Compared to the more than 10 other chain hotels we have stayed at in the Antalya region, Swandor Topkapi Palace stands out with some pros and cons. Overall, it provided a comfortable stay, but there are areas that could be improved. **Room:** Despite being a standard room, it was quite spacious and comfortable. The view was towards the outside, and it was furnished with modern furniture. Additionally, the room was cleaned regularly every day. **Cleanliness:** The hotel was generally clean. Both the rooms and the common areas were regularly cleaned. However, since we stayed during a very crowded period, the pool's cleanliness was not satisfactory. **Staff:** The number of staff in the restaurant area was insufficient or there was a lack of organization. In other hotels, each staff member is responsible for specific areas, but we didn't see such an arrangement here. When we ordered drinks, they were sometimes forgotten, and we often had to get our own drinks. We frequently had to wait in line to get drinks. The restaurant staff was inexperienced. **Location:** The hotel is centrally located, and transportation was quite easy. **Food:** Given the hotel's quality, the food was tasteless. There was a lot of variety, but the number of tasty items was quite low. Since it is a large hotel, the food seemed to be prepared in a mass-production style. We, a family of 2 adults and children aged 8 and 10, had a fantastic 14 day holiday. Everything was arranged for a super holiday experience at this large resort. The facilities and rooms were clean, the staff attentive and pleasant. Even though the place was full of guests, and buzzy in all right terms, there was a nice and calm atmospahere over the area. The main restaurant had a very large buffet, with a large and varied selection, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A small tip could be that one can, for example, 1-2 times per week book into the other restaurants at no extra cost, this is done at some other All Inclusive resorts. In addition, we used the various bars both during the day and in the evening. The pool areas were great, with plenty of sunbeds around. The water park with slides was also very good. Furthermore, there was a large beach area, which was very good. We also used the water sports facilities, and went on a boat trip. As far as activities are concerned, it was a very good programme, with a lot of variety on the menu. We participated in many of the various activities, both adults and children. The fitness center was also used many times during the stay. The evening shows were also very good and of high quality. And not least varied, with acrobatics, dance, magic, and not least various music shows. In the lobby there were several opportunities to check out external activities, and guest relations were helpful with good service. It can be nice to know that there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Affordable and easy transport if you want to the nearest markets and bazaars, or all the way to Antalya city center, like the Old Town. Air conditioning on the buses was actually better than in some of the taxis as well. We had a great holiday! We had an amazing experience with Swandor hotel. They were very considerate when we told them that my wife is pregnant and we wanted a room near the pools, Emry especially was kind enough to arrange the room for us. The hotel is VAST and full of entertainment programs during the day and night. The staff is incredibly nice. They all greet you with a smile wherever you go and they don’t hesitate to serve you, even at the open buffet they would come and ask if you wanted something to drink. The hotel is very near to the airport. The beach is clean and sandy, the sea is great to swim in. The pools are clean as well, warm and vast. There are water slides for the kids as well as the adults. There are many restaurants other than the main one. The food is good and various. The deserts are exceptionally great! The rooms are clean, wide, and has a balcony and almost all the rooms are well serviced whether with pools or restaurants. There are many bars across the hotel that serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. There is also a shisha place where you can buy shisha, it’s a bit expensive but worth the money, I would like to mention that when we stayed, the hotel was FULL of tourists and we didn’t feel any negligence whatsoever from the hotel staff. This is, by far, our best experience in Türkiye and we’re honestly thinking of revisiting this hotel again!

The hotel is good all-inclusive, though the price is high, it's in the same range as other similar hotels. The food selection is extensive, but during peak season, you might have to wait in line for the delicious hot dishes. The rooms are clean, and there’s a complimentary minibar that is regularly replenished. For young children, there are various activities, including water slides and a kids' room. Teenagers might find it a bit boring, though. The spa is included for free, offering a hamam, saunas, and a pool. As for the location, the beach is sandy, making for a pleasant entry into the water, but the water is murky. There's also a river Aksu nearby that cools down the seawater.
