ours in the room. he pretty much was terrible to us in way that he could.

Good resort to stay & play”
Excellent place to stay if you don't plan to go to beach in Kentin. We spend whole day in swimming pool & hot spring(rainny day)and tale walks inside to enjoy the gardens. Room equipped with 4 single beds and make it 2 Kindg size beds. It's not good since when sleeping on the top, the beds goes separate sometimes. Generally, it's comparable to a 5 stars hotel and a nice place to stay.

a very fine and comfortable hotel which is good for relax vocation. location is a bit remote but not too far away from kenting mainstreet ( i have rented a electric scooter and it only take about 5 mins to ride there) the only thing need improvement is the quality of breakfast overall, it was a nice stay

Nice surroundings, clean rooms”
We had a nice stay in this hotel. The only things to know when you travel with young kids, they don't have baby cot or high-chair. The breakfast is typically chinese and not really appealing for foreigners. The location and surroundings is great with a lot to do, swimming pool, paddle boat, swan boat and kid playground.

Romantic picturesque hotel”
Nice place to relax, with hot springs, cold springs and swimming pool. I guess the only downside is that it is not walking distance to the beach. Got to wait for the bus (if you want to go ANYWHERE at all) which takes almost forever to arrive. Great place for photoshoots though. Must say that the rooms are gorgeous. With super comfy pillows and bed. Feels so luxurious.

The hotel is not close to those scenic points. But that area still have some place for food and shop. However the lake side design is good, and romantic. The hotel is relative old, but luck the room is still in good condition

Kitschy hotel with big swimmingpool ”
If people dont come by car, they Will need to rent a car or a scooter in order to get to the nationalpark and the Lake. We had a Nice stay, had a quadruple room although we were only 2, but the room smelled of mould or fungus. We had a little problem making ourselves understood. They couldnt help us to rent bikes. The hotel was ok but far from the Best we have tried in Taiwan, although one of the most expensive

Cosy Environment”
Hotel is an ideal place should you wish to have a proper retreat with your family. Tthere are BBQ and some simple water activities available. However, the place is out of reach to other places within Kenting. If you have no transport, it will be advisable to rent one. Otherwise, may have to book a taxi for a day to tour the area.

Nice quiet Villa but rather old”
The Villas itself is rather spacious and comfortable. With the facilities it afford, eg the golf driving range, the equiptments could be improved and assessibility to the beaches can be difficult where you have an older travelling companion who cannot walk that far. Hotel should provide shuttles for guest convenience as transportation can be a ripped off. Also they need to improve their proficiency in English and have more brochures on recommended places to sight see and eateries in English.
